106 The Castle!

Fina turned her head from Dro to the opened realm gate and tilted her head in confusion. "A gate?" she mumbled, and then said, "Where did it come from? And where does it lead?"

The corners of Dro's lips rose, forming a faint smiling expression on his face. "I opened it. Now go inside."

Fina slowly nodded her head. "Okay, big brother Dro," she said and walked through the opened realm gate. Dro followed in after her, and the realm gate closed behind him. His surroundings changed; a notification message flashed in front of him. And as the notification message flashed in front of him, Fina's shocked voice sounded, "Where are we?"

"This is the rift between the worlds. You can look around if you want. I am going to—," Dro paused and said a few seconds later, "Meditate for a few minutes." He without waiting for Fina's reaction or reply – extended his arm, clenched and unclenched his fist; the menu opened. He selected the option – 'character' from the menu and his character window opened.

Dro looked over his attributes. "Just like before…" he thought and allocated 91 attribute points into Strength, 77 points into Dexterity, 49 points into Intellect and Vitality, 28 points into Spirit and the last 21 points into Luck.

Dro looked over his changed attributes. "Now to select my talent specialisation," he thought, then closed his character window and the menu reopened. From it he selected the option – 'talents', and his talents window opened.

"It's all hidden, unlike when I was selecting my talent specialisation twenty years ago when I was a werepire. Not that it matters." Dro thought and selected the last talent specialisation – True Hybrid talent specialisation, and notification messages started flashing in front of him; notifying him of upgraded skills.

After the last notification message flashed, the talent specialisation selection window changed into a talents window. In the window, there were numerous rows and amongst these rows, the first row's icons were pulsating every few seconds. Dro looked at these pulsating icons.

"Let's start with werepire brutal attacks," Dro thought and allocated 4 talents points into the talent – 'Werepire's Brutal Attacks'. "Now to allocate Fina's attribute points," he thought, closed his talents window and when the menu opened he selected the option – 'Fina character'; her character window opened.

"I used to allocate all her attribute points evenly as she had a use for all of them, but now that is not the case…" Dro thought and allocated 84 attribute points into Strength, 132 points into Dexterity, 156 points into Intellect, 84 points into Vitality, 48 points into Spirit and the last 36 points into Luck.

Dro looked over Fina's changed attributes and he slightly nodded his head. "That should be all," he thought, then closed her character window and with it the menu. And after the menu closed, the first thing he saw was Fina looking directly into his dark red eyes. "We can go," he said.

A confused expression appeared on Fina's face and she slightly tilted her head. "But we are on the floating island in the middle of nowhere."

Follow me," Dro said with a faint smiling expression on his face. Fina nodded her head, "Okay, big brother." Dro led her to the giant rock and said, "Yukeora, vampire castle." A sudden light flashed, and once it dimmed down their surroundings had changed.

Fina blinked her eyes. "Where are we now?" she said and turned her head, looking around in all directions, while Dro fixated his eyes on the Gothic castle in front of them.

"Let's go, Fina," Dro said.

Fina turned her head to Dro. "We are going to that castle?"

"Yes, we are going to meet the queen of the vampires," Dro said and a serious expression appeared on his face.

Fina slowly nodded head. "Okay, big brother Dro," Fina said and they walked to the Gothic castle, and as they walked to it, they saw that the gate was closed and that on the top of the walls to the right and the left of the gate there were more than hundreds of bats on each side.

"Big brother Dro, the bats are staring at us," Fina said.

Dro slightly nodded his head. "I know."

Dro and Fina stopped in front of the large gates and Dro pulled out Alpha Werewolf – Zjir's head. "This is the head of the werewolf leader that wanted to eradicate the novice vampire village. I seek an audience with the vampire Queen!"

A moment of silence passed and the gate slowly opened with a creak.
