305 I Don't Want To Do These Tests!

Everybody was apprehensive and curious about her arrival beside their Boss. In all these years they haven't seen their Boss walking beside a woman much less do such a genuine gesture as take her to a medical checkup that too assisted by his personal staff.

They had been briefed about not messing it up or offending the woman who was most likely the next Madam Li or they were likely to lose more than their jobs... most likely a limb or two.

They both smiled nervously looking at Li Yuan then their eyes trailed to Lei Xinyi. The woman had just as much a gorgeously menacing aura surrounding her if not more. They could see why their Boss was attracted to the woman, nay man with a pulse would be. She was a striking beauty that you had to tear your gaze away from, not to stare.

They attempted to keep it as professional as possible. The Older woman spoke first eyeing Lei Xinyi curiously by their Boss's side, "Welcome Young Master Li and Madam Li, My name is Lilith Storm and this is my colleague Mr. Maximums Aster. We will be your attendant Doctors for the day."

They introduced themselves and Lei Xinyi only nodded and Li Yuan blankly acknowledged them.

They gave her an examination gown which she changed into grudgingly and bind her hairs up in a ponytail. The gown was ugly as it was and then she was naked below, making it even more discomforting not to mention Li Yaun was having a hard time keeping his hands to himself.

They started with a Physical exam, taking her basic tests: her vital sign check, visual exam, physical exam, and laboratory test. After which they took a CT scan. He stayed with her through all the tests, holding her hand tightly and murmuring sweet nothings in her ear. 

The ostentatious display of possessiveness and affection had caused several times the medical personnel to be shocked and stumble over the air but none dared utter a word or stare for a second unnecessarily as they were warned of it being classified. If there was a doubt before, now there wasn't; she was definitely the next Madam Li.

She wasn't particularly afraid but his assurance comforted her heart, she was nervous and hesitant but she still relied enough on him to know he wouldn't misuse her personal information.

While she was in the CT scan, he had called homemade food from the Mansion. She wasn't particularly starving because she had eaten with Lu Xinyi but decided to grab a bite or two for his satisfaction. Just when she was about to take the first bite Dr. Lilith entered with several spreadsheets.

She smiled at them but neither Lei Xinyi nor Li Yuan returned it but instead frowned at her. She uncomfortable shifted on her feet looking between them then cleared her throat at the dauntingly threatening couple, "Madam Lei, are you ready for your... Pelvic exam and Pap smear test?"

Lei Xinyi chopsticks dropped in the bowl and she turned red at once. She hadn't had these tests like ever but hearing about it in front of him. Arghhh!

Li Yuan held her wrist to pull her up, she turned her shocked stare at him, "What are you doing?!" She shrieked and pulled her hand away as if he burnt her.

Li Yuan raised a brow at her in inquiry, and spoke through gritted teeth, "Sweetheart, don't you want to do these tests? Let's get this over it, together."

Lei Xinyi's mouth dropped open and Dr. Lilith choked on air and the staff in the room gasped.

"I don't want to do these tests!" She hissed, not able to lift her eyes because of the mortification. There was no way she was letting him ogle at her genitals while the Doctor was taking her tests.

He ignored her protest and held her by the elbow, dragging her to the examination room. He was agitated and irked, "This is no time to be stubborn, Lei Xinyi! I am not taking any chances when it comes to your health!"

Lei Xinyi fought and struggled with all her might, without a care that the whole staff was watching her being dragged, "No! I will not do it no matter what! You have no sense of shame and respect for me…"

Li Yuan stopped in his tracks and glared down at her, "Aren't you always the chic?! In a medical test, you are audacious enough to bring shame and respect!"

Lei Xinyi snorted and crossed her arms, and retorted with snarky sass, "What do you think happens in a PELVIC exam and Pap smear test?"

He hadn't heard it clearly before but as the realization sunk in a smirk overtook his feature. He took steps forward in her direction causing her to fall several steps backward, "So what? I am your fiancé." He teased in a cold serious tone.

She gasped and stuttered in rage trying to form an insult when Doctor Lilith cleared her throat, "Young Master Li, I think Madam Li will be more comfortable if she was…"

Li Yuan turned his blank stare at her for coming in between then when he was talking to his Raven.

The Doctor took it as a warning causing her voice to die down and face drain of color. She stumbled some steps backward and averted her eyes, "I…I meant, Madam Lei, will be assured if she had su…support of a…"

Lei Xinyi fumed in rage and pushed him away. The whole staff held their breaths and stood still waiting for their Boss's reaction. 

Lei Xinyi fixed him with a glare and jeered, "Stop it! I am going in there and getting the test done alone and if you insist on following me in there then there will be no test or a medical test ever again!"

She stormed inside leaving a smirking Li Yuan behind and the rest of the staff close to fainting at what they have witnessed and lived to tell the tale.
