35 The monkey beast's not dead?!

"Sam...?" noticing Sam fixedly staring at Sarah, Maya called out.

"....!"

Surprise ran down Sam's body, and because of this, he knew that he was unknowingly charmed by this fairy (Sarah).

"it's nothing." Sam shook his head, in response to Maya.

Maya mischievously smiled: "you are already at that age...ha? and here I was worried if you were actually a 'late bloomer'.

Enchanted by Sarah to this extent...Sam felt strange. In the first place, he actually shouldn't be charmed by her! Reason? Simple, because Sam had already savoured earth shattering beauties (in the dream world) far surpassing Sarah.

Because of this fact, Sam knew this wasn't a 'love at first sight' thing.

Sam mind-voiced his doubts to dizzy: Dizzy, what's her body type?

Dizzy's voice rang in his mind: Empress-Body at awakening state.

Sam was surprised, and he grinningly thought, {then it's no wonder I was enchanted...}

Empress body type: a rare type even among the rare, because of its evolving nature! thou, it was a 9-star body type, but it could evolve into a 10-star body type. And there were even legends stating that this body type could even transcend the 10-star grade which is known as the limit!

Unlike Amelia's, Sarah's body type had already started to awaken, but slowly.

Now thinking that Sarah's body type is even rarer than Amelia's, a flash of light flashed in Sam's eyes, {Body Types are rare occurrences, but despite this fact...Now I am started to feel that they are some cabbages in the market.}

Cabbe.... *cough* ... I mean Body-Types are a rare occurrence or might be they were before Sam saw Molly, Rose, Amelia, and Sarah. Sometimes things written in the books aren't correct, isn't it? So, don't just blindly follow them...even if it's some famous dictionary you take as reference.

Sam ill-humoredly said: "then what do you expect from an eighteen years old healthy adult?"

Maya childishly spit her tongue out.

Dizzy: Alert! Hostile beast detected below!

Sam acted rapidly. He pulled Maya, Rose, and Molly away from the Floor ruins, and landed a little far away from the ruins.

"!!!" after landing safely once again he remembered he forget bringing Vish whom he dropped on the Ruins.

Like he pulled Molly and Rose using the plant rope, he pulled Vish towards him.

Suddenly then the ruins heap started to shiver...

"sh*t! it's still not dead?! Which fuc*** diamond god blessed it?!" Angus cursed.

"guys, better we run from here now before the beast comes out." Finn was filled with tension. He didn't want to face its chase once again.

Sarah briefly looked toward Sam's group, especially towards unconscious Finn. Then she wryly said to Finn: "it seems we couldn't leave Joel's friends here, and it's also our mistake they indirectly dropped into this dangerous situation. So better we take responsibility for it."

"...Ok." surprisingly Finn agreed to Sarah's suggestion.

Angus patted Finn back, but to Finn, this patting was like hammering. Angus laughingly said: "Unexpectedly you agreed! Man, you're a good guy ha...!"

"you idiot, stop patting my back... ah, now it's good... I agreed because the beast wouldn't come out unscratched, and it surely will be heavily injured. So, I have confidence that we three king cultivators could take it down." Thou the plane seems to be simple, but it was risky. Monkey beast bustlingly emerged out of the ruins heap. However, it was covered in its blood, coming out of its wound. It glared Sarah's group, and there seems to be calmness present its eyes. Before because of its anger, it suffered heavily in these weak puny humans' hand, so it didn't want to suffer once again.

"they could handle the beast, right?" Rose worriedly asked.

Molly nodded her head: "From the confident appearance they had it seems they could take on that injured beast."

"Don't worry they could handle it easily. After all, they are king level cultivators!" Maya revelled pleasant news.

"Big sis, do you know them?" Sam asked.

"yep, I know all of them. that lady is Sarah from..." Maya introed Sarah's group. "and all of them are very strong king level cultivators so they could take out that injured beast easily."

Sam smiled and dropped bad news: "then for your information my dear sis, that beast is a 5-star grade beast."

"?...?...!!!" not only Maya, Molly and Rose also had the same shocked appearance.

"Roar!" the beast roared. Then it used its piked long tail and attacked Angus.

Because of its injury, its movements were slow, so Angus dodged.

BANG!

a large pit formed on the ground, where Angus stood before.

"Ice!" Finn acted rapidly; he friezed the pointed tail within the pit.

"nice work Finn" Sarah dashed towards the beast.

"Dogma slash!" Sarah horizontally slashed her unsheathed sword at monkey beast's leaf leg. The swords shined white during the arrack.

Cling!

Metals clashing sound rang loud.

"Roar!" though Sarah's attack didn't manage to make a cut on its thick skin, but still it caused pain to it.

"if I can't make a cut...then how about this." Since it was hard to make it bleed externally, Sarah had a way to make it bleed internally: "Lotus Fall!"

A huge lotus, made up of swords, appeared above the monkey. This lotus was double of monkey beast's size.

"swoosh...BANG!"

The lotus fell down onto monkey beast and caused it to cough blood. Surprisingly even this strong attack couldn't make a cut on its skin.

Angus grinned: "I thought only humans coughed blood...but now seeing it cough blood, I learned, the beast could also cough blood too hahahahahaha..."

"Everyone be careful!" Finn shouted. Sweat was pouring from his forehead because he strenuous kept the monkey beast's tail in freeze fixed.

Rattle!

Breaking the ice, the tail escaped.

Glaring Sarah angrily the monkey beast threw a punch at her.

"you forgot about me!" before its punch reached Sarah, Angus appeared above its head. And with his full strength, he punched down: "Dragon's Punch!"

A large transparent yellow dragon's fist appeared and landed on monkey beast's head.

BANG!

A large hitting sound rang. The monkey beast's half body sank into the ruins heap, and It also fell into a dizzy state.

"buhahahahahahaha...how's my punch, you little monkey?" Angus asked.

"idiot first kill it before it regains its senses!" Finn said as he walked here.

"since you didn't get a chance to show flashy moves, you do it!" Angus smilingly said.

Finn smiled: "ok." He lifted his hand up...but suddenly he noticed the monkey beast strange smile, so he rapidly built an ice sphere enclosing Angus, Sarah, and him: "ice shield!"

BOOOOMMMM!

A large fire blasted with profound sound. Engulfing the trio within, the fire nearly reached Sam's group who stood far from this place.

"this...how can..." Maya became pale; however, she was interrupted by Sam: "don't get tensed, nothing happened to them."

The enveloping fire dispersed, a several hundred feet circumference large pit appeared. In this pit stood the bloody monkey beast. And at the end of the circumference, there was a giant ice sphere.

The ice sphere misted, Finn wryly said: "this is why I told you to kill it soon."

"but it's in an injured state, and we could still kill it now." Angus grumpily said.

"its a variant beast... it would be hard killing it." Sarah gave her opinion.

"Roar!" beating its chest like an ape, the beast roared. Its eyes glowed red, and Soon its whole body was covered in red fire.

"Roar!" Like a dragon, it fire breathed towards them.

"ice wall!" Finn acted fast, a giant ice wall emerged before them and obstructed the fire.

"Angus" Sarah called.

Angus nodded his head. Both of them dashed from opposite sides, Angus, left; and Sarah, Right. Soon they closed their distance with the monkey beast.

"Dragon...ROAR!" Angus air breathed towards monkey beast.

"Dogma slash!" fifty feet huge sword appeared covering Sarah's sword and slashed vertically down onto monkey beast.

Monkey beast pointed its right palm toward the incoming Air breath and hurled the large fireball.

Bang!

With a blast, Angus air breath got canceled.

Clang! And towards Sarah's sword slash, it blocked it with its pointed tail.

"So, this is how powerful the kings are!" Rose enthusiastically said.

"yes, after all, they a are the young cultivators that stood at peak at their age." Maya said.

Molly thought, {if they stood at their peak at their age, then what about young master...?} she asked Sam: "young master Sam, what your opinion?"

"mine?... I am just impressed with that variant beast since it could still fight in the injured state." Sam voiced his thoughts.

"variant beast?" Rose dubiously asked. Not only her, Maya and Molly also had the same expressions.

Sam explained: "you see...not only this beast is a fire type, but it's also a strength type. And since it has two elements, its fighting power would be tremendous."

Swoosh! Swoosh!

The monkey beast hurled two new large fireballs at Angus. At the same time, it put pressure in its tail which was blocking Sarah's large sword.

Till now the monkey beast was on the defensive side. However now, it started its offence.

"DRAGON ROAR!" Angus air breathed towards the incoming fireballs. He went all out.

BOOM, BOOM

His powerful air breath somehow managed to block two fireballs. But the impact cast him back, and he crashed into the circumference wall with a large bang!

The monkey beast lifted its two hands up; a giant hot fireball started to form.

"Finn! Little help here!" strenuously blocking the attack which should have been a defence, Sarah shouted.

Finn was also having difficulty blocking fire breath. His ice wall was rapidly vaporizing by this hot breath, and on the other hand, to maintain this wall he has to generate new ice. Nevertheless, he lifted his right hand up, towards above monkey beast, while making the ice wall with his left hand: "spike fall!"

Rapidly, several hundred ice spikes appeared above monkey beast head! The scene looked quite scary.

"it seems the monkey beast would be dead soon." Watching several hundred cold ice spikes all pointing towards monkey beast, Maya commented.

Sam shook his head in response, but only Molly noted this.

Several hundred spikes plunge down. However, the unexpected thing happened

Sssssss ssssss sssss ssss sssss sssss ...

All the several hundred spikes vanished before it could reach monkey beast, just due to the heat released by the half formed large fireball!

{fu***** sh*t! just how hot is that half sphere?!} Finn thought.

Abruptly, the monkey beast threw this half fire sphere towards Finn. It didn't even wait for the sphere to complete.

"Finn run...!!" Sarah desperately shouted. Finn situation was perilous; even he could die now from this half fireball!

"fu**!!" Finn gave up on the ice wall; he rapidly formed a dense ice sphere around him.

BOOM...!

With a deafening sound, the half fireball blasted enveloping Finn. This fire blast was so strong that its propelling force imbalanced Sarah for a second.

Just utilizing this second, the monkey beast hit Sarah with its tail.

Bang!

Sara was hit on her chest and was flung in Sam's direction. After hitting Sarah, the monkey beast didn't even look at her; it stared to walk towards Angus.

"excuse me for a while." Sam rapidly ran towards Sarah, who was flyingly coming from the front, in his direction.

He suddenly stooped just where Sarah was going to crash. Soon he successfully caught her and several times backflipped. This actions of his slowed downed Sarah's speed without hurting her. Or else if Sam had just stood there and caught her, she might have gotten hurt.

"fuuuuu..." Sam signed in relief. He was fine, but the lady in the princess carry position was in a dizzy state due to several rapid backflips.

Soon Sarah little bit stabilized. She found she was leaning on a strong chest, and sensing strong arms around her neck and her legs almost near her hips, and her body went stiff.

"*cough*...little brother, how much longer are you planning to hold Sarah." Seeing Sarah stiff, Maya said.

{it would have been nice if she could be in the dizzy state little longer} Sam inwardly complained. Who doesn't want to hold a beautiful lady in his arms a little longer? Nonetheless, Sam put Sarah down and shamelessly supporting her he asked: "are you alright?"

Sara was stabilizing herself to stand, so she had to let Sam support her forcefully. Sam said: "I am fine...just a sec..."

Others noticed Sam's action and silently grinned.

Fully stabilizing herself, Sarah escaped from Sam support. In his heart, Sam painfully sighed, {ah...if I could hold her little more...}

Sam behaved as if nothing happed: "can handle that beast?"

In response, Sam smiled: "you shouldn't guess a person on just his appearance you know." he started to walk in beast direction: "I just crushingly defeated an initial stage king cultivator before dropping here..."

Sarah couldn't sense Sam's cultivation, so she believed him for now.

However others weren't as calm as her, they were shocked hearing Sam's word. And in fact, Maya was going to stop Sam leaving before she heard Sam's words.
