63 Dha Werda Vu'traa

[ Quest Complete: Destroy Makatak's Star Forge Station. Rewarded. ]

After the pacification of Makatak, the Dha Werda Vu'traat had become known amongst the populace. An entire caste of warrior women, clad in armored uniform and armed with a Beskar Katana-fashioned vibroblade. The surviving Rakata were either in cast iron chains, beheaded for their atrocities, or they escaped to the other planets within the Archipelago.

Dha Werda Vu'traat, the Dark Light Special Forces, alternatively known as The Emperor's First Hand or Sisters of Mando'a, consists of one hundred and ninety thousand commissioned officers, five hundred and fifty thousand enlisted personnel and eighty thousand individual troop units.

The Sisters of Mando'a are broken into five separate groups of two Resurgent-Class Star Destroyers, often referred to as battlegroups. Their responsibility was to enforce the Emperor's will and his decree.

Once Makatak's political and civil unrest had ceased, the five star destroyers docked on either side of the Imperious. For the first time the Emperor-to-be, will be meeting his enforcers and current organic frontline set of warriors.

Marching, rhythmic marching, it's beat sounding as if it was meant for song. Armored boots, leather boots, they echoed throughout the halls, the corridors, for all to hear. Each hard stomp and rapid foot step had a meaning.

"Kandosii sa kyr'am ast (As ruthless as Death itself)," The chanting of a Mando'a song could be heard, causing the walls and windows to reverberate by the intensity of angelic voices. "Troan teroch cabur a'den (The pitiless face of The Guardian's wrath)," Their voices were reminiscent of valkyries, marching off to battle, ready to punish those whom would do evil against the Emperor (Referred to as the Guardian). "Duraan vi at ara'nov (Brothers all, one heart of justice). Vod an(Sisters/Brothers All), ka'rta tor (one heart of justice). Kote (Glory)."

The song they sang was "One Heart of Justice," an ancient mandalorian war chant. Something that Jango Fett would end up teaching the Clone Troopers, of course modifying the lyrics with having Guardian instead of Jedi.

These female soldiers were disciplined to the point that every single verse was on note, all of them were in sync. This was just a fraction of the officers, enlisted personnel and trooper corps from the other ships. The Imperious needed more than just a skeleton crew of droids, it needed actual organics to manage at a greater capacity.

A total of 346,000 officers, enlisted and troops transferred from the ten different ships and onto the Imperious. All of them continued to chant, when they finished the song, they started it right back up again.

The central hangar had been transformed into an auditorium. There was a singular elevated platform where Valad, Riané, Rin Gan, Maddie, Master Fay and the Aku Clan stood. They were dressed in their new Zakuul inspired attire. All the girls in white and all the boys in the black.

They would begin to watch as the procession began to enter the room, slowly filling up the central hangar's main deck. It was like watching a sea pour in and create an island out of elevated sand.

The fifteen standing on the platform stared out towards mass of human bodies clad in off-block double breasted tunics, sharp black leather belts with silver buckles, black armor chassis shell with their rank insignias plastered over the right peck. They essentially looked like armored Imperial Officers of the Stormtrooper Corps. They had long boots which appeared flexible, only ending six inches below the knee. They wore armored knee pads, shin guards and armored gauntlets.

All the armored pieces were made of Duraplast and Beskar composite alloys. They were lightsaber resistant, and heavily resistant to blaster weaponry.

The interior of their uniforms had padded black satin lining, making it comfortable to wear as it was soft and retained a cool sensation.

There was no bit of their bodies showing except for their fingertips and their heads. While some of them wore the traditional T-shaped visor helmets of the Mandalorians, it was mainly on the troopers that did so.

While many of the uniforms were untouched and not customized, despite largely having the same face, their hair were different colors and styles. Some of them wore hats, though most seemed to have rather short boyish cuts.

The main reason why the armor chassis shells around their chests and backs were black was due to the meaning behind the color. They were mandalorian 'born', so they had the traditions and symbolism drilled into them. The meaning of Black was Justice. The meaning of Gold was Vengeance. Grey is mourning, Red is an act of honoring one's parent, green is duty, blue is reliability and Orange is lust for life. While there were more colors they could have painted, this singular color matched their chant of 'One Heart of Justice.'

"Welcome one and welcome all!" Valad stepped forward looking over the vast of darkness with specs of light, pale, faces. He spotted a few who kept the natural red hair that their originator had. Yet there were much more who dyed it black or some other more fanciful saturated hue.

He could already see all their different and vibrant personalities even though this was the first day they were truly alive. In their minds, he knew they believed they were once within a facility and trained to be the 'best of the best' and yet, he knew that they were just fabricated by the system.

"Par te cabur(For the Guardian)!" They all cheered in response, creating an awkward silence as Valad simply stared in response.

The look of processing what just happened was written all over his face. He had never had anyone cheer for or toward him before. His eyes drifted over towards Maddie who was nursing her elbow in one arm and rest her chin upon her fist.

Her sparkling golden eyes gazed over towards him when he gave her a look. Her eyes flickered over towards the masses, shooing him off with her fingers in the process.

Pretty much telling him to pay her no mind.

Valad cleared his throat, his chest shaking slightly as he looked over their faces once again.

Ahsoka who had been silent up until this point, noticed his faltering. She was sure the others on the stage did as well. While she didn't understand why they weren't comforting him, she could tell he was timid of being directly seen by all these living and breathing people.

The small orange girl walked up beside him with a tasteful smile, assuring eyes. She reached up and grasped his pinky and ring finger of his dominant hand. Her hands were small, his were quite a bit bigger in comparison.

Immediately she felt the timidness fade away, though his entire body tensed by the sudden touch. He'd glance down towards the girl who came to his rescue and stared at the four year old for a few seconds.

A small smile matching hers slowly appeared, contorting across his face. "Thanks..." He whispered quietly before looking over the women who were his protectors. They were all 'born' today, they had distinguished personalities, and he assumed one day they'd all have their own names.

"I am your Emperor, Valad Katsure!" He'd bellow off the platform, with an uncontrolled volume. However none of them women seemed to even flinch below him. They all remained quite still, thoughtfully listening.

Slightly embarrassed by the lack of control he had over his voice, he spoke in a loud tone instead of trying to actually yell. "I have summoned you here today to assimilate members of the Dha Werda Vu'traat into the crew of the Imperious."

His voice had been carried across the hangar, and as he finished talking, all of their boots in a single moment clashed the sides of their soles together. The sound echoed into the corridors of the central section of the massive vessel.

"You will be the elite! You will be the peak of what this Empire has to offer." He exclaimed with his mouth partially opened, breathing slowly and comfortably. "As of today, the roster of the Imperious has been updated. Your duties and responsibilities will be similar to the ones you know on board the ships you were once assigned to, they will be posted within your personal terminals located within your assigned barracks." He informed each and everyone one of them. It was easier to do this, even though he could have done it over the loudspeaker. He wanted to see the clones.

He wanted all of his main followers to see the clones.

Master Fay didn't seem to have any form of dislike for the idea, she didn't sense that they'd be used as slaves. Though they were engineered to be warriors, pilots and other roles. It seemed that they would be free in a limited capacity.

Her face remained indifferent, her eyes mainly focused on the self-proclaimed Emperor. Much like the girls which were following him, she was curious of what this man would be like.

She could only assume he was merciful, as he offered surrender only for it to be denied. He allowed other people to fight for their freedoms rather than using excessive force to get his way. And it seemed he treated the other girls within the group rather fondly, he wasn't passively violent.

Though at the time when his sister appeared, she had felt his hatred and rage. Yet, after she had been taken away, it was like it dissipated into thin air. After she was encased in carbonite, very much alive and healed, he seemed joyous?

Usually Revenge only leads to Hate, and Hate only lead to the darkside. Yet, what he had gotten seemed to be closure above anything else. Just what did that girl do to him?

Ahsoka remained standing beside him the entire time, being the only one out of the entire group on the platform to usher him into making words. Even as he dismissed them with a diagonal two finger salute, she didn't budge.

Fay's gaze fell upon the small girl, a vision flashed before her eyes. One which seemed to be rather confusing to her. Ahsoka was standing beside a warm white throne with the others who were present in real life, but on the throne was an adult Valad.

As she looked away from Ahsoka the vision faded and she blinked a few times. The vision was gone, just like that. Her gaze then moved towards Vaylin who was nibbling on what looked like a piece of jerky which was resequenced from protein and nutrient rations.

The one thing she noticed however, Vaylin was watching Ahsoka. It seemed both Riané and Vaylin had been telepathically fighting over who should move up to support him. Yet it seemed the four year old did it herself.

Riané was just watching the small Togruta with a curious glint in her eye. She then glanced over towards the Aku Clan and looked over their expressions. They seemed all taken in by the human clones. Well, who wouldn't be? They all looked similar and they were dressed in identical uniforms.

Once all of the clones had dispersed from the Hangar, Valad collapsed to his knees. This was even harder than talking to the Jedi High Council in person.

However he quickly regained composure as he felt Ahsoka's small fist from her free hand making contact with his adjacent cheek. His eyes glanced over towards her with a brow arched inquistingly.

"You got this, kid!" Ahsoka sneered, a smug look on her face.

"Who you calling kid?" Valad creased the brow downward and snickered, "You're what, two?"

Ahsoka gasped as she heard his teasing tone, almost giving him another squishy punch to the cheek. "Four!" She shouted with a giggle snort, before letting go of his hand and waving at him as she walked back over to the other clan members.

All of them seemed to be excited, mainly for her, as she had been holding this self-proclaimed Emperor's hand. They really didn't feel all that jealous, they got to stand up here with him, unlike the other clans of initiates.

Shaking his head slightly, he shifted his legs into a lax seated position, letting them out off the side of the platform as he did so. His mind was fixated on the reward for pacifying the Rakata on Makatak and gaining control of the planet.

[ Structural Pack I ] This pack consists of: Grand Vizier Voucher, Imperial Advisory Council Voucher, Supreme Court Justice Voucher, Imperial Senate Building Voucher, Imperial Intelligence Building Voucher, Sect Headquarters Creation Voucher.

----

The items in the first pack which he had been given was rather nice, though not as numerous as the other two packages which had been awarded to him prior. Either way, these would be put to good use considering it would take time to build them without. And if he could handpick his 'Grand Vizier' without sifting through endless records of people, he liked that. Plus, he bet he could tailor each of these to his needs.
