39 Rage

Shadow jumped on his bed and place his arms behind his head. Many questions were swarming around his head. He thought about who was that girl who looked like his ex-girlfriend Amber? Did Amber also reincarnate into the RWBY as he did? And are there more humans from his world who reincarnated into Remnant? He also thought about how powerful is Salem? Was she holding back in their first battle together?

He reached out one of his hands towards the skies and then looks at the window to see the shinning shattered moon of Remnant. 'The next days ahead will change my future. I have to be ready for what comes way. I will be the most powerful being in Remnant. ' He clenched his fist in the air and closed his eyes. He was smart enough to layer his whole room with traps and sensors so that Cinder won't be able to enter. And if she did, she would be dead in a flash.

Shadow finally got to rest and dreams about his future and destiny in Remnant. About 4 hours of sleep in, a loud knock is heard. He opens one eye and releases his dark dragon claw skill in one arm.

"Hurry and get up. Your first mission begins today." Cinder said in a serious tone. Shadow puts on his jacket and opens the door. Adam and Cinder are standing in front of him, both of them were wearing jet black stealth gear with armor platings underneath there jackets( Refer to Cinder's stealth attire on her wiki page) they looked ready to kill.

"Here's your weapon." Adam hands over a classy suitcase that had the White Fang red tiger logo on it.

Shadow grabs the suitcase and then opens it, inside was a katana much similar to Adam's but it was all black and had one a gunmetal and chrome finish to it. There was a modified area below the katana's blade, it was a small visible red gun trigger. The blade itself had rectangle holes scattered across lower edges of the blade so that it can slash at a faster rate.

"What about the blueprint I sent you? There are some parts missing." Shadow said as he slashed around the gunblade katana to test out its slash speed and durability.

"Then you modify it yourself. I have no time to waste on creating weapons." Adam brushed off Shadow's words and walks to the castles garage area.

'I diffidently will. This katana isn't so bad, maybe it's on the same level as Adam's Wilt and Blush sword, but I can make it better after I use it in combat today.' Shadow sheathes the katana behind his back on a sword hostler that was connected by magnets.

"Here's your combat stealth gear and boots as well." Cinder rudely throws him the gear and Shadow quickly catches the items with his fast Faunus reflexes.

What he received was a black biker leather jacket with white fur on the sides of the neck collar, he also got black carbon fiber armor platings for his stomach, arms, and chest( Like Batman: The Dark Knight armor), with that he also got black combat boots.

"Meet us at the docking bay once you are suited up." flips back long raven hair and walks away with a strut model pose like she was on a catwalk. Shadow quickly puts on his gear and entered the docking area which was located in the underground region of Salem's castle. The docking area resembled a dungeon cave that was inside a blackish lava pit. A vast array of rocks and magma covered the walls and ceilings of the docking area. In front of Shadow was a Atlesian Airship. This model was a more compact version that had two driving seats and four passenger seats, the airship closely resembles a stealth bomber jetplane.

"What are you waiting for? Get on." Cinder is seductively hanging on the railings of the airships cockpit opening.

Shadow gets in without even looking at Cinder, he still hated her guts.

Adam turns on the airship's engines and the two large rocket exhaust from behind blasted out blue flames. The airship hovered up and then rocketed out of Salem's hidden dungeon cave. The airship zoomed past the Land of Darkness. Shadow was finally out of this hell hole. Salem must have taken out her dark aura barrier so that the airship could fly through. Even from above the skies the Land of Darkness still looked vile, corrupt, and evil. Just infinite darkness and no hope of light for miles on out. Shadow could see thousands of Grimm from all species loudly roaring to the skies as they stomp in herds on top of blackish rocky mountains. He could sense their hate and rage spreading across the world of Remnant.

"So what is the mission?" Shadow asked as he arranges his dark system inside of mindscape.

"There is a large shipment of dust we must steal." Cinder replies as she sharpens her blades.

Shadow closed his eyes and mediated, he was going to need it for what was going to transpire next.

Location: Atlas Outskirts- ( Black Market Forest)

"Hurry and get up! You filthy Faunus!" An Atlas Huntsman slaps a rabbit Faunus on the face and then whips her on the back with an electric whip. "GAawaaah!" She bellows in pain as she falls to the wet muddy ground which was full of freezing snow.

"Hey don't kill the merchandise so soon. Haha!" Laughs another huntsman who has blonde hair as he starts drinking beer and fiercely tosses the glass bottle at the rabbit Faunus's head. It shatters and the glass pierces the top of her skull, blood drips down from her forehead as tears stream down from hazel eyes.

A pour of heavy icy rain slams against the girls face as she looks up the snowy skies begging for someone to help.

"Hey, Jason maybe we can have some fun with this little rabbit girl while we wait for our boss." Said the blonde haired huntsman as he goes to grope the defenseless Faunus girl whose brown slavers shirt was already torn and in shredded from all the beatings she had endured. "Get away from me!" Her long rabbit ears wiggled wildly with fear.

Suddenly a fist punches right through the huntsmen chest and a Grimm dragon claw is holding his bloody beating hear.

"You humans really are fucking worthless pieces of shit," Shadow coldly said as he easily crushed the man's heart and then pulled out his dark dragon claws from his chest, a spray of ruby blood splatters against Shadow's face, his fearsome crimson eyes were full of burning hate and disgust of seeing the cages of slave Faunus girls and boys of all ages. Children, teens, and adults even elderly were seen in horrible conditions inside the metal cages. To see the heroes of RWBY( Huntsmen) do such an unspeakable act, made Shadow's insides churn.

The other Atlas huntsmen called Jason sprinted towards Shadow, "You bastard!!!" He roared out as he raised up his expensive flashy silver battle-ax high the air. Shadow swiftly grabs the battle-ax with his bare hands. Janson looks directly into his face. Shadow was wearing a dragon skull Grimm masked that had two medium sized horns protruding out from the top of the skull. He had created the mask himself with his Grimm shifting abilities. Jason saw his spiky dragon Grimm arm that was full of human blood, he starts to piss himself.

"W-what the fuck are you!?" Jason yells with fear in his voice as he sees Shadow's red eyes darkly glare back at him, they pierced his very soul with deep malice. Shadow pulled out his katana and clicked the gun trigger below it. The katana made a loud hissing mechanical sound, it was like it had a life of its own. The blade of the katana started to extend longer and then unfolded itself forward to form a black battle-scythe. Shadow then charged all of his Dark Thunder inside the scythe blade and in the speed of light, he sliced the huntsmen in half by slashing downward on top of his head. The huntsmen's body vertically split in half like a chopped piece of meat, blood spurted all over Shadow's face and the huntsmen's bloody guts and organs fell out of his stomach cavity.

About ten more Atlas huntsmen surrounded Shadow and pointed their weapons at him.

'Tch. I will kill every single of these sick fucks, none of them deserve to live. Not after what I have seen, they tortured and mutilated these defenseless Faunus people like they were trash. Now I am going to pay them back ten-fold." Shadow was filled with explosive rage, his mission was to take down the Atlas slave trader leader and his shipment of dust, but when he saw all these innocent Faunus slaves in such a bad condition and being whipped like animals, he lost every shred of humanity he had. Right now the only thing flowing through his blood and veins was raw unadulterated hate and rage.

Cinder and Adam walk into the fray. They had captured the slave trader leader, he was a pudgy man with white hair and a large grey mustache, "Unhand me at once! I thought we had a deal!?" Cried out the fat man as he angrily kicked his legs in the air.

One Atlas huntress with light brown short hair walks over to Cinder with a suitcase in her hands and tosses it her way.

Cinder opens the suitcase and picks up a large vile filled with refined dust crystals, "Good job. This is just what I needed."

"You traitor!" The fat man barks out as veins popping out of his angered forehead. The huntress walks over to the fat man and slits his throat with a hidden dagger, she then smiles as her pink eyes evilly glare at him. The huntress transforms into Neo and she kisses the man on the cheeks in a way to demean him.

"Blaaaarrrrgh!" The white-haired man holds on to the bloody wide gash on his neck and spurts fresh blood from his mouth as he falls to the snowy floor and squirms around like a worm until he dies.

Cinder looks at Shadow who easily kills off all of the ten huntsmen with one dark Rasengan blast, there was only a pile of blood and dissembled bodies lying on the ground near Shadow's boots, his whole body was covered in dark aura.

"Come on let's get going. We have another place we need to be." Cinder shoots flames from her palms to burn away the evidence of the slaughter that just happened.

Shadow's destiny was finally decided.
