23 Five Month Time Period

A tall, grotesque, middle aged man in dark blue stood over the brutally bruised Ti Yuffeo. A hysterical look formed on the mans face as gazed down on Yuffeo. He shouted, "ARE YOU GOING TO SLEEP ALL DAY OR ARE YOU GOING TO WAKE UP AND EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?"

This man is Ti Ye, the current patriarch of the Ti clan, and father to the wasteful Ti Yuffeo. A servant to the Ti family was in the crowd and witnessed the beating that Ti Yuffeo received from the unknown assailant. After a quick contemplation of if they should report it or not, they decided to. This is not the first time Yuffeo has fought someone in public, but it is the first time he has received a defeat of this level. The thought of letting this incident go without being reported was extremely enticing to the servant, but the repercussions are not something that the servant wanted to deal with.

Ti Yuffeo slowly woke from his comatose state with a couple of deep coughs and deep moans of agony. When he opened his eyes he noticed a dark figure blocking out the sun standing above him. "W..Wh..Who…Who are you to yell at me like that?"

"Who am I? You dare speak to your father with this kind of attitude? I always told your mother that you would grow up into a delinquent due to her spoiling you this much." Ti Ye spoke slowly to make sure that his son understood him.

"Father? You must get him back for me. He started it all…" Yuffeo started to plea.

"You think I give a fuck who started it? The only thing that matters is that you are too weak and could not finish it. If you had spent more time cultivating and training, you might not be in your current state. From now on, you will refer to me as Patriarch Ye until further notice." Ti Ye interrupted Yuffeo. Once Ti Ye finished he swiftly turned and departed from the area.

Yuffeo kept calling out to his father but did not hear a reply. After a couple of minutes Yuffeo gave up on his efforts to get the patriarchs attention. He tried to sit up off the ground but noticed that almost half of his bones had been broken and multiple muscles had been torn. From a spectator's view, he appears to have gone through the meat grinder. The other people who took part in the ruthless beating are not in a better physical condition than Ti Yuffeo.

"Everyone has their own secrets, I wont force you to reveal anything. Here is the deal, this backwater country is too small for your talent. The capital city of the Eastern Region, Othein City, is too far for me to take you myself. Every six months the Blacksmith Guild sends a caravan here for supplies and to replace the current division master here. There are five months until they return, if you want to you can come along with me." Gorge stated clearly.

"Thank you senior, I accept your offer. I do not know how often I will be around as I also want to train, but I will be here as much as possible to help with orders. A simple question, and a possible follow up one. Is there an auction hall here in the city? And how difficult is it to get an item in there? I am ignorant as I have not been in the city for too long." Arbor inquired.

"Yes, the auction house hosts an auction once every two weeks. There is another one coming up in a week in a half. Being part of the guild, it is as easy as flipping over your palm to get a product into the auction. If you want me too I can put that hammer in. It might fetch a hefty price as a transcendent level weapon, but with it being a hammer I don't think that it will because it is a hammer. Now if it is a sword, the price will be fairly high for this area. Oh, that's right, what is your name?" Gorge explained to Arbor.

"I plan on using this hammer to forge more weapons. I will be making more weapons and armor later. I will have to trouble the senior in the future to help me. You can call me Tagas." Arbor answered. He wants to hide his real identity as much as possible. He wants to be able to keep his real identity for more important matters. In case he must get his hands a little dirty, he wants to use his Tagas identity for everyday activities.

"Welcome to the guild Tagas. Come by tomorrow and I will have your official badge for you, always carry it on you. You will get special privileges in some places. I am sure you have other things to take care of, you are dismissed. I will see you tomorrow." Gorge concluded his interaction with Arbor.

"Thank you, Senior Gorge. I will take my leave." Arbor said before leaving the shop.

Gorge studied the young man as he walked out of the shop. He turned to Floyd before asking, "How old is he Floyd?"

Floyd, who is still standing in the corner completely shocked at what is happening. He has not muttered a single syllable or moved a single muscle since Arbor started his forging process.

"Hey kid. Did you hear me?" Gorge snapped his fingers at Floyd.

"Sorry, so sorry. I think he is only fifteen." Floyd hesitated.

"WHAT?" Gorge yelped.

Arbor is walking down the street in the direction of where he pummeled Ti Yuffeo and his goons. Now dressed in black with a different face and his staff in his space ring, Arbor could see the scene of Ti Ye banishing his son from his family. Arbor took note of the occurrence and continued on his way back to the inn.

When he walked into the room, Eos greeted him with a typical happy caw and head rubs. In addition to Eos, Leo is also sitting on the chair at a table. This is the first time that he has seen Leo since the day he told him to reach the peak of the kuwa realm.

"Hey, Hey! Congratulations! I take it you made it to the pinnacle of the kuwa realm?" Arbor said perplexed.

"I have. What have you been up to recently? Anything exciting?" Leo wondered.

Arbor caught Leo up on his recent activities in the city. Leo got a laugh out of the incident with Ti Yuffeo and his father. He mentioned how they have a way to get to a larger city in five months. Arbor and Leo talked about a way for Arbor to get them money but, it would not be enough and suggested that Leo goes and joins the mercenary guild to increase his battle experience, consolidate his foundation and make a small amount of money. He strongly suggested that he not use his complete strength or any god tier weapons so that he does no draw attention to himself. Arbor explained to Leo that the spirit stones in this realm are simply the lowest grade compared to the ones they have.

The two continued to converse for hours before they finally called it a night. The next morning Arbor and Eos left to go to the nearby woods to train.
