3 Chapter 1 Magician?
"So where did he come from Kokonoe-sensei?".
"That's the thing Miyuki-chan. I have no idea. Normal people shouldn't be able to get into the Temple Grounds without someone noticing but...".
A groan filled the room and the other three inhabitants looked warily at the source. A young boy, probably no older than 12 sat up and held his head. A sharp pain caused him to wince.
"Wha? Where am I?".
The young boy had a myriad of emotions on his face. Confusion, curiosity, disappointment, regret, happiness, sadness. It made the other three raise and eyebrow and the bald man in the room asked the boy,
"Hello. What's your name?".
Frightened by the sudden presence of three new people the boy jumped a little before looking at the other's in the room. They all gave him strange looks. The bald man opened his narrowed eyes slightly and the two other children looked at him his curiosity.
"Onii-sama. His eyes...".
"I know Miyuki. I have never seen this type of Magic before. What do you think Kokonoe-sensei?".
All three of the 12 year old kids looked at the bald man who was rubbing is chin thoughtfully. He appeared troubled before sighing and saying, "I have no idea. It's no a physical manifestation of Over Sensitivity to Pushion Particle Emissions, that's for sure. And I've never heard of any country researching Magic relating to the eyes. Maybe...".
This peaked the emotionless boys interest. Something that he had never seen before. A completely new type of Magic?
"It might be a mutation as a result of psion particle exposure. Although I have no idea what it does, I do sense a large amount of psions been generated from his eyes. I actually believe that this is a completely natural occurrence, no experiment had been done to his body and there are no drugs affecting his system...".
The young boy couldn't help but interrupt, "Um, where am I? Just a second ago I was talking to..."
The boy stopped, he couldn't remember, the last thing he could remember was the feeling of being hit by-.
His breathing quickened and he got out the bed, he stumbled when he got out but before he fell to the ground, two large hangs caught him and steadied him up.
"You okay? Sorry for ignoring you for a second".
The bald man gave a smile.
"I'm Kokonoe Yakumo. And this is Shiba Tatsuya and Shiba Miyuki. We found you lying on the grass outside the Temple and brought you here. Can you stand?".
The boy nodded albeit a little slowly and responded, "I'm Mikazuchi Takemi. And what were you saying about my eyes?".
All three of them looked at each other before the girl, Miyuki said, "Do you really not know?".
"No", said Takemi before continuing, "What are you talking about. Where am-".
A sudden influx of information caused the young boy to fall to his knees clutching his head.
Type-Moon. Servants. Mystic Eyes. Magecraft. Tsukihime. Fate. Excalibur. Phantasmal Beasts. Enkidu. Age of Gods. True Ancestors. Denial of Nothingness. Atlantis. Reverse Side of the World. Solomon. Reality Marble. Universal Language. High-Speed Incantation. Kaleidoscope. Magical Girls. Arcueid Brunestud. Class Cards. Skills. Sorcery Traits. Dead Apostles. Marble Phantasm. Ea. Heracles. Heaven's Feel. Holy Grail War. Angra Mainyu. Magic Blue.
「 」. The Swirl of the Root. The Vortex of Radix. The Akashic Records. Heaven. The ROOT.
The young man stood up him mind clear and breath steady. The others in the room were baffled by the change in temperament. The boy was confused, then in what appeared to be extreme pain, then clarity. It was as if he realized something that made everything else not matter.
"Ding! User [Takemi Mikazuchi] has cleared all conditions for activation...".
"Congratulations! You have awakened the [Type-Moon System]. Containing every Skill, Ability, Bloodline, Magecraft and even Magic from the Type-Moon universe, you too can become a Sorcerer! Do you accept?".
Takemi's face lit up into a smile before saying, "I accept!".
"Ding! Whenever you need the [Type-Moon System] just mentally or physically say, "System". Please continue to spread the word of Type-Moon and attain everything by reaching the ROOT".
The young boy who forgot that anyone else was in the room was shocked back to reality when a finger poked his cheek.
"Are you a chuunibyou?", asked Miyuki. Her finger was extended again and about to poke Takemi before he stepped back, "I'm fine. I just remembered something".
"What is it? Is it your parents?", asked Kokonoe.
"I don't have any. They died when I was young". He had felt saw the difference in height between him and Kokonoe and either believed he was either a giant or he had become younger and as a result, shorter. Deductive reasoning at its finest.
No-one in the room was happy about his statement. Tatsuya and Miyuki at least had each other and Kokonoe came from a long lineage of talented shinobi. They didn't think he would be so okay with having no-one.
"Anyway, what were you saying about my eyes? Am I missing pupils? Are they red with a tadpole in them? Do I have a horizontal pupil instead of a round one?". Takemi guessed using his okatu knowledge but everything he said made them shake their heads.
"No. It's better you look for yourself", said Miyuki while handing a mirror to the boy. Giving her a grateful smile he didn't catch her blush when their hands touched and instead brought to mirror up to eye level.
"Woah! I look pretty cool!", his eyes had three defining colors in it that almost looked as if his eyes where glowing. In the inner ring closest to the pupil he had a light blue followed by a pale blue ring and a thin shade of red on the outskirts of his iris. It was very unique but it reminded him of a certain Servants Mystic Eyes...
"Oh! These are the...", he muttered to himself. Unfortunately both Tatsuya and Kokonoe raised an eyebrow and said, "Do you know what they are? Do you know what you are?".
Takemi gave the mirror back to Miyuki and then replied, "I know that the eyes are, but I am not sure about what I am".
First rule of being a Magus: You must be prepared to walk alongside death to reach your goal.
Second rule of being a Magus: There was no such thing as being a Magus.
The three in front of him looked familiar but they weren't a Type-Moon character or he would've recognized them instantly.
"You must be descended from a Magician's Family. You are Japanese correct?".
"I was born in Japan yes", Takemi responded. He knew they were faces he had definitely seen before but...
Kokonoe nodded, "That's good. So you do belong to this country. Well Takemi, you are what we would call, a Magician".
The boy bit his tongue trying to to correct him, 'I don't use True Magic! Whatever your using is definitely not True Magic either! So don't call yourself that'.
"A Magician, or Magic Technician is an individual imparted with magic. Magicians are able to manipulate Psions which makes it possible to alter the Eidos. In the past called "Supernatural Power Users", the name changed once magic became a technical skill, thus making them "Magic Technicians".
"Are you telling me I'm a Magic Technician?", Takemi internally nodded at the term. It was pretty cool sounding when he thought about it.
Kokonoe nodded, "It's not uncommon for the average family to produce a Magician, however the quality of their abilities are very low and sometimes even disappear when they become an adult. Just be looking at you your parents must've been very powerful. You have about the same reserves as Miyuki here", the bald monk pointed to the black hair, blue eyed girl beside him.
She gave a smile to Takemi before Kokonoe continued, "Now there must be a Family somewhere in Japan that is related to you... let me find-".
"That wouldn't be possible. I can say for an absolute fact that my parents were not Magicians. There is no-one else in Japan that would be related to me". Takemi interrupted Kokonoe and his works caused the man to frown.
"Ara? Takemi, is there something your not telling me?", he stood up and loomed over the young boy. A pressure came out of the monk that caused Takemi to waver but continue standing.
"There is nothing to tell, but nothing will come of searching for my family, good or bad. Now if you excuse me I need to find a computer", Takemi had a cold sweat on his back and his eyes unconsciously glowed causing Kokonoe to stop and allow the boy to leave.
"Why did you let him leave so easily Master? Although ethically and morally debatable, you could of easily taken the information-
"Leave it Tatsuya. I'm a shinobi, not someone who kidnaps and tortures children. I will dig deeper and search for the boy and any new Magic relating to ones eyes, however...".
"Yes Master?".
"I'd like for you to keep an eye, ignore the pun, on him. If he appears to be a spy or an intelligence agent, tell me and I'll deal with it".
Tatsuya nodded but Miyuki asked, "Kokonoe-sensei, why are you so worried about him? He's probably only twelve, maybe thirteen and as you said, he has had no experiments done to him and no drugs in his system. He might be lying about his Family but that's no cause to-".
The monk smiled, "It's not what you think Miyuki-chan. I'm just looking after him is all. He is a young boy all alone remember? What if he meets trouble or gets hurt? I would feel responsible and that would go against my shinobi code? Alright?".
The young girl appeared swayed but not moved. She looked at her brother and said, "Please don't hurt him, Onii-sama".
The emotionless boy gave a shadow of a smile, "I promise. I won't hurt him".
"That's the thing Miyuki-chan. I have no idea. Normal people shouldn't be able to get into the Temple Grounds without someone noticing but...".
