5 A Glimpse From The Pas

Richard's POV

Seeing Elizabeth so determine to find justice for Luo Yang reminds me of my friendship with Rosaline.If only that time I didn't believe what she said,she wouldn't have died.She would still be with me but now no matter what I hope nothing will ever happened because the past is the past.

20 years back,

"Richie I've found someone I like.He's one of my colleague.You know he's so nice to me."

"That's great for you Rose.So how long have you guys been together?"

"A little over one year.It's been a while since I get to talk to you since you're always out of the country for business."

"Owh." I said with hope that she didn't notice the sound of disappointment in my voice.

Few months later,

"Richie,guess what I'm getting married next month to my darling.Remember to come okay.I'll send you an invitation."

"Alright I would come for sure.It's my best friend's wedding.How can I not be there for your wedding?"

At the end of November,

I felt so useless as I wasn't able to detect something was wrong with her a few years back.If I've notice that she wouldn't have end up like today.I could have saved her.What kind of friend am I?

Because of what happened in the past,I put up a wall between me and other people.I couldn't trust anyone anymore.Until Elizabeth appear,she is just like a replica of Rose because the way she acts is just like Rose.That is the reason why she is my favourite niece.I've shower her with love because her parents had passed away at a young nice due to a hit and run accident.Until now I still couldn't find the culprit that killed my brother.I also couldn't find Rose's son because she didn't give me his name just a brief description so it was really hard to find him.Rose I promise you one day I will find your son and treat him as my own.
