22 Gamosh - Ra

I opened my eyes after hearing Lady Rachael's words. There was indeed white fur beside me but the one that was summoned was not haru. It was a white fur tiger with black stripes. It had white ears and white tail but crimson eyes. Oh My God! Did I concentrate on the features of Haru more than Haru.

Who is this then? I don't know! I immediately slipped out of my consciousness. I entered into an open field which had dry sand and a dark night sky with purple clouds with only moonlight. No one was around me or in the entire vicinity. Suddenly a lightning struck in front of me, that white tiger appeared out of thin air. I was dumbstruck.

The tiger took a form of little boy, but he was naked. He had short black colour hair with crimson eyes and bronze skin. Since it was a little boy, I pretty much didn't mind him being naked. I started the conversation, "So, you are?" while raising my eyebrows. The little gave me a smile and said,

"I am Gamosh-Ra, the Lightning Demon"

He bowed his head then. I returned his smile and said, "Actually I did that ritual to summon my Demon spirit, Okami clan head." I didn't say his name since he might not know.

"I am also connected to your soul, So I know Haru obviously"

Then a black smoke appeared in which Haru took his form. He immediately took a step between me and the little boy. He glared at the little boy ferociously. I asked haru, "What happened? Why didn't you appear during the summoning?" Haru didn't turn back but replied,

"Since I'm already your contracted spirit, you need to make some changes to the circle,..... I think. Gamosh-Ra, is the next demon who can be summoned using that circle. That is why he is here. Be careful not all demons will form a contract, they may even try to takeover your body"

This is the first time that Haru has spoken this much. He wants to protect me. I smiled and patted on the shoulder of Haru. Then said, "It is okay, Haru. Let me handle it." I paced forth but Haru pulled my hand and I sensed that he is asking me to maintain this distance. I looked at the little boy and said, "I may have summoned you mistakenly.

But if you wish you can join me and we will move forward together by supporting each other as comrades. I can guarantee you full freedom apart from the time I need your help. The ball is in your court now." The little boy smiled and came close while Haru tightened his grip on my hand.

The little guy looked at Haru for few seconds Haru loosened his grip and then took a step back. After seeing that Haru took a step back I turned to look at the little boy, he was now turned into a young man! A naked young man! Before I could move my gaze all over his body, he asked me looking straight into my eyes

"I want your soul in return for the contract"

I raised one of my eyebrows. He noticed my expression and said,

"Don't worry not now! after your death I will take your soul with me to the demon world."

Without any hesitation, I said "I agree." Then he didn't say anything and took me by surprise with a kiss. I respond a little to seal the contract when he started to put his tongue in, I retracted. He let out a laugh and said

"Give me a name, princess"

I glared at him and said, "Bezek...., You will be called Bezek. It means lightning" He nodded. Before he could say anything, Haru pulled me into his embrace then I opened my eyes in the real world. I was still inside the circle, looks like Bezek was guarding me when I was asleep. The sky started to become bright as the sun came out.

Everyone was looking at me anxiously when I stood up, I squatted and petted the head of the Bezek and said, "Its ok! They are friends" Then I walked towards the group and said, "He is bezek. Another one of my spirited demon, he has the power of lightning. I am fine and I need to rush to library." They looked stunned at me, before they could ask anything I started to walk fast.

Then Bezek ran to my front and stood in front of me. I sensed him saying to climb in his back. I asked with smile, "Are you sure about that? I certainly don't weigh much less than my big brother over there" He gave a 'grrrr' sound. I climbed in his back, he started to run towards the library.

We reached the library in few minutes, that was one hell of a ride! I rushed into the library to look for Lady Claire's notes. I started to read through it again. Bezek curled into a little fur ball and laid beside my legs. He made a 'Grrr...' sound. I lifted my head to see Lord Valdimir bringing a tray which had snacks and a flask.

Beside him Lady Rebecca and the rest came. I bent down and petted the head of Bezek then he kept quiet. Lord Valdimir gave me glass of hot chocolate and said, "Give yourself some rest too, Dear" I nodded then buried my face into the book.

Lady Rebecca and her team was standing in front of me looking puzzled. May be they are thinking whether they should ask me what happened or not to disturb.

I lifted my head and said, "Since Haru is already in a contract with me, I couldn't summon him. The demon next to him was summoned and I just made a contract with him not long before. We should alter the circle with the symbols from the summoning circle that Lady Claire did."

"Do you need any help, Liza?", Lady Rebecca asked politely. I gave her some of the notes from the box that I was reading. She distributed the notes to everyone. In an hour I finished my part. The last page I had some information about the circle. I asked, "Does anyone have the summoning circle page with you?"
