49 The Book of Bloodlines

Sirius got a notification from the game after picking up the book.

*Ding! Congrats player on getting an unknown artifact from the ancient times of myth. Legend has it that this book has the remnants of the strongest bloodline from ancient times. Do you wish to soul bind it?*

When Sirius clicked yes, he got a notification that the bloodline quest had been completed. The reward was the book. He then got a new quest.

*Quest Path of bloodlines has been unlocked. First part has been completed.

Second Part: Now that you have received the book of bloodlines, you must head towards the inner area and collect as many bloodlines as possible. The more bloodlines you collect, the more useful the book becomes.

Reward: Bloodline identification ability unlocked, and partial bloodline fusing unlocked.

Failure: The book crumbles, and player dies.

Quest cannot be refused.*

Sirius was a bit stunned at the book and it's potential uses, but he was shocked that he needed to collect many bloodlines in order to get those functions. When he checked the book, the only function that he could he use was bloodline detection. He decided to put a drop of his own blood to see if it would work. He then got this screen.
