13 It Is Freaking Amazing!

In all honesty, when Little Grey Wolf heard about that power, he did not believe it. 

What joke was that? A power to make people kneel down? When they had gone to register at the Awakeners Ability Centre, they had been given a book that contained information on all types of powers. He had not seen any power of sorts written on it.

He said he could make people kneel down. But how was he going to do it? If he said "kneel", would he be on his knees? How was that possible? Besides, if he had been sitting on a chair, he couldn't have knelt anyway.

Little Grey Wolf quickly sent a text to Hong Xiaofu, \u003cBrother Ming, that power of yours is a little weird. You said you could make people kneel down, but how?\u003e

The problem is that Hong Xiaofu did not have the answer to that either. He hesitated, \u003cThis power of mine seems to be a passive one… I have no idea how to verify it.\u003e

Passive power!

Upon reading his words, Little Grey Wolf was in disbelief again. Among all the current Awakeners, no one had the so-called passive power—even those with Strengthening Memory required full concentration to use that kind of power. If they were to remember every single detail every day without classifying them, their brain would explode.

How had he ended up with a passive power? What in the world was that?

\u003cI can't trust this power of yours.\u003e Little Grey wolf asked while live streaming, \u003cBuddies, Brother Ming's friend said that his power is passive, is there any way to test it out?\u003e

The livestream audience started giving him ideas.

Looking at the comment section, Little Grey Wolf's eyes lit up: that was a good plan. 

They could make an unreasonable demand and say that they would kneel down in exchange. Wasn't that a good idea?

He immediately said into the microphone, \u003cBrother Ming's friend, let's do this. You shall carry me in the game, and if I can win the Drake War Drum, I'll bow down to you, how is it?\u003e

Soon, the live broadcast was filled with comments of \u003c666666666!\u003e

Hong Xiaofu was a little dumbfounded as well. 

Wait a moment…

He said he wanted the Drake War Drum? He wasn't even sure if that power was real. If it wasn't, he would not be able to make him kneel down. Then, wouldn't the power be fake? 

He needed to do some serious thinking.

To Hong Xiaofu, whether or not he could make people kneel wasn't a concern. He just wanted to know if his power was real. Whether it would be disgraceful if it wasn't… it did not matter anymore. No one was in the mood to care about that.

\u003cOkay.\u003e Hong Xiaofu immediately sent out invites for the team and said, \u003cLet's give it a try. I will say this first—I can't be sure if my power is real or not. If I can't win it, you can't blame me. Alright?\u003e

Little Grey Wolf replied, \u003cNo problem, don't worry about that. I have full strength loaded, do you want to join me?"\u003e

Hong Xiaofu was relieved to hear that. Of course, fighting with weapons, it did not make much difference whether they loaded once or a hundred times. No matter what, they had to give it a try.

They started the game. Hong Xiaofu was the team leader, and entered the level. 

The front path was strangely clear and they arrived very quickly at the Level BOSS's door. They opened it and quickly killed the BOSS. The audience was breathing anxiously: it was a live broadcast!

After the BOSS died, a strong ray of golden light appeared. Little Grey Wolf was in shock. He opened the weapons menu...

… and found the Drake War Drum in his pack.

The whole live broadcast was in an uproar.

Reading the comments in the live chat, Little Grey Wolf felt like crying.

He had to suffer but he was so happy—he had finally gotten the Drake War Drum that he had been dreaming about. He thought of it even in his sleep… he could not believe he really had it.

On the other hand, he was upset. He would have to bow down in front of everyone watching the live broadcast—more than thirty thousand viewers. It was downright embarrassing. After all, he was an Awakener, too. 

Little Grey Wolf was speechless for a while. Then he spoke, \u003cActually, I was just kidding earlier on. Brother Ming's friend is just extremely lucky—how could I really kneel down? I am fine sitting down, right? This could prove that his power is fake.\u003e

The live broadcast was instantly silent. Then, all of a sudden, the audience erupted.

\u003cCan you be any more shameless?\u003e

\u003cTaking your own words back? Can't you be more honest?\u003e

\u003cThat's right. If you want to act this way, we won't watch your broadcasts anymore!\u003e

Seeing that many were about to explode, Little Grey Wolf was starting to lose it. He was still planning to earn money from his broadcasts, but he could not give up his pride. How could a man kneel so easily? 

He immediately stood up and fled, \u003cGuys calm down, I need to go to the toilet!\u003e

Things didn't go his way. Just as he stood up, his legs became numb and he accidentally stepped onto the wheels of the chair. With a thump, he fell on his knees before the monitor.

Everyone was silent. Then, they all burst into laughter.

\u003cHa! Are you really kneeling down?!\u003e

\u003cServes you right for not keeping your words! You even wanted to escape! Brother Ming's friend really has a cool power!\u003e

\u003cYou are so lousy as an Awakener. You would obey when you are asked to kneel!\u003e

\u003cHa! You are awesome!\u003e

Not only was the audience entertained—even Hong Xiaofu was amazed!

Shit.

Maybe, his power really was to make people kneel down.
