17 Investigation
Inside the Sarton forest, 10% of the area have been turned into a poisonous swamp and it was restricted for any normal villager to enter it as declared by the Elderham kingdom. The royal court magician of the kingdom has tried to raise a barrier to contain the area of contamination to prevent it to spread further but to no avail, the barrier is corroded by the poisonous nature of the cause of infection. Their best effort to stop the forest deformation further is the priest and acolytes. They are able to use "purificatio" to suppress the demon poison. However, only high rank purification spell works on it.
The Elderham kingdom on the other hand send a person with a codename number three to investigate further. As the one tasked to this issue, number three is currently inside the Sarton forest.
"So, it seems that every morning the effect of the demon poison are enhanced to their original level. From what I have gathered so far, there is something that comes out from the east and arrived at the Sarton forest but I detected no life force in it. In that direction there should be the dragon mountain range which is occupied by monsters and they don't have any reason to do this. If we go further, it will be the dark dessert that is mostly unpopulated. That leaves only 'that' place is to be suspected. But, is it really coming from there? Prohibitos autem terra…"
Number three is lost in her thoughts. By the way she talked, it was a very soft and feminine voice that could bring anyone to listen to her and begged her to continue to speak all day long. Her figures however are covered in robe and no one can see what is underneath as it seemed to be enchanted with a concealing spell. The hood seemed to be mysterious as it hides her face completely. Number three only looked at the direction where the cause is coming from as if she is trying to see beyond the skies. Further than the dragon mountain which is covered with steep mountains, beyond the dark dessert that can swallow everything and leave no survivor, towards an area that is covered by mist that never disappear no matter what people do.

As soon as she said that, number three disappear from the forest leaving no trace as if she was never there in the first place.

As soon as my lovely wife finished put Kazuki to sleep, I approached her and asked her if she would like to enjoy some massage.
