28 Brother it is!

"You are guys are definitely not concubines"

Bezek let out a laugh and winked at me. I raised an eyebrow at him and gave him a glare. The blonde was flustered after hearing Bezek's words,

"It.. It depends on the pontential of the contractor."

I smiled at him and said, "You don't have to be cautious about us. I will treat you the same way as I did others. If you are willing to join us, we can move forward together as friends and comrades. I will provide you complete freedom apart from the time I need your help."

The blonde guy still kept his head low and nodded, then said,

"I.... want your.... emotions in return".

I was suprised by his words. "If I give you my emotions means, I can't feel anything here after?", I asked him. The blondie rushed with his words,

"No No... It is just that I will have control over your emotions. I can... uh... take your emotions from you, but still I won't do it. I just thought that.... it is a good trading element as Bezek has control over soul."

"Okay! Then its decided, lets finish our contract and go home. I should give you a name right?" Then I continued, "Uh.... I think we should call you.... Bruce. Is it okay?". The blonde guy nodded.

I went near him and said, "Look up Bruce, on seeing you even I feel a bit shy!" He looked up, then I kissed him and sealed the deal. Bruce's cheeks were red, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. Then I opened my eyes to find myself in Aria forest.

Haru and Bezek were holding both of my hands on either side. Then I released my hands and tried to stand. Jake lend me a hand. "Looks like someone is fine!", I said to him sarcastically.

"I was simply confused with who I am fighting, that's all. Don't you grow your nose high, blondie.", Jake scoffed to me. I kicked at his leg, "Ouch!", he groaned. "Don't you have something to say to my brother and others?"

Haru and Bezek woke up by that time and was standing next to me. Lord Charles was walking towards us as we spoke. Jake turned around and stood beside us. He looked at Lord Charles and said, "Thanks Major Charles and everyone who helped my brothers and niece"

Lord Lawrence was arrested as soon as he entered the real world. Alan was holding him and Lord Raphael was holding the other guy who was taken over by Tsuchigumo. They both were to be taken to the defense department. The little girl was in Ethan's embrace, she was so scared.

I went hear her and patted her head. Then I said, "Its alright sweety!" She didn't budge, she was hugging Ethan's neck tightly. Ethan smiled and said, "She is afraid, she will loosen up soon." I nodded and went to Lord Charles.

Lord Charles used to be more frightening before. Now he seems approachable and a lot more comfortable to be with. "Mmmm... The Obake .... Did you manage (argggh).... I mean did you made a contract with it, Brother?", I asked him.

He said in his usual tone, "Yes". Was he always like this? Or is he angry that I called him brother even though there is no one around us. "No... I am always like this", Lord Charles replied. I looked at him with eyes wide and then scratched my fore head. "I said my thoughts out loud, didn't I?"

He nodded with his straight face. With an awkward smile, I pleaded, "Sorry!". He chuckled lightly and patted on my head, then said, "Its alright, Liza". I looked at him blankly. "That is what you said to others, to call you right? If it troubles you I can call you Elizabeth", Lord Charles said after looking at my reaction.

"No... Liza it is. So... can I call you as Brother?", I asked him back. He smiled and said, "Brother it is!". I smiled back and then we walked to the car. It is such a crime to have handsome brothers! Especially when a cold one smiles!

Then we parted with Jake and his group. Alan and others went to the defense department. Lord Charles and Raphael came with me to the mansion along with Haru and Bezek.

Lord Raphael told Lady Rachael about what happened which he heard from Bezek through the phone. I have to summon Bruce into a familiar soon. Will he Change into a spider then?

"May be!"

Bezek replied to my thought in mind voice. "You... get out of my mind!", I thought in my mind. He winked at me and I glared at him.

Lord Valdimir, Lady Rachael, Lady Rebecca were waiting for us in the living room. After thoroughly checking me Lady Rachael allowed to get rest in my room.

Lord Valdimir had this anxious look, in his face the entire time. He wants to ask me something but I don't know what it is! I went to my room and jumped on the bed. Oh... I really want to sleep for days!

(Knock)(knock)

Who is it? Haru or Bezek? To my surprise it was Lord Valdimir! "Father... How can I help you?", I asked him. He gave me a faint smile and said, "Can I come in?" I nodded the said, "Sure" and moved from the doorway.

He looked trouble, I lead him to the sofa in my room. We both sat in it. There was a few minutes of silence. He then said, "Can I ask you something? You have to answer me, true to yourself".

I have no idea why he asked me this way. I nodded and said, "Yeah... sure father!"

He then looked into my eyes and asked me, "Do you think you are Claire's replacement?"
