48 3 Days Before Halloween PART F

"Oh golly... gosh... freaking mother... blimey! I can't believe it!", springing out of the bushes, Albert exclaimed. "I can't believe that they are all real! Magical portals, witches and magic!" His eyes sparkled with such merriment that no tongue could fully describe it. "That means daemons, angels and all those mystical creatures might exist too!"

He scrolled through the photos in his camera, making sure they weren't blur while asking, "But who is this girl? Her outfit- hmmm...I think I saw it somewhere before…" He crooked his finger at a photo of the girl who was made unconscious, and took out his phone to search for something.

"Black leggings, leather glove, yes, only wearing one glove on her…" He twisted his body and gestured, trying to figure out which side was that. "Left...no, it was right. Yes, she wore it on her right hand...and army boots, hooded icebreaker…" He matched the photo in the camera with the person showcased in the video in his phone. "Whoa! Is she the serial killer? " he inquired with a raised tone when he realized that the person in the video of his cell phone had similar features to the unconscious girl.

"My theory might be right! There is a serial killer in this town...but what are those people who came out of that...that portal thing? Maybe the cops from the magical dimension?" he asked himself. "That would be so cool! I have to post these pictures on my blog and write a post about it! What else? Oh! I must tell my classmates about this, especially Cain…no... he would think I'm making things up again. Yes, he will, and he will challenge me and hinder me from telling others about this grand discover of mine like last time! It's like me becoming the star bothered him or something, like-" His voice trailed off when a thought struck his mind.

"Wait…I know this sounds insane but maybe…maybe he had something to do with the supernatural world…yes, it always happens in comics, right? The one who refuses to believe in magic are often the one who is actually part of it?" he said, colouring thickly. "Yes, that must be the case! It must be it! Now that I've thought of it, there's definitely something fishy about his reactions that day." The enthusiasm in Albert's eyes sparked even brighter and he quickly dropped down a few notes on the notepad he carried around. "Albert, Albert, you are a genius, do you know that? A genius!" he gloated after he slipped the notepad into his right pocket of his shirt.
