17 Grover Underwood

Following the meeting Luke became depressed. Twice now people have said he would betray his friends and it did not sit well with him.

They were walking out of the woods as a caucasian fellow with dark brown hair bounced up to then hurriedly. On goat legs. Lucifer hurriedly pulled out his katar as did the other three with their respective weapon. The goat man flinched back and put his hands up defensively.

"Woah. I you can put the weapons away." He said in a cheerfully upbeat tone. "I came here because your demigods. Right?"

"Yes." said Lume quickly. "What's that mean for you."

"I am a satyr. I came to guide you to camp Half-Blood."

"Half-Blood?" Lucifer repeated in a questioning tone.

"Yes. It is like a summer camp for demigods. To train heroes and defeat monsters." Their conversation went on and ended up with the four demigods following the satyr on the journey.

Various monsters heeded their journey until a problem arose. The demigods were split up in a cyclops lair. The monsters voices tricking them into traps.

Luke, Thalia and Griver were hung suspended above a fire. Lucifer was nowhere to be found however the monstrous roars could be heard in the distance. Annabeth slowly and slyly walked up to the cyclops tending the three hung people and stabbed the cyclops through the foot.

As the cyclops roared in pain Annabeth slit the ropes keeping Thalia tied and she immediately fell on her feet spear and shield at the ready. Annabeth moved quickly slicing down Luke and then Grover as Thalia slaughtered the cyclops. The four of then escaped towards the roars hopeful to meet Lucifer.

The party if five travelled further and further but as they approached the camps borders the monster waves became to much. Luke lead Annabeth to the hill where Grover waited, hopping from foot to foot.

Lucifer and Thalia held back the hoard of monsters slicing, stabbing and hacking away. Lucifer saw a blow hurtle towards Thalias unprotected back and leaped to take it on his shield. The blow caused him to fly back, speeding past the hill where Grover waited. Thalia notices the disappearance and turned to a mace to her stomach. The flanges ripped into her stomach tearing her open as she flew to lie at Luke and Anabeths feet.

Lucifer sped back up the hill to watch the slow process if Thalias body becoming a pine tree. With a roar of rage a crimson haze appeared around him. He blurred towards the monsters and with a furious cry attacked them all.
