104 Meeting with the Past...

Gai sent a ninja flying away with a kick to the butt.

"Gai!" Kakashi shouted following which Gai ducked, and Kakashi slashed at a ninja who was right behind Gai.

"That's my Eternal Rival!" Gai said as he stood back to back with Kakashi.

"Yeah!" Kakashi agreed as they both stared at the ninjas standing opposite to each other.

….

Hiashi swatted away two sound ninjas as he stood in one place…

Meanwhile…

"Looks like no one needs our assistance at this rate…" Shizune said happily as she stared at the jounins that were stationed around the stadium deal with their opponents so well…

"Of course, after all, we have prepared for any possible contingencies this time!" Tsunade said.

"Why don't we go and help?" Shizune asked.

(Bam!)

Tsunade smacked her head.

"Shizune!"

"Did you forget the basic rules of being a medical ninja?" Tsunade asked.

Shizune stared in silence at her teacher.

"The medical ninjas are the last one to die on the battlefield."

"Next time I see you break that rule, then I am using all your money," Tsunade said.

"NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Shizune cried as she begged at Tsunade's feet.

"However, I have to participate in this battle!" Tsunade said as she threw her green jacket and jumped off in the direction of the battlefield.

"Tsunade-samaaaaaa!!" Shizune screamed.

Back on the battlefield…

"Tsunade…" Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Hiruzen murmured as they saw her land on the floor.

(Whoosh!) Naruto appeared between Jiraiya and Hiruzen.

"So much respect for a visit from a former sannin?"

"I must say, I am truly blessed…" Orochimaru spoke in a mocking tone upon seeing the people gathered around him...

"Cut the bullshit Orochimaru!"

"I'm here to KILL YOU!" Rasa shouted.

Orochimaru frowned.

"Kazekage-dono!" Hiruzen called out.

"What?" Rasa looked at Hiruzen.

"Orochimaru is our problem; just leave him to us," Hiruzen said.

"Is that right sensei?" Orochimaru asked.

Hiruzen frowned at this moment.

"Orochimaru!"

"This is between you and me!" Jiraiya stepped out.

"Hehe…" Orochimaru snickered.

Meanwhile, Naruto was pissed off…

After all, he and Jiraiya were the same.

They both would have done anything to bring their teammate back to the village.

"Why are you laughing?" Naruto asked in anger.

"Naruto-kun…" Orochimaru smirked.

"I've got just the perfect gift for you!" Orochimaru said following which he stretched out his left hand along with the index and the middle fingers pointing up.

(Bang!)

A coffin suddenly rose from the underground.

("What?") Naruto and the others stared in surprise.

"I've got a gift for all of you as well!" Orochimaru said following which he waved his hand.

(Bang!)

(Bang!)

Two more coffins rose up from the ground.

Hiruzen and the others were already surprised by the first box; hence they couldn't react in time.

"Hah!" Orochimaru waved his hand, following which, the large lid that covered the three boxes opened up and landed on the floor, followed by the appearance of a cloud of smoke.

Hiruzen had an ominous feeling at the bottom of his heart, thinking back to the times that Orochimaru used to perform experiments.

The ANBU units that were supposed to protect Hiruzen had been redirected to deal with the sound ninjas since Hiruzen had already decided to deal with Orochimaru by himself directly.

However, two ANBU agents stood by the side of the field just in case Hiruzen had called upon them…

Orochimaru looked towards one of the four sound ninjas around the corners of the field…

"Do It!" Orochimaru ordered.

"Yes, Sir!" Kidōmaru, Jirōbō, Tayuya, and Sakon responded from each corner by joining their palms against each other.

The four announced following which a purple colored flame barrier rose into the air.

("What?") The ANBU agents were stunned.

(Whoosh!)

One of the agents charged against the barrier.

"Don't!" Tenzō shouted.

*Lights up in flames*

"AARRGHHH!!!!!" The ANBU agent screamed following which he fell down and turned into ashes.

("Shit!") Tenzō cursed.

….

Inside the barrier the smoke finally cleared away, revealing all the three figures inside.

"This…" Rasa was stunned.

"Grandpa…" Tsunade murmured upon seeing Hashirama.

"Sensei" Hiruzen murmured upon seeing Tobirama.

"Damn you…" Jiraiya cursed upon seeing the last figure, following which he turned to see Naruto.

"Dad…"
