Dro walked up to Count Tharon and said casually, "Hello."

Count Tharon frowned, "Hello?... Do you have no manners at all, fledgeling?"

"What?" Dro asked as he was stunned by Count Tharon's words. He was stunned as he never expected anyone to ever say the words that Count Tharon said.

"I am a Count and you are just a fledgeling, why aren't you showing me proper respect that I deserve?!" The Count said in a slightly raised and angry voice.

Dro gave Count Tharon a stunned look. "I am not sure, what I am supposed to do here," he mumbled.

"Do I have to call him sir?" he thought.

"You are in the presence of the Count! If you are speaking then speak clearly!"

"Here goes nothing," Dro thought.

"Yes, sir!" he shouted out.

"Are you mocking me?!" he shouted back.

Dro once again was stunned and this time, he didn't utter a single sound. He only stared blankly at the count. Faced with silence Count Tharon frowned and snickered. In one swift motion, he reached for his sword and unsheathed it before unleashing it.

WOOSH! The sword flew through the air and stopped only when it was only an inch away from Dro's neck. This entire process all happened in a single moment, and Dro couldn't react at all. Only when the sword stopped from the inch of his neck, he realised what just happened. His pupils constricted and he subconsciously gulped down his saliva.

When Dro's eyes looked at the Count Tharon he saw that the ring around Count Tharon was no longer green that showed that target was friendly but orange instead. The colour which symbolised that the NPC was unfriendly.

"What?! What's going to happen now?! Am I going to die?! Wait, wait, wait, what even happens when I die?! Will I respawn? Will I leave this world forever? No! I can't risk it! I can't die! I don't want to die! I don't want to leave this world! I will not return back to reality! There is nothing for me there! I want to live in this world! I have to survive!" Multiple thoughts flashed through Dro's head.

Count Tharon gave Dro a cold stone look. "I will give you one chance to redeem yourself fledgeling. You will get on your knees, you will kowtow to me and you will say forgive me for my rudeness, your lordship Count Tharon," he said before even more thought could flash through Dro's head.

He removed his sword from Dro's neck and continued looking at him with a cold stone look. "Well?"

Dro gulped down his saliva and thought, "I will have to obey, I will not die! I will not leave this world!" Dro got down on his knees, kowtowed and said in a loud clear voice, "Please forgive me for my rudeness, your lordship Count Tharon!"

Count Tharon nodded, "You are forgiven you may rise."

Dro looked up from the ground and met with Count Tharon's figure once again, this time around the Count Tharon there was a green ring and not the orange one. Dro rose up to his feet.

"What is your name fledgeling?"

"My name is Dro … your lordship."

"Dro go into the town, there you will meet four counts, each count is a master of a job, take one of them as your master,"

"Yes, your lordship."

Count Tharon nodded, he turned around and walked to the town – leaving Dro alone to himself. "That was nerve-racking, I almost died back there…" he mumbled and sighed with relief.

Dro moved his eyes to the town and he tilted his head in confusion. "What was that quest that gave me options to choose from? ... And what is favourability?... Is there an FAQ section?" Dro in his hopes of finding the FAQ in the menu, extended his hand clenched it into his fist and then unclenched it. The menu opened and at the bottom, there was an option Dro tilted his head in confusion and he mumbled, "I can swear that that place was empty before… Well, no matter."

He tapped the button and a new window opened and in this new window, there were only two selections.

"Only two options?... Let's start with the first one," he thought and tapped, . A window opened with an explanation.

After he read the explanation, he raised his eyebrow and mumbled slightly in disbelief, "Does that mean, you can marry the NPCs?" He laughed lightly, "That's cool!"

He then exited the explanation of and selected, the last remaining explanation option,

"So the black quest which I received earlier was a quest that could influence the world? That's really cool but…" he showed a confused expression and thought, "But how would my death influence the world?" He shook his head and closed the menu entirely.

"Oh right! I forgot to check my skills after my race changed I got quite a few," he thought. Dro opened the menu and selected option.
