"Bouncing balls! The pain! Change me back! Now!" Quickstep fell face first to the ground as the pain in the middle of his body intensified. His belly felt torn and his bones crushed as he does not even have the strength to stand up.
"Affirmative, host," the system complied with Quickstep's urgent command.
"Transmogrify completed. Congratulations, host. You now have 8 existences available to transmogrify," the system reported after the successful change of Quickstep's form. Quickstep returned to his previous from, that of a burned stone.
"Bouncing balls! What was that?! Why did the pain come back?!" Quickstep was mad because he never wanted to feel that kind of pain again. It was excruciating.
"You are injured, host. Your injury will only be paused in your inanimate form but will resume worsening if you revert back to a living existence," the system answered Quickstep.
"Bouncing balls! How can I heal from this grave wound?" Quickstep asked the system.
"If you can transmogrify to an existence that has natural healing abilities or one that has healing magic, you can recuperate instantaneously, host. Your option is transmogrify into a plant or tree to heal in time. A tree would provide you faster regeneration than that of a plant," the system informed Quickstep.
"I will get you for this, Cheetah! Change me into a tree," Quickstep said to the system.
"Affirmative, host," the system replied to Quickstep. He then felt himself take root on the particular ground he collapsed on. He grew into a height on 20 meters with a clear colored trunk as his body hardened to an unimaginable level.
Quickstep thought he was the king of the world as he embodied the characteristics of a tree, firm and unyielding.
