Abrax's POV

"I want her back in my life Arvid, i can't bare separation from her anymore" i said banging my hand against the table.

"but you gave your word to Edward that you would never see her" Arvid said.

"i don't care about any word's i just want her in my life" i quoth

"you haven't seen her in sixteen years, what if you don't like her now"

"what do you mean by i might not like her now" i asked furrowing my eyebrows.

"what if she doesn't looks good now"

"looks doesn't matter Arvid and i have seen her when she was seven"

There was a unpredictable drastic urge in me, i don't comprehend what it was i felt a explicit pain in my heart, i was feeling someone's pain it was like I'm going to lose my life abruptly thought about Zerin in danger struck me, i hastily ran to the Aaira when i reached the castle i looked around and found a hole in the frozen river, i swiftly jumped into it and swam deep in the river, i found her and swam out of the river with her, with my inhumane speed i ran into the woods carrying Zerin in my arms and laid her on the enormous stone, she was cold as ice and wasn't even breathing, i tried to listen to her heart beat, the heartbeat was fainting with every moment, i pressed her stomach and water was coming out from her mouth but she wasn't waking up "Zerin please open your eyes I'm here" i said by patting her cheeks, I've to use my magic before it's too late, "wakaitum kahara niyoh yehi xariya" i recited holding her hands, i heard her heartbeat getting back it's rhythm i opened my eyes and looked at Zerin, she was breathing again, i swiftly embraced her and left a gentle kiss on top of her head, i pulled back and looked at her, her eyes were still close, i didn't wanted to let her go but i gave my word, i took her into my arms embracing my cute Princess last time and ran towards the castle and saw a woman looking for her, i approached her and said "are you looking for her" showing Zerin who was wrapped in my cloak "yes what happened to her" she asked terrified, "she was drowned in the river" i replied, i was infuriated with her how could she be so irresponsible towards her Princess, Zerin opened her eyes and looked at me and i breathed in relief, she looked so fragile like a flower, i gave her to the lady "thank you so much for saving life our Princess , we owe you with our lives" she said clutching Zerin into her arms, "it was my pleasure, it'll be good if you take her inside she's already freezing" i quoth and looked behind her, i saw Edward coming towards from far away no human eye could see it, she followed my gaze and turned around to look, i took the advantage of it and vanished from there.

"how did you know Zeri was in danger" Arvid asked stupefied.

"there's a some kind of connection betwixt us, a energy which always allures me towards Zerin and the same connection let me save her life, but i can only feel that energy when she's nigh me" i replied.

"That's magnificent" Arvid said, amazement can be clearly heard in his voice.

"yes it is, but i don't ever want to feel that again, i literally felt her pain it was like someone is squeezing life out of my body" i frowned remembering the pain.

"after that incident i never felt anything again" i added.

"how come you didn't told me about that Abrax?" Arvid asked.

"you weren't here when that happened and later i got busy in some buisness and forgot to tell you" i replied.

"if that's the matter then it's okay" Arvid quoth, it wasn't true i didn't wanted to tell him.

"so now i had enough of punishment, i want to make her mine forever" i exclaimed enthusiastically.

"there's something you need know about Zeri Abrax" Arvid said desperately.

"what is it Arvid" i asked perplexed but covered it with my annoyance.

"Zeri she- uh" he stammered.

"come on say it Arvid you're making me loose my patience"

"she is immensely in love with prince of Xenia" he said.

"what!!" his words made me apoplectic, how could she love someone else when she was destined to be with me, i won't let that human take away my Zerin from me.

"how could she love someone else Arvid" i infuriated.

"Abrax calm down she doesn't know about you, you can't put her at fault"  Arvid quoth worriedly.

But anger was bubbling inside me, the love of her for that human woke up that incandescent egoistic Abrax again.

"i will get her back right now, Arvid" i exclaimed acrimoniously.

"Abrax you can't do that, do you forgot about our peace treaty with humans" he quoth anxiously.

"please calm down, i already have my knights keeping an eye on her, but one of my knight hurt her out of his rage" he apprehended.

"how dare he hurt my love , i'll rip him into shreds" i ranted, my hands were clenched into fists, "get him to me right now Arvid" i almost yelled out in fury,"no one even has a right to touch my Zerin how could he hurt her,"

"listen to me Abrax, she-" i cut him off "i said get him to me right now" i hollered enraged.

"Zeri was being so intimate with him, it irked him and he hurt her" Arvid said.

"what do you mean by intimate what were they exactly doing, Arvid" i infuriated, my anger was raising to the point where i could go uncontrollable, he silence was deafening me "Arvid i need answer" i was almost yelling, i tried not to raise my voice.

"he kissed her, Abrax" he answered frowning, his words made me ornery, i wanted to rip off that human Prince head right then.

"okay, just say him to get caught, I'm letting him live cause i don't want Edward to suspect me or else i would've ripped him into pieces for hurting my love " i exclaimed acrimoniously.

"okay, Abrax" he said and left immediately.

I was about to see her, as i reached the gardens, i could feel that same mesmerizing energy i saw a balcony and climbed up the energy grew more intense when i was standing there it means it's Zerin's chamber, i pushed the door to my surprise it was unlocked, i opened without causing any creaks, chamber was dark but i saw a silhouette of figure sleeping on the bed, the energy was growing stronger as i got closer to her, her back was turned on me, being powerful Vampire had it perks i could even see clearly in dark, i walked towards and i sat beside her on the bed the energy was crawling all over my body making me loose my senses, when i was about to turn her to see her face, she unanticipatedly turned towards me, showing her enthralling face, i never saw anyone so bewitching like her, i was marvelled by her mesmerizing beauty, her lips so divine her nose was scarlet red, when i touched her cheek, i was hit by euphoric jolt of energy, she winced in pain when i touched her nose but didn't woke up, i kept my finger on her hurt nose and recited some magical words, when i opened my eyes all redness was gone from her nose it means there must be no pain, she looked so tranquil whilst sleeping, when she was an infant i loved watching her sleep, all the fury i had for her before arriving here was gone, i caressed her cheek and pressed my forehead gently against her, it was intoxicating i heard her mumble "Remus" as our noses touched, my eyes brust open with apoplexy but the energy calmed me instantly which never happened in my centuries of my life, i can't be calmed down so instantly and easily by a simple touch, when my gaze reached her ravishing lips, Arvid words strike me about him kissing Zerin, she was smiling in her sleep which again calmed me, her sweet smile even oppressing the beauty of crescent moon, i wanted to see what she was dreaming about so i kept my hand on her forehead to again hit by jolt of energy, i concentrated on her dream, i saw her with a young man who was embracing her from behind and whispering things in her ear on which she was blushing and giggling, they were becoming so cosy and intimate i couldn't watch it anymore, i opened my eyes and removed my hand from her forehead, why she loves this human so much when she has me the most powerful Vampire,don't worry my Princess we will meet soon and i'll  make you mine, i whispered in her ear and brushed her cheeks with my fingers, and i felt a sparking energy in tip of my fingers, if I'll be here anymore i would become irresistible by the energy and could end up doing things which i would be regretting later i looked at her one last time and scrammed out.
