320 Blackmailing Ji Zhou

Initially Ji Zhou was shocked but then quickly masked his expressions, "Madam Lei, I would have been contented to help you but I work for my Boss and that is where my loyalties lie."

With a scoff she rolled her eyes, "Calm your tits, I am not asking you to sabotage his balls despite your sorority promises!" With an irritated sigh she blurted out, "I want to know if he is having… If there is someone else." Her cheeks turned crimson, about ready to burst.

Ji Zhou was literally blown from the question, his brows shot up for the ceiling. He certainly had thought she will be the only woman who wouldn't have to ask this question. His Boss literally kissed the ground she walked on!

But no matter what he thought, he had to keep it to himself.

He cleared his throat and didn't know what to say. I f he was going to say 'no' it would be betraying his Boss's privacy but if he was to say 'yes' to divert the woman wasn't like his Boss was going to be pleased.

He hesitantly voiced his answer, "Madam Lei, I am not really sure if the question should be answered by me. Sir would be pleased if you discuss things with him than about him…."

"You do realize I can tell him almost anything and he will believe me and by anything , I mean anything especially if you are not putting past me my reputation." She cut him off with her innocent statement.

But he saw past her innocent façade and his face turned cold. She was threatening him, vaguely telling him that she would accuse him of something heinous, if he was to not answer.

And when the woman proclaimed that his Boss would believe her. She wasn't bluffing, he would eff*ng believe her if she was to say sharks were on a vegan diet and do everything to make everyone else believe her too or might even force sharks to have a vegan diet just to prove her right!

"You wouldn't dare." His voice strained and hoarse, like he was trying to convince himself.

She gave him an innocent shrug and played coyly with the ends of her hair, "You know I would. Got nothing to lose, remember." She placed her hand on her chin and looked at the ceiling as she hummed in thought, "But you… You have a lot to lose. So if I were you I wouldn't risk everything I have built just for my pettiness."

His expressions darkened further, and he accused placidly, "You are blackmailing me…"

With an eye-roll she cut him off, "I thought that was obvious." She exhaled tediously, "So what's it going to be?"

He glared at her for a while before spitting out like venom, "There hasn't been anyone."

She assessed his face for a while for specks of lie before patting his cheek like he was a child, "Good, because if I find out otherwise…" She clicked her tongue as she narrowed her eyes at the ancient Qin dynasty vases on display and whispered, "Otherwise I would chop that very tongue and stuff into your liver before hanging it like a trophy on my wall."

Enjoying the look of plain horror on his face before it was replaced by a cold-tough exterior she softly smirked. She pitied such men who had to hold such an up front when even a blind can tell her words had affected him.

She gave one look back to Su Qing who was laughing at something serious Qin Shen tried to say and headed past Ji Zhou to her room.

Now that it was out of the equation more scenarios erupted out of that volcano. He wasn't getting it from her and he wasn't getting it from somewhere else…

He wasn't getting it from anywhere before her disappearance as he always hovered around her like a bee and she kept a check on him. A shocking revelation entered her head widening her eyes.

She should have realize that so long before! How can she be that much of a dope!

Master Lu held back the urge to throw the dining table upside down in his rage. His daughter who had been MIA for almost half a month had showed up but with a man by her side.

Not any man but the only man she wouldn't want to see her with!

He snapped keeping his hard stare on the man beside him, "These young men seem to think they can mess around with my daughter's life…" Master Lu died down when his eyes fell on Yu Youhan's action.

Without breaking his intense stare with the man, Yu Youhan held Lu Xinyi's left hand and announced, "I have always made my intentions for your daughter," His thumb rubbed the gleaming diamond on her ring finger, "…crystal clear."

Gasps of shocks resonated through the dining hall.
