14 What He Said Came True

Again I'm being said as a useless manager.Just because of Choi Ha Eun.She disappeared without any trace.The last I've actually seen her was when I scolded her at her apartment.Even the guard at her apartment said after she left her house two days ago she didn't return.At first I thought she was just hiding from the reality and the harsh responds from the netizens and the reporters.But she had already disappeared for more than a week.I couldn't contact her as her phone is always turned off.The company had been non stop pestering me to ask her to come out to clarify the problem that she had created.

Whenever I told the company I couldn't find her,they would say that I'm hiding her.No one in the company would believe what I've said.Just because I'm her manager.Luckily Elizabeth believes me.She reported the case to the police to see whether they could track anything.The result was not disappointing as the police found her phone at an abandoned warehouse in city A.They could only assume that she's still in the country.If she's not,she must have been brought out of the country illegally.I couldn't help but think that Ha Eun is being kidnapped like what happened to Luo Yang.

Elizabeth also thinks the same but she couldn't understand why the kidnapper would do this.It was as if the kidnapper knows every single of their movements.I couldn't help but finds it creepy.It's as if this person is stalking our lives.

-Elizabeth calling-

"Hello Han Chen-ge,the police said that they found Ha Eun's location but she's dead.They want the both of us to go there to clarify is that her or not."

"OK.Where is it?I'll be there soon."

When I arrived at City Y,I saw the scene surrounded by police.When the police recognize me,they ask me to go inside to clarify Ha Eun's body.When I went in,I was shocked to see Ha Eun's body was beyond recognizable.If it's not because of the bracelet she's wearing,I would immediately denied that she is Ha Eun.Chunks of flesh could be found scattered on the floor.The police don't know whether those flesh are Ha Eun's so they have to do a DNA test to confirm it.I rushed out of the place and vomited all the breakfast I ate this morning.When Elizabeth arrived,I stopped her from going in because I didn't want her eyes to be tainted by that horrible scene.

"Ge why won't you let me go in and see?"

"It's too disgusting so it's best if you don't see it."

"How disgusting can it be?But is that really Ha Eun inside there?"

"I couldn't really confirm that it's Ha Eun but she's wearing a bracelet that I've brought for her and that bracelet is the only one exist in this world since it's custom made."

"Looks like we have to wait for the DNA result.Ge thinking back do you remember one month ago I told you about the phone call I've received?"

"Yeah you ask me to hire bodyguards for her.I did but it seems like those bodyguards are no where to be found."

"Ge that guy told me that he would only need one month to send Ha Eun's dead body to me.It looks like what he said came true."

"Who do you think would be his next target?Could it be you?"

"No way it would be me.Those people that he killed are celebrities.Could it be he hates celebrities?"

"There could be a possibilities but why did he attack the artist under you but not other managers in other companies.It seems like he hold grudges towards Dream Night.Can you think of anyone that Dream Night have offended?"

"Only the upper management knows about this.I'm just a mere manager.How could I hurt anyone?The only celebrities under me are Luo Yang and Ha Eun.I've never manage someone else."

"It looks like only the police can handle this.Although they've closed Luo Yang's case but I'm sure that they would relate Luo Yang's case to Ha Eun's.If they reopen the case,I would have the chance to join the investigation."

"But you have to be really careful.We don't know who is the next target for the killer."

"I'll be careful ge.Don't worry about me.You also need to take care of yourself.I'll take my leave first.Bye ge."
