2 Chapter 2- Days with Her

It was 6 in the morning when Xuanyao wake her up. Right just in time to prepare and go to work.

"Honey!!!" Xiaxia screamed and hugged Xuanyao from behind.

Xuanyao gave a faint smile and continued to stir the egg.

"Morning." she faintly said.

"En, drive me later to office, yeah?" Xiaxia peeked at Xuanyao's face and pouted.

"But I have to go to the office early as well..." Xuanyao said with a frown.

"Honey, just today okay? I'll just wake up earlier tomorrow. Promise!" Xiaxia said with a wide smile while showing her pinky finger.

Xuanyao turned around and jokingly bit Xiaxia's pinky finger and said, "You make the same promise every day Ms. Bai"

Xiaxia blushed "You naughty girl!"

Xuanyao just chuckled and continued to prepared their food.

"As you wish"

As soon as Xiaxia heard it, she just grinned and said while blowing to Xuanyao's ear, "You just can't resist my charm".

"Go take a bath first, this make take a little longer. I'll follow you to the bathroom once I finish here" then she winked at Xiaxia making her laugh again as she headed towards the bathroom.

As soon as Xiaxia left, the smile on Xuanyao's face faded like it's never been there. It was replaced by sadness as she sighed heavily while finishing the dish.
