65 Bonus Chapter: Mia's Nightmare

Mia POV:

This is actually a surprise.

Miss Evangeline, the guild master was here helping me with housework.

She said that it was the punishment put onto her by Brother because she hurt him a lot during the attack that happened yesterday.

Brother explained to all of us about the attack yesterday and it's a miracle that no one was hurt

There isn't that much of work around here. Just cleaning the dishes, dusting and keeping tabs on the supplies. Right now the food supplies are in the green so we will be okay for the week.

My work was finished quicker today because of Miss Evangeline help and now I don't know what to do again. I thanked her and then we searched for brother, who was nowhere to be seen, again. Sis also disappeared somewhere.

Miss Evangeline Thanked me for the help and said she can take care of the rest since she can pick on Brother's scent.

Father, lucy and Oswald were training outside. mother was playing with Hope and Faith.

Well, brother taught me to always live my life to the fullest so I'm going to try that.

I went outside and Trained in Magic with Lucy and Oswald. I'm not good in magic like my Sis, but brother gave us a thing he called Mana Star. It boosted our Mana Regeneration Immensely to the point where I can experiment while also using my mana. This was always thought to be impossible.

My Magic affinity right now was Water, which meant It was easier for me to learn and cast water-related magic spells than other.

One's Magic affinity depends upon what type of magic someone uses and how much he uses it.

The benefit is that using a magic spell that corresponds to your magic affinity will take lesser mana to cast.

Lucy taught me how to use water spray. It's a useless skill in combat but there's a branching version of this called Hydraulic Pressure. Which is immensely good against Armored foes.

Time went fast, I learned some magic and practiced the shortsword. After that, I also played a bit with Faith and Hope a little bit.

It got dark so soon, so I went to my bed.

There's Fire Everywhere.

There's Masked people everywhere.

One of them stabbed his sword through Mother's Chest.

I Opened my mouth but no words could come out.

My Body didn't respond.

I was Really scared.

Another one cut off Papa's head.

His head rolled near me, His Anger and confusion still plastered on his face.

The Fire was closing in as were the people.

I woke up.

There's darkness everywhere.

It's Extremely hard to breathe.

I'm really scared.

They can come out of anywhere.

My voice hardly came out.

But the tears, they came out faster.

Evan POV:

Damn It! Luna Doesn't let me do shit.

Right now, I'm taking a short break from Searching a way off this planet. I wanted to find some Life crystals and some rare Accessories to increase my chance of survival against future enemies. but damn. On my way to the cave, I heard a scream. It ended up being Luna who was in trouble because of slimes.

I did Scold her for following me but it turns out She was bored so I took her to the shop with me in the Human Kingdom, whatever its name was.

Long story short, She had fun and when we returned back home, it was night time. Ruby was nowhere to be seen, Mia, Lucy, and Oswald were sleeping and the rest were playing with Hope and Faith.

Welp, it took a while but the Babies have gone to sleep.

All the torches were unlit so it's really dark in pretty much the whole mansion.

Finally a chance to search for the Booty!

I quietly left my room and closed the door behind me.

I went for the stairs like a ninja, by that I meant tiptoeing.

I was about to go down but I heard some..... noises behind me.

I looked back and in the darkness, I saw someone crawling here.

Mia?

[please....someone please help me.] (Mia)

I couldn't hear her voice correctly but that's 100% Mia.

What The Hell Happened To Her!

Suddenly some Debuffs popped up in my view.

Fear and Paranoia.

How Did she got inflicted by those Debuffs?

Wait hold on let me help her up first.

I quietly but quickly went up to her.

[Mia?] (Me)

Her voice hardly came out.

I Held her in my arms and started to reassure her in the sweetest tone I could talk with.

[Shhh. Im right here, don't worry you're safe with me. Nothing will harm you while im here.] (Me)

She also grabbed onto me strongly and cried quietly.

I kept Reassuring her and soon the Paranoia and the Fear debuff went away.

[Calmed down yet?] (Me)

She only nodded her head.

[Can you tell me what happened?] (Me)

She remained quiet for a moment.

[I had a nightmare.... my Mama and Papa were...] (Mia)

I hugged her close.

Those types of nightmare huh? they can leave even a grown man like me to cry and she's just a little girl.

We stayed there for a few moments.

Looks like she's still afraid. Oh well, I haven't slept for two days anyway, so might as well cancel the cave expedition for now.

She nodded and slowly we both stood up.

She held my hand as we went into my bedroom.

The Noise of my door Slamming open woke me up.

Because of my Pain Immunity skill, I have no trouble feeling tired after waking up like I had on Earth.

[Evan! Mia Is Missing!] (Luna)

The noise also caused the babies to wake up too, I saw them rubbing their eyes while still tired.

[Hm? She was right here though?] (Me)

[What?] (Luna)

I can still feel her hands and legs holding my body.

I moved the silky blanket down and Mia was there, sleeping soundlessly. I couldn't see it correctly last night, due to the darkness, but she was wearing pink pajamas. Her hands and legs were also holding onto my body.

[Well there she is.] (Me)

I looked back at Luna and she had a shocked expression on her face. Like Really Shocked. The type of expression you get when your mind is Really Blown Away.

Suddenly she fell on her knees.

[Woah! What The! You Okay!?!] (Me)

My Loud noise also woke Mia up.

Helputt and Nezha Just ran up to the door, behind Luna.

[Evan! This is an Emergency! Mia Is-] (Helputt)

They both looked at me and then had the shocked expression too.

Luna just straight up started to cry.

Mia, who was still sleepy. finally woke up completely and looked at the crowd on the door and then looked at me. Then looked back at the door.

[Wa-Wait! Th-This I-Isn't W-What it Lo-Looks Like!] (Mia)

Why are they all so surprised by siblings just sleeping togeth-

WAIT A FLIPPEN MINUTE!!!

[Evan, I can't believe you did this.] (Nezha)

After that, explaining the misunderstanding took a while but with Mia's help, everything worked out well.
