146 Chapter 145: Christina's Confession

"You are injured?!!" Leo hurriedly held Billy before he could collapse onto the floor.

"Stop shouting, will you?" Billy groaned in pain. He had come to a quiet place all in order to hide his injuries and now Leo was practically screaming about it.

"Why were you acting tough when you are in such a condition? Let's go to the infirmary."

"No, people might find out about it. Let's head towards the Medical Department. Someone will be there to help us.." Billy pointed ahead, and Leo sighed as the two of them headed towards the Medical Department.

….

Once they were outside of the Medical Department classes of the first year, Billy messaged someone through his smart link.

A little while later, a Demi-Human girl walked out of the class. Her figure shared a bit of resemblance with Billy.

"What's wrong? Why are you calling me brother?"

She turned out to be Billy's younger sister.

"Wait!" The girl seemed to notice something was odd, and the next instant her face changed.

"You are hurt again?"

It seemed this wasn't Billy's first time coming to her for help.

"How many times do I have to tell you that I am still under training. You should go to the infirmary and not come to me.." She glared at him in anger.

"You know I am a leader.." Billy forced a smile on his face, and the girl's face turned dark.

"Yeah leader and all again, I don't see any benefit in this at all. I don't know how the minds of the people around here work at all." The girl complained as she took the lead, and brought Leo and Billy out of the Academy building.

The group headed towards the dorms.

It seemed Billy's sister lived in the dorms. No wonder Leo didn't see her last time. But, it totally made sense.

The old gym wasn't the best place to live for a girl like her.  Even Billy seemed to be barely living there somehow.

Once they reached the dorms, the girl pulled out her first aid kit. And, patched the wound on Billy's chest.

"Were they that strong?" Leo asked after a long silence. Quinton was there in the Academy, and beside him, there weren't many who could match Billy.

"The person who wounded me was from the Golden Crown Academy. I am not sure who that guy was. But, he was strong. Definitely stronger than Quinton," Billy replied.

"You guys can't think of anything except fighting, can you?" The girl slapped the bandage on Billy's chest making him wail in pain.

"By the way, who is he?" The girl suddenly pointed at Leo, "I thought you were a loner and had no friends."

Leo's face twitched. This girl was really a bit too direct. But, he liked it in comparison to other people around. At least the two of them thought in a similar manner.

"I am Aiden Silver.." Leo introduced himself with a smile.

"I am Bela Trevor." The girl smiled at Leo as well.

"Hmmn..did you say Silver?" Bela suddenly seemed to realise something.

"Yeah.." Leo nodded as he forced a smile on his face.

"Bro! Are you crazy?!! You are not bullying him right?!" Bela slapped Billy once again on the bandage on his chest. She knew about her brother's personality very well.

If he really was bullying this person, only god knew what trouble would they end up bringing on themselves.

"Uh! I am not bullying him! You can ask him!" Billy hurriedly explained while looking at Leo for support.

Bela looked at Leo as well, and he nodded with a forced smile, "Yeah, we are friends.."

Even though he said that, Leo sure felt a bit different inside. After all, even if they could be considered to have a good relationship now, it started in a forceful manner.

Maybe that could indeed be considered as bullying.

"I will be crashing here until the class hours are over."  Billy went and laid on the bed. It seemed he didn't want to risk getting caught.

"Hmph! Then make sure to thoroughly clean my room before leaving." Bela ordered and then left with Leo who had plans to attend the classes.

….

Leo reached the class when a message popped up in his smart link.

It was from Christina.

She wanted to talk about something.

'Sure, let's meet somewhere..' Leo replied to her.

He wanted to see if she knew something about Class C's plan.

A reply soon came from Christina's side, 'Let's meet at your house.'

'House? Won't somewhere outside do?' Leo asked.

'My sister can be troublesome. I plan to go directly to your house from the Academy. So that she won't find out about it.'

As soon as Leo was reminded about the Little Demon, he broke out in cold sweat.

'I see... let's meet at my house then..' Leo immediately agreed.

The rest of the day passed quite peacefully.

….

"I hear there was some kind of trouble today?" Amelia asked as Leo entered the car.

"Yeah.." Leo nodded and explained the situation to her as she kept bugging him.

The two soon reached home.

"Hmmn? Not coming?" Amelia asked in confusion when she saw Leo standing there for some reason.

But, the next instant, she understood why he was standing there.

Another flying car approached Silver mansion.

When it landed, Amelia recognized who the person inside was.

"Oh...my..I should be leaving.." She gave Leo a meaningful look and then hurried inside.

That girl most likely told Viona about it, and Leo could hear screams and scrambling noises coming from inside.

"Sorry to arrive on such short notice.." Christina let out a helpless smile on her face.

"It's nothing." Leo shook his head, and led her inside.

"Welcome, Christina.."

As expected Viona was standing at the door with Amelia by her side.

Christina smiled at them and exchanged pleasantries. But, who would have thought, she would be pulled by them into woman's talk.

"Come on! You are always meeting with her. Let me talk to her for some time.." Viona's words made Leo speechless.

Even Christina's face twitched.

They knew this relationship was fake. But, their parents didn't.

If possible, they wanted to have as much less interaction with each other's family. This was to ensure that when the time of parting came, there won't be much trouble.

Leo returned to his room helplessly. And, went out through his usual routine.

Two hours later, a tired voice sounded through the door.

"Are you in there?"

"Yeah, come in.." Leo spoke, and Christina entered the room with an exhausted look on her face.

She walked upto the couch and fell on it, "Your mom really does talk a lot. It isn't that there is anything wrong with her, but how am I supposed to answer when all she asks about us our relationship."

Leo could understand that much.

"So, what did you want to talk about?"

Christina immediately straightened her back when Leo moved onto the main topic.

A complicated expression appeared on her face as she looked at Leo.

"What?" Leo asked her in confusion.

"The trouble between our two classes...I ...I think I am at fault." She clenched her fist in frustration.

"Why do you think like that?" Leo was definitely taken back by her words.

"Did you remember about my boyfriend?" She asked with a sad look on her face.

"Yeah, you were going to make him work hard using me as a motivation, right?" Leo asked her.

"That was the plan...but I don't know what happened to him. He has been acting strangely ever since I brought you up."

"Wait! Is your boyfriend…" Leo seemed to connect the dots, "Quinton?"

Christina froze.

"It seems I am right." Leo sighed, "Just what do you see in that jerk.."

"Y-You!!" Christina was taken back when Leo suddenly insulted him like that, but then she realised he had every right to do it.

"Don't get angry like that. I am just telling you what I see. He is a petty and selfish person. If he could involve everyone in a mess like this just for his personal revenge, I think that is more than enough to show his character.." Leo shrugged.

"I think I made him like this. He was never like this.." Christina clenched her fist.

"If he is so easy to change, then he never was the person you knew." Leo shook his head. Now he finally realised why Quinton was aiming for him.

"Did he really cooperate with Golden Crown Academy?" Leo asked as he looked at her.

"No! He definitely wouldn't fall that low. I am sure there is some misunderstanding." Christina immediately defended him.

Leo was not surprised if she didn't know about it. After all, it was very likely that only a few people were involved in this.

"What if you are proven wrong?" Leo asked her.

"There is no way that is going to happen.." Christina didn't want to accept the fact even as a mere assumption.
