3 Devotion of Suspect X

The next morning, Henry wakes up. Even now, he still feels dreamy about what happened to him last night. He feels everything is just a dream and he will wake up sometime later. But seeing now he awake, he recognizes everything is true and he must move on from his past self.

Henry gets up from the bed and stretching his body as he still feels tired from his overnight writing. He brushes his teeth and takes a shower as he feels his whole body sticky. After the shower, Henry picks up clothes and wear it as he goes downstairs as his room is on the upper floor.

Henry approached the dining room and see his father sit on the main chair while reading a newspaper and his mom is cooking in the kitchen.

Henry grabs the chair and sits on it.

Jacob glanced his son for a while and continue reading his newspapers. After 5 minutes, Margaret brings an omelet, french toast, bacon, and milk.

Seeing his wife done the cooking, Jacob put down the newspapers and begin to eat.

The breakfast went silent as the William family never been a noisy family.

After the breakfast done, Jacob begins to talk

"Henry, where are you going for your university? you know now your high school almost finished."

Henry keep calm as he decided to act like a normal family teenager so as not suspected by his parent and replied, "Dad, I think I would like to go to Harvard University Law department"

Jacob feels surprised as he feels his son reply is unexpected. But then again, it's Henry choice, he will never force his own son to do something that against his will as the result often counterproductive.

"Harvard University then, if that is your choice, I will support you. If you go there, go to Professor Eric as he is my friend there. He will take care of you there." Jacob says.

When Henry heard that, he felt a little excited as he has prepared a lot of rhetoric to convince his parent if they did not support him. With his father approval, everything became easier.

"Son, it almost late, you must go to school now" Margaret reminded Henry

Heard that, Henry go to grab his backpack upstairs and go to his own bicycle.

In the school, Henry just keeps acting like his normal 'self' and try not to appear strangely. He is quite popular in school due to his handsome look and well-built body. The teacher is quite fond of him as he is diligent, genius, and never conduct a bad thing in years of study. Henry basically an example of what a perfect student should be.

Even though he is quite popular and had many girls chasing him, he never had a girlfriend. Henry basically a bookworm/nerd but quite popular.

Henry just doing the High School normally. After he is home, he basically just write the 'Devotion of Suspect X' as this is determined how he gets money for the company. And this keeps repeat until 3 days later as he finishes the book. He planned to talk to his mom as she has a bookstore and must have contact in the publishing house.

Now it's Monday, so Henry did not go to school. Henry approached his mom as she is now reading a book in the living room.

"Mom, I want to talk something with you." Henry sits on the opposite side of his mom while a book which is the 'Devotion of Suspect X'.

"What do you want to talk to honey ?" Margaret put down her book in the table and speak to Henry.

"I want to publish a book, but I don't have a channel to do it. So the first thought that came to my mind is you mom." Henry explained

"You want to publish a book ?" Margaret surprised as she never known her son can write a book.

"Yes, this is the book. I have already written it from 1 month ago." Henry replied while he gives the book to Margaret. Henry lied about the time he wrote the book as if he tells his mom he is just writing the book in 3 days, Margaret will probably feel shocked.

When Margaret heard that, she picked up the book and begin to read it. At first, she thought Henry just want to play. But after seeing the content inside it, she shocked as she feels this book content quite intriguing. The rhythm, plot, and many more are the level of bestselling authors.

She is own a bookstore herself, so she confident in her own judgment. But because is this she feels shocked as this book has so many potentials.

"Are you sure you write this alone Henry ?" Margaret questioned Henry as she feels this is quite unbelievable.

"100%, this is my own hard work, how can I fake it ?" Henry feels quite proud as he can feel his mom shocked reading his book. Even though he just copying it, he feels quite proud now.

"If this really your own book, mom will fully support you. I will contact my friend and send her a copy of your book. Do you mind mom take it for a little while ?" Margaret asked

"Of course not, you can take it mom." Henry replied

Margaret then goes outside to copying his book and send to her contact. Now Henry just waiting the news from his mom.
