"Day 3, Begin."
Ren smiled, opening his eyes wide, and stretching his arms a bit. He had forgotten about what happened yesterday, and didn't really want to remember it anyway.
He looked at his Exo Source, and it was at a healthy 100%. He had used a bit of it yesterday, as he needed to defeat the criminal without killing the innocent woman. Ren was not a good guy in personality.
In fact he would call himself a villain, if not for the fact he did not like killing people who were innocent. Innocence is one of the most free emotions a person can have. It was beautiful, but people who were innocent were fragile.
[Attention, Students. The Academy has decided to hold an Assembly Today at 9:30 AM. Any class you might have had today has been canceled. You have one hour to get ready.]

The same message got repeated a dozen of times, Ren got tired of hearing it, he got up from his bed and took a short bath.
Groaning, as the announcement was still repeating itself, he wore his clothes, fixed his hair a bit and took his trusted sword, the Soul Reaper with him. The Assembly was pretty far away, as it was being held outside.
He looked at his left, and there was Alice and a new friend she got it seems. Two more joined her, and Ren chuckled. Seems she had already recovered… Or had she hidden the fear deep inside her heart, so it wouldn't break her?
He grinned, it wouldn't hurt to break a few more friends of hers… That made him sound like a villain, not like he was one anyway~ he was not even close to a villain! But again… He's not an hero either…
"Really looking forward to doing that…" As the students reached the designed place for the Academy Assembly, they all took a seat and waited for the Principal to appear. And it did not take long for Olsen to appear.
He was wearing a black suit, with a black hat.
"Hello, students. You might've been surprised at this shocking announcement! But do not fear! It's nothing serious…"
Most of the students released a relaxed gasp. As if a heavy weight was removed from their back.Ren just shrugged, knowing that there was something deeper to what Olsen was saying, he was not a normal snake.
"You will just have to exterminate a few Hollows, and create a team to be together with for the rest of your Academic years!"
Ren could swear he saw Olsen grin for a second.
"As for how your teams will be chosen… It's completely random! You could be first in Hollow Kills, and still be matched up together with the last in the leaderboard!
You will be given more information when we actually reach the destination where the exam will start~"
Ren growled. This was not good at all. NOT GOOD AT ALL. His privacy was being risked here. Seems he'd have to carry drastic consequences if he wanted to keep his life to his own…

"Also, The exam will start in less than a hour so please do get your gear equipped by that point. Meet us at the Celestial Mountain, where the exam will begin."
Olsen said with a grin, as he disappeared from the stage. Ren gritted his teeth, and his hands formed fists, he ran to his dorm room and started to wear his gear, which included some light gear, mostly leather, but also a bit of light metal gear.
He took a small bag with him and put it in his back, and put several tools and small weapons before doing that. He would not allow himself to be joined by weak teammates… Even if he got a team, he expected them to be at least decently strong…
Rank C should be the minimum!
He groaned, what was he expecting. Any Newborn in this academy was probably not even ranked! They were all rankless!
He expected that even the strongest was barely Rank G to F. Slayer Ranks went from G the lowest, to X the highest. But there were no active Rank X Slayer in the world currently, so why get his hopes so high…
Ren finished getting ready and left his room, going towards the Celestial Mountain, which was not that far away, about ten minutes or so of running non-stop. Ren could reach it in 5 minutes if he really wanted to be early.
Finally reaching the Celestial Mountain he nodded at the beauty of it. The Celestial Mountain was not really the tallest mountain around here, but it was extremely green, filled with the beauty of nature.
It's highest peak reached over 4 kilometers high, and was quite cold, He walked towards what seemed to be the place they were supposed to gather and just stayed stiff.
"Hello, again, my cute Newborns! Seems you all have arrived here! Thanks goodness… Anyway, time to explain more about this exam!"
Olsen grinned as he appeared from the shadows. The students talked between themselves, about how weird he was, and other stuff.
The Principal frowned, and clasped his hands, somehow despite the low sounds of it, managed to grab the attention of everyone.
"Now that I have everyone's attention, let me resume."
He took a short breath before continuing.
"Specially for this event, I've asked several C rank Slayers to come and protect the students from the worst possible scenario, death."
This however, made the students get nervous. If there was a need to invite actual Slayers , then it would be dangerous!
"No need to worry that much though, there's less than a 1% chance of someone dying there. There's over 100 Of you here, right now. Because very small teams would be hard to manage, you will be separated into 10 teams of 5 Newborns each."
Ren's eyes widened, there was no way he could escape this now… First he was forced to enter the Academy, second he now had to enter a team with 4 OTHER people… Life was not being easy to him AT ALL.
He growled, but it was not really visible to the other students, otherwise, with his current look in his face, they'd really be scared of him.
"Also, you are going to be teleported randomly, as for how the teams are going to be decided? I finally decided on a way! There is an Ancient Temple in the middle, at the lowest part of the mountain, I've put several Hollows which have weak strength in it, the teams are going to be decided randomly by shuffling, it means it'll choose 5 people randomly from people in the crowd near the Temple."
Ren glared at Olsen, another way to describe what he said was that, he'd use an Exo ability to randomly teleport 5 people inside the Ancient Temple, and they'd be forced to form a team. That was not really NICE.
"Now… Since everyone is ready… Let's start." Olsen smiled as he flicked his fingers, and every student disappeared in a flash of red, leaving red particles behind.
"Ah that took a bit of Exo Particles… Ah doesn't really matter, at least the first stage is done. Now… Ren… How will you avoid a team… That is impossible~ It'll be interesting to see your interactions with your new team… Especially with Alice in it~."
Olsen muttered to himself, as Erza his secretary released a sigh, she was feeling helpless. Really, why did she have to serve such a weird master… God was not being fair to her at all here.
"But were the Slayers necessary to this plan, Master? I mean you alone are enough for all of them… After all you are one of the strongest Slayers in the continent…" Erza said, with confusement.
"Well first of all, I'm still human, or part human at least~, so I can't risk my cute little students, I'm one person! Second of all, I'm pretty sure that have them more pressure to succeed on this little Exam we created. More pressure to succeed means better results from everyone! Celestial Academy is here for that job. To create strong and powerful Slayers…"
"Now let's look at what our cute Newborns will do here!" Olsen said as he waved his hand, and a mirror appeared before him, showing him the mountain.

Void was emptiness, nothing, however Ren could use it in a smart way, and make it extremely overpowered sometimes. But Exo also increased one's physical strength, mental strength, raised one's lifespan, and even gave them a better understanding of their own body.
It was rare for a Slayer to be sick. Not even cancer could kill a Slayer, unless it was extremely serious and spread out. Exo also minimized that. Exo was a strange power.
There was the Exo Source, where all the Exo a Slayer had was kept, The Exo Particles which they used to manifest their power, and the Exo Core, which was what pumped their Exo creation, and gave them the ability to become a Slayer itself.
Without the Exo Source one could still be a Slayer, without an Exo Core? They'd be no more than just a cripple, or by a normal human's logic, a super martial artist.
Ren, was the example of an abnormality even amongst Slayers. His Exo Source was at unimaginable levels, he had yet to reach a point where he had to use all of it. And he had fought A Rank Slayers before, even had an battle with a S Rank Slayer, and was STILL not forced to use all of it.
Just that showed how formidable his Exo Source level was. A S Rank Slayer was very powerful, and he still managed to fight it WITHOUT even using all of his Exo Particles. In one word, Ren was… Or is…

Ren wiped out a bit of dust in his clothes and started walking randomly. He could use Exo to locate the Ancient Temple, but that would just mean more people, and that was troublesome, the later he was the less people there would be.

One of them gasped for words, as he looked at the ancient temple. To describe it would be difficult(especially to me).
It was really yellow, or golden if you may say so. It had 2 large dog-like creatures as statues, one in the right side and one in the left side, as if protecting the large golden gate between the two statues.
( I suck at those descriptions)
The two boys took a large breath, speechless.
"Let's wait for the others to arrive, we'll form a team and enter the Ancient Temple, Principal Olsen said so. We two alone can't enter it."
One of the two boys said. He had black hair which were silky and blue eyes. He was wearing the Celestial Academy uniform, which Ren typically did not want to wear, and had not wore in the last 2-3 days.
" I agree."
The other one said. This boy was taller and was more fit than the other one. He seemed to train a lot, as he had a lot of muscles. He had blond hair and black eyes. His physique was basically very good.

Ren took a deep breath before he focused his Exo at his legs, coating them on it, boosting any ability his legs could perform. He then started to jump, it was as if he was flying, because he jumping from a tree to another.
He was not trying to reach the Ancient Temple, he just wanted to venture around, and see if he found any Hollow.
He grinned, he sensed a Hollow.
