7 Chapter 07

The rays were peeping through the opened window thus breaking her peaceful sleep and specks of dust danced in the air silently. When Lydia woke up, she was lying naked and her legs were still sore from the night before. She found herself unable to move and realized that Andy has wrapped around her. His strong leg was over her and his arms holding her close to his bare chest. However, she still need to use the bathroom immediately to release her bladder. She tried to hold it, hoping and knowing that he would be waking up very soon.

Lydia looked down at the arms wrapped around her small shoulders and realized that many women had dreamed of waking up with this handsome man every morning. Even though he was almost 10 years older than her, he still hugged her like a teddy bear, something she was getting used to after almost two years with him. Few minutes later, realizing that she couldn't fall asleep and that couldn't hold it anymore as her bladder is going to burst, Lydia found a way trying to sneak to the bathroom without waking him. Moving as gently as she could, she managed to escape from his hold and sat upright on the side of the bed. As soon as she put her feet down on the floor and began to stand up, Andy's arms wrap around her waist, pulling her down, back into bed.

"And just where do you think you are going?" he asked her, his voice raspy.

"I need to use the bathroom immediately. Wake up now and you are going to be late for work." she answered him noticing the time on the clock was almost eight o'clock. He look at her up and down and she immediately felt nervous. He leaned toward her and she breath his scent which is instantly addicting. He leaned toward and felt his fingers brush on her neck.

"You're beautiful." He compliment her and she blushed like a teenager.

Andy released her and stretched his muscular arms over his head, knowing that his body was attractive to many women. He is perfect at everything, to be more precise, he doesn't give a damn about the world outsides rather than her. Lydia went to the bathroom and heard him shouted from the bedroom.

"I'm not going to work today, I am going to spend the day and time with you. What do you want to do?"

Unsure that she had heard him right, Lydia finished in the bathroom and returned to his room. Sitting on the edge of the bed, she looked over at him, the sunlight from the open door and the sheet draped over his torso made him look like a Greek God. Since she had finished school, she rarely left the house. He had everything brought for her, eg. clothes, shoes, groceries, even her books, music and videos she ordered online and had them delivered.

"I really don't need..." Lydia started before Andy cut her off, already knowing what she was going to say.

"You go shower, get dressed and meet me in the kitchen for breakfast." He instructed as he got out of bed, his naked body effortlessly gliding to the bathroom. Following his request, after showered Lydia choose a cool summer dress and a pair of sandals, hoping that his adventure didn't require anything more formal and headed downstairs.

Andy was already in the kitchen slicing fresh fruit for breakfast and making coffee for breakfast. After they finished eating, Lydia was still in a confused mood as to why he would want to spend the day with her in public. Andy turned to her and asked again, "Where would you like to go today?" He knew so little about her, she had changed so much in these last two years, all he knew was that she wasn't like his other girlfriends into designer handbags, shoes and the latest clothings fashions.

"Where you go, I go. I just follow." She told him. Lydia looked at him with a blank stare, not even knowing what her options were and followed him to the car. They drove in silence, passing shopping malls, museums and parks and Lydia was not sure how to tell him that she had never been to any of them before. She was hoping to go at least to one of this places.

Stopping for a red light, Andy looked over and asked her once more, this time a little more annoyed that she wasn't answering him, "What would you like to do today?" Lydia just kept quiet and was looking out the car window to avoid his anger.

"Fine, I know where we'll go." Andy told her as the light turned green and he stepped on the accelerator, speeding away. Lydia knew she had upset him by not answering, but she had no idea where to go since the city was this big although she was hoping that he would bring her to those places and furthermore, she had no idea what she wanted to do now. Within ten minutes, they pulled into a parking lot full of mothers with strollers and school buses with children on field trips.

"Let's go!" Andy said as he got out and opened her door for her.

Lydia looked across the road and noticed the entrance to the Zoo, she felt thrilled and surprised. She thought to herself, this was definitely not some place Andy would brought her and she felt so excited. She had mostly seen the zoo animals on TV only and had never once stepped foot in this place. As soon as they went through the entrance, Lydia's mood instantly changed, it was like she was a child again.

She walked from exhibit to exhibit with Andy following behind and smiling at the excitement in her eyes as she interacted and observed all the animals. He would explain what he knew about each species to her as she listened intently, like a school girl on a class trip. Lydia would have never expected that she would be doing something that was so enjoyable today with Andy, suddenly she realized that her heart was smiling and it sure felt so good.
