6 Kiss!!!

As we entered the room, I saw the same guy with white tail and ears. He was in a different kimono may be his dress got wet when he carried me. He was the only one in the room.

Maybe he is.....

"You are quite an troublesome girl, little lady"

that guy said with a grin."You are?", I asked in a monotone.

"Since you are a little girl, I will introduce myself. I am Okami xi, the current head of fox clan. And I have chose you to be my contractor"

he finished in a cold tone with those sharp eyes staring me.

His stare overwhelmed me as I stood before him. The second I know who he his I started to feel the power seeping through my skin. I simply bowed and stated in business tone "Its my pleasure to meet you in human form. As for the contract I was just a guard during the summoning ritual. For now I hold the position of Lady Claire so on her behalf, I am very glad that I could form the contract with you. If possible can you explain me the procedure?"

He laughed, the moment I finished.

"You can be at ease when you are around me. No need for the formal speech, I chose you knowing who you are. And I know well that the speech you gave was just to represent that lady"

He stopped a second to analyse my reaction and then continued,

"Even though the one who summoned me was her. The one I chose was you! It doesn't matter whether you are a vampire or human, whether you are Asuna or Claire. I chose you for who you are in your heart. And for the contract there are two steps to finish it first you have to give me a name and the second you have to seal it with a kiss."

My heart sunk when his words hit me saying for choosing me but the feeling vanished when he said I had kiss him. Why do I have to kiss him? "I can give you a name but regarding the kiss is their anything else I can do?", I asked with a smile plastered to my face.

"Why? What happened? this was not your first kiss anyway!"

He mocked me with a stern face. I gave him a glare and asked gritting my teeth "How can you be that sure of it?" He laughed again and said

"Litte lady how do you think we are connected? You maybe sleeping in the hospital now but your soul is in fox kingdom. I'm connected to your mind. If I can cloud your memories can't I access your memories?"

I simply replied with an "Oh..." He continued

"I know everything about you and your past. Of course you can hide your memories from me if you want. But I already know all about you, I wasn't wasting the two months when you were in deep slumber. The more I know about you the more I felt my intuition was not wrong. I know about your friends, ren and your parents death."

When he mentioned my parents, unconsciously tears welled up! they are the person I long for the most! I controlled myself saying not to cry in front kids that they might get frightened because of that. When he realised my condition, his gaze softened.

"I didn't mean to boast or hurt you. I just wanted to prove you. I am sorry if my actions inflicted any pain or made you remember any bad memories"

I waved my hand and said "Its alright, not a big deal. Just a bunch of people who left me. Anyways have to think of a name. Uh...." I went deep into thoughts "...hiro ahhh!!! Haruhiro! I remembered! it is the name of an shoujo manga hero I read long ago. Then Haruhiro it is."

"Are you satisfied with the name?", I asked with a concern and blinked my puppy eyes at him. He smiled with shinning eyes and said

"Whatever you are pleased with little lady."

Then I went towards him, he stood up as I went close towards him I felt a bit nervous. It's been long since I kissed someone. He stood tall I raised my eyebrow then he bent down. I planted a kiss on his lips and then distanced myself while I could feel my blushed ears. He went on one knee and took my right hand then said

"I will serve you my everything and protect you at the cost of my life until the day I depart from your life. You will be the only princess in my vision."

After that he planted a kiss on the back of my hand and rose up. The kids rushed towards me and holded my both legs. I kneeled and hugged followed by a kiss to them. The twins suddenly ran out to bring snacks and tea. After that I felt sleepy and slacked off.

After a good sleep when I reached consciousness I felt someone holding my hand. Which gave me the nostalgic feeling I felt yesterday. When I opened my eyes I saw Lord Valdimir holding my hand with a worried look.

I woke and sat in the bed while holding hands with Lord Valdimir. I smiled and said "Good Morning Lord Valdimir" He fell into further sadness and said "Good morning dear. I don't want to impose you but can you call me as father?"

I was shocked hearing that. When I thought about it, that man lost his precious daughter recently. To his luck he can see his daughter through me. I felt sorry for him and somehow I am a reason for his daughter's death. As I was thinking it through, the man himself felt it uneasy and said "Sorry my dear, I asked out of my selfish..."

Before he could finish his sentence I interrupted saying, "It's alright father. As long as your okay with it, I'm good." His face brightened hearing the word father and took both my hands and rejoiced saying "I'm always happy to have you! my sweet daughter Claire."

A pain sharp striked through my heart not because he said Claire but because he confirmed me that I'm just a replacement......
