9 Avow Love

A whole night and day i locked myself in my chamber grieving for my brooch.

Laura came to my chamber and said " Princess his majesty wants to talk with you"

"hhmm okay" i nodded.

I went to father's chamber and knocked "come in"  he said.

I entered and closed the door behind me

"come sit with me, Zeri"  he patted.

I sat beside him on the bed beside him.

"i learned about the brooch from Laura , how did it broke?"  he asked.

" i don't know father when i was back to my room i found it broken into two on the floor " i said with cracking voice and tears rolled down my cheeks which i was holding back,i lied to him because i don't want to make this worse.

"oohh Zeri" he said and engulfed me into hug and i winced in his chest, he rubbed my back gently, he slowly pulled and cupped my face with his hands "look at you Zeri, what you've done to yourself"

"I'm sorry, father for my irresponsible behavior" i sobbed.

"Zeri it's not your fault and I'm startled with your grieve over a mediocre brooch"

"father it was mothers last mark i had and now it's broken and i feel like i lost mother again"

"who said you that was yours mother's last mark" he demanded.

"i thought it might be cause you never told me about it father"

"oh yes i agree, I've something special of your mother's for you Zeri" he said with smile.

"really, father"

"yes, something remarkable which will be given to you on your special day" 

"what is that special day father" i asked.

"you'll know it Zeri now go and have some sleep i know you haven't slept last night in grievance" he said and snogged my forehead.

"how do you know?" i asked.

"I'm your father Zeri i know everything about you" he replied.

"oh yes good night father"

"good night, Zeri"

I was standing in balcony staring at the moon which was full and magnificent, the cool breeze blowing my hair away from my face and making my cheeks crimson i felt like missing something and i knew what i was missing my Remus i haven't seen him a whole day and now there was urge in me to say him  everything father said to me and i decided to meet him right now when i turned to go to his chamber, i saw him coming towards me with his lovely smile his face was illuminated by moonlight as he came closer his eyes were glistening in moonlight.

"how are you Zer??" he asked by taking my hand into his.

"I'm good" i replied.

"i just thought of meeting you"

"see you thought about me and I'm here"

He smirked.

I explained him everything father had told me.

"That's great Zeri"

"sorry for evading you whole day"  i frowned and took his hands in mine.

"it's okay, Zer i understand" he said by squeezing my hand gently.

"I'm very lucky to have you in my life"

"me too my love and i have something for you" he sang out.

"and whats that"

"close your eyes"

"why?"

"just do it Zer"

"okay"

"open now"

I was marvelled by brooch in his hand, the brooch which was broken now it was mended, it was looking more prettier than before.

"how did you do that" i asked in stupefaction by taking brooch from him.

"just tried my best to make it as it was before but i couldn't and i added some additionals to it if you don't like them you can remove them" he replied.

"oohh Remus"  i muffled.

"i knew you would not like it, I'm sorry for ruining your brooch" he grimaced.

"no, i love it. it looks more prettier than before and i don't want to remove anything from it thank you soo much Rem" i bubbled and clutched him with my embrace.

I pulled away "you don't need to do this" i acknowledged.

"i can do anything to make you happy Zer"  he said by caressing my cheek.

"i love you with all my heart and soul, Rem"

"i love -mmh" before he could complete his words i cupped his face and pressed my lips against his soft lips and kissed gently pulling away i leaned my forehead against his, he was non-plused by my momentary kiss.

"Once again thank-you so much for mending my

brooch, love" i mumbled unable to meet his eyes and looked down at his chest. I was feeling shy.

"i can do anything for your happiness zer and what about your momentary kiss?" he asked  by raising my face up to meet his glistening orbs.

"look at me Zer"

I obeyed him deftly and locked my gaze with him.

"why you don't like it, it was my way of thanking you" i asked.

"no" he replied.

"you don't like it?? " i was traumatized with his reply.

"no, i didn't like it, actually i loved it Zer" he chuckled.

"good irony" i faked laugh.

"i would love to do it again,Zer"he quoth by caressing my cheek and pulled me closer to him and blandly pressed his lips against mine, before i could respond i heard a sound of something falling on the floor and rapidly moved away from Remus and stood beside him, i could see a silhouette of figure coming towards us his face was illuminated by moonlight when he came closer to us and i was startled to him here this late in night, Remus was vexed with his brief appearance.

"what are you doing here, Bloom" he asked with frustration.

"same thing implies for you Remus, what are you doing here" he retorted eyeing me.

"you don't need know what I'm doing here" Remus aggravated.

"then you too don't need to know what I'm doing here" he infuriated.

"where are your manners gone, is that a way of talking with your brother"

"you don't need to teach me manners"

"come on you both stop it why you two always have to be mad at each other you two are grown up now stop behaving like children" i distressed and left them alone and i set off to my room.

I changed myself into night gown and got under the quilt i was wear out and needed sleep i stared at the brooch which is mended by my love, he made it more special for me.

"good morning Princess Zeri"

"good morning, Laura " i blurted whilst yawning.

"you're still in bed Princess "

"yeah i slept for so long" i said with slumber voice.

"wake up princess i bought your breakfast"

"hhmm okay"

I took bath, ate my breakfast and laura braided my hair.

"Laura see this"

"how is it possible Princess Zeri, it was broken and now it looks more prettier than before"

"Remus mended it for me Laura "

"so sweet of him Princess his love for you is unconditional"

"Prince Remus wanted me to notify you about his rush today, he cannot meet you today he's busy with some work with his father"

"okay" i sighed.

I spent my half of time reading book, i totally lost myself in book i was snapped out of it by a knock.

"you can"

"how are you doing Zeri" Bloom asked.

"I'm doing fine and you" i replied.

"nerve better" he babbled.

"so eventually time has come" i smirked and kept the book beside me.

"oh yes it has" he said with smile.

"i was so enraged on that day and drank a lot of wine to stop the pain" he resumed for a bit and continued "i wanted to stop the pain of losing someone i loved i wanted to banish it even a wine can't banish my pain. only she was capable of remove the pain but she didn't she only worsen it" he was struggling with words and the pain was clearly visible in his eyes.

"Bloom i can comprehend  who's that girl tell me I'll talk to her" i said with assuring smile.

"do you want know who is she" he grimaced.

"yes" i nodded.

"it's you Zeri i love you" he said by holding my arms.

"Bloom I'm serious, it's not irony"

"Zeri I'm serious i love you"

"Bloom it's wrong"

"i know it's wrong, but i couldn't help it

when you came to me for aid it all started from there i started to spend a lot of time with you i myself didn't know that I fell for you until the day I've seen you becoming Remus's i felt a wrenching pain in my heart when i saw you getting so close to him when i saw him kissing you last night and it doubled my convulsion for him i tried to deny it i tried very hard but eventually i fell for you and i can't deny the feeling anymore I love you so much" he said and took me into embrace.

"please love me i want to your love and i need you" he mumbled in my ear.

I broke away from the embrace and moved away from him my heart was hammering against my chest and my brain was processing his words i was in great trauma i felt like i was hit by thunderbolt.

"Bloom I've always seen you as a friend and you know i love your brother, you've helped me to make him confess" i exclaimed staidly.

"in the process of making him jealous and confess i fell for you Zeri"

"you know how much I love Remus, i respect your feelings but i can't love you, my heart only longs for Remus"

"please bloom don't do this to me i need you as my friend ibdon't want to lose my friend" i said by holding his hand and tears rolled down my cheeks.

"i can't be your friend any more Zeri i don't want to remain as your friend and i want you to be mine and I'll make you mine whether it's your wish or not I avowed my love for you today" he said and left the chamber.

His words were still bugging in my head "i will make you mine whether it's your wish or not" how can he say thatnwill he seriously do that i don't think soo he would do that he's in pain and convulsed so he babbled. Should i say about it to Remus no i shouldn't it will make the situation whole a lot worse.

It was 10 o'clock and i was still distraught with his words my brain was over thinking and i was missing Remus like hell i haven't seen him today i was snapped out of my thoughts by knock on the door i opened the door and there he was standing with his mesmerizing smile a glimpse of his smile vanishes all of my worries.

He entered in and closed the door behind him and i briskly hugged him.

"i missed you so much" i mumbled by burying my face into his neck in a flash his hands were wrapped around me "i missed you too my love".

I pulled away from him and placed lingering kiss in his cheek.

"you're showering more love on me today, is there anything special today" he uttered by leaning so close to my face.

"do i need any special day or occasion to express my love for you" i muffled.

"no" he brushed his lips against mine.

I backed a bit but he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me towards him, my body jerked into him and his back hit the wall.

"what are you doing" i uttered.

"I'm continuing what I've halted previous night" he mumbled on my lips and pressed his lips gently against mine and placed few butterfly kisses before deepening the kiss my hands wrapped around his neck and our lips moved in unison we broke away for air my blood running to my cheeks making them crimson, only Remus can send shivers to my whole body with his touch and kisses, he leaned and kissed one last time on my lips and kissed my crimson cheeks.

"i always wanted to kiss your crimson cheeks,  I'm the only one who can make you blush with my touch and kisses" he whispered against my cheek.

A smile curved on my lips, forming dimples on my cheeks and he marvelled me by kissing them.

"i love your dimples, you look more beautiful with your dimples, actually i love everything thing about you, Zer" he whispered and nuzzled his nose on my side of my neck.

"you should go and get some sleep you were busy all day" i said by pulling away from embrace.

"you want to get away from me"

"no Rem, i want you to take some rest you must be tired"

"Rem huh nice sobriquet Zer"

"thanks"

"can't i sleep here with you in my arms" he smiled slyly. Pulling me in his arms by my waist.

"no"

"i know you would say no"

"then why do you ask, if you know it"

"in case if you change your mind" he sang out.

"nice try"

"good night Rem, have a sweet sleep" i quoth.

"good night Zer"

"until then adieu" i said and snogged his cheek and moved away from him.

"adieu, my love".
