84 FALLING INTO PLACE

Su Bin is attending a meeting with guan Ning that afternoon and puts his phone in a silent mode. Guan Qing allowed them to handle a project about a land in the northern part of the city.

Guan listened intently to the proposal while nodding occasionally with his hand on his chin. Though that piece of land is still not Yinyang's property and is still on the bidding process, the company has already some future plans about it – so is Guan Ning.

"Thank you, Director Gu. Make sure that we will get this piece of land," Guan said with a friendly smile and held his hand out.

"We will surely do, Second Young Master." Director Gu gladly accepted his hand and shook it. He was about to leave the room when he thought of something and turned to face Guan Ning.

"Oh, Second Young Master, there is a little problem about this project."

"What is it?"

The director braced himself before saying, "Second Young Master, it's just…Yu International is also eyeing this piece of land and is really eager to win against Yinyang Enterprise. I'm just worried that…"

Guan's eyes sharpened after hearing Yu International. He suddenly remembered the bet he just had with Yu Jei. He exchanged glances with Su Bin who nodded at him then Guan turned to face Director Gu and smiled.

"Then, we'll do everything we can to get that land."

"Yes, Second Young Master."

Guan once again nodded and went straight to his brother's office with Su Bin behind him. This will be the first project he'll be handling when he becomes the CEO. He'll get that land no matter what methods he'll use. Guan smirked with his eyes full of determination.

As they entered the office, Guan Qing is sitting on sitting on his desk and is talking to someone on the phone. The two quietly took a seat on the couch.

"What time shall I pick you up? Okay." Guan could barely hear his brother and he could surely tell that it was Min Chu whom he is talking to.

"Hey, Guan!" Su Bin whispered as he saw how gloom Guan's expression and he exactly knew why. "I have a good news."

"Speak," Guan nonchalantly answered without looking at him.

Knowing how to lighten up his mood, he said, "Guess what, Liu Yang is not that busy and has agreed to meet this Saturday!"

Guan is looking through a document but the truth is, his focus is on his brother's conversation with Min Chu. When he heard what Su Bin had said, he immediately closed the folder in hand and looked up to him.

"Really? How sure are you?" he said with arched brows, full of doubt.

"A hundred percent sure." Su Bin said and leaned closer to him, "Yu Mei just told me a while ago, they had lunch together," and at him.

Guan felt delighted, his eyes glistened and mood lifted. Seems like everything is falling into place according to his will.

"When?"

"This Saturday. Mei said you decide where."

"Sure," he said meaningfully that confused Su Bin.
