13 Run, Ethon! Run! Ethon's story
Finally Elder Esti arrived Salgot's home "Elder! What happened? I heard an explosion near here" Salgot got surprised and a bit stunned when he saw the explosion of light "it was me, but that it's not important at the moment, first we need to create a barrier around the house. The soldiers knew that something was amiss with this forest: every time they looked at one spot of it, they felt that someone is watching them.
They started to feel paranoic with everything that was surrounding them, but the fear that they felt within the forest was lower than the one they felt from the man that was walking with a murderous aura "S-sir, I think is better for us to leave this forest. Everything that lives in this forest is not normal, even the human-like spirits and beast spirits seemed to know how to attack" one of the female soldiers got the courage to say the thoughts of everyone. Usually the one who would have the courage is a man, but with the man with a murderous aura the best one to talk is a woman. For some reason he dislikes men and might get furious when a man talk to him. Few seconds later, the man stopped and turned to the woman who talk to him "The only possibility is that in this forest is living a spirit tamer, and he must be at least a Fifth Tier: Legend Or Myth mage" the man deduced while an earth human-like spirit attacked him. Ethon didn't understand the reason of those last words but he agreed and promised.
"Hahahahaha!" an evil laughter was heard inside the forest near Salgot's home and a man could be see getting out of it "So this is the place where the great tamer Elder Salgot The Missing came to hide from the royal family and its peers" it was a chilling voice, after those words like four thousand of soldiers appeared behind that man. He knew that the two people that where inside the barrier were powerful, so he asked for reinforcements. Elder Esti froze for an instant and looked at the young man that was looking with a mocking smile the barrier "Young Master Kent, it has been forty-five years since the last time we met" her coldly voice left the soldiers trembling and with a cold sweat. The man stopped his mocking smile and look at Elder Esti with his murderous eyes "I see... you still remember me. I feel honored" Kent bowed his head but every action made by him was in a mocking way "Stop your non-sense and said what you come here for" Elder Esti was difficult to make her mad, but Kent was a specialist with that "You already know Elder Esti, I came to kill that boy behind you. He is a danger that we can't let alive" Kent turned serious after those words were say. Salgot appeared next Ethon with fierce eyes looking intensely, that if the looks killed, Kent would be made chunks already. The younger soldiers took a step back while the older ones kept a firm posture like mountains of ancient times, unable to be moved by anyone.
"Look who finally reappear after seven years. Elder Salgot, your disciples missed you much. Oh right, do you remeber the one named Rodse? He became the Royal Academy's principal!" Kent said the information like something to be proud of. Salgot kept quiet checking every movement of the soldiers while the spirits were positioning to keep a close distance between the soldiers and Elder Esti.
Kent felt the disturbance in the magic energy inside the barrier and said one simple word "ATTACK!"
Between the soldiers there were of course magicians and they started to bombard the barrier with fire and lightning balls. The majority between magicians were from the fire and lightning element, and the minority were of earth, water and ice element. There were no wind element magicians.
"Teacher Esti, do you really thought that this barrier would be able to stop me? Don't make me laugh" Kent smiled coldly and took out a black sphere, when Elder Esti looked at it and her eyes opened wide and her mouth turned dry. She was speechless. "Oh... I see you recognized it. Well, let me use it" Kent threw the sphere to the barrier and when everyone expected an explosion, the sphere dissipated the moment it touch the barrier liked it was absorbed by it, but the next moment the barrier started to fall apart and the intense battle between humans and spirits began.
"Salgot! Keep Ethon far from the battle, don't let him join the fight!" Elder Esti said with a sharp voice while Kent was charging towards her. He took out a large sword and directed towards Elder Esti's neck. When she saw the movement she dodged it while launching a fire blade. The movement was named [Dagger Fire Blade]. The technique was small like a dagger but the harm it inflict was likely a sword slash. The reaction and speed of Kent helped him to dodge it but not all of it. Blood was falling from his left arm "WHAT TECHNIQUE IS THAT?! YOU NEVER TAUGHT ME THAT!" Kent was in a frenzy, it was the first time he saw that technique, at least he thought. Elder Esti looked at him and grinned "It is just a basic technique, did you forget the [Dagger Fire Blade]?" Her cold voice made Kent realized that she was a true monster, that person wasn't his teacher it was something else. Elder Esti continued dodging his attacks while launching the the fire blades and said "Thanks for the battle I was able to remove the seal in my memories and now I know why I took care of the little baby and taught Ethon the control over his magic. I have no regrets in my long life" she smirked and summoned a big wall between her, and Salgot and Ethon. Kent got stunned for a moment and retreat some steps "Elder Esti, who are you?" He asked her and Elder Esti just smiled coldly "If you wish to know, I am going to tell you. I am from the Light Element Clan, Lightbolt Family Fifth Elder Esti. You may say that the Light Element Clan had already disappeared, but you ignore that our clan can live for hundreds of years. My actual age is..." the moment she was saying her age, a voice was heard behind her "Fifth Elder, if you are ready to say your actual age you might be ready for the next.
