146 A GLIMPSE OF THE PAS

Raigon tried his best to keep himself from smiling at Zoe's gesture which led the others to do the same.

He had no recollection of him being acknowledged as the Crowned Prince outside of Terra.

"Thank you all for your hard work."

He bowed to everybody before going back to the royal kitchen. To make sure that the ill patients' needs will be met, he checked the storage if there was enough sugar and salt for the daily needs of the prisoners until they recovered.

He took note of it and planned to inform the Royal Council of their destitution.

Then he went back to see if the workforce is enough for tomorrow's load or if they need additional manpower.

"I wonder why there are no royal physicians around."

He rubbed his chin as he scanned the workers.

"I also need to talk to the Royal Infirmary about this. This is the first time that this happened to Terra."

Raigon packed up his things so he could leave and go back to the Castle. Even though he wanted to check on Lady Asha for the last time, he knew she needed rest. He didn't want to bother her like the last time.

He also was feeling dizzy and exhausted, maybe perhaps his body wasn't accustomed to tedious tasks yet after his recovery.

His hand unconsciously flew to his abdominals and touched his scar.

"I wonder how I got these."

After he woke up from the unfortunate incident that he was in, he already realized that his memories were fuzzled. He tried on his own to remember but whenever he did so, his head pounded in pain, aside from the stinging discomfort of his wounds.

The physicians said that it was because of the herbs that he's been taking to normalize his body system after the physical trauma.

If it wasn't for the royal family's support, he wouldn't even remember who he was. They are the one who reminded him of who he was, his royalty, his family, their map, system, traditions and beliefs.

He was internalizing all these for two months because of the King's complicated condition that he had no more time to think about what happened then.

Raigon drew in a deep breath before uttering.

"They will all come back eventually. I just have to focus on my responsibilities for now."

It didn't take him long before he reached the Castle.

Before he entered his Chamber, he gave an instruction to not allow anyone to disturb him so he could rest his body peacefully.

After a quick bath, he finally laid down himself to sleep. He put his palm behind his head as he recalled the incidents that happened today.

"'Who is she?"

He thought out loud as he thought about the mysterious doctor that he just met today.

"Her way of treatment is very unique. And her dauntlessness is bewildering. But I think I have met her or a woman like her before. I just can't remember when."

After some time of thinking, he finally fell asleep.

*****************************

"Where am I?" Raigon thought as he glanced around.

It didn't look like Terra at all. There are men and women who are almost naked roaming around the sands. And there are high rectangular shaped buildings behind him.

Raigon observed his surroundings and while he was doing so, he noticed a strange event happening in the sea. A boat was upturned and there were people drowning.

He ran towards it and as he did so, he noticed a brown haired woman who was also dashing towards the scene.

"Who is she?"

Before he could even save the victims, the woman already bolted to the area.

After he has saved one of them, the brown haired woman sprung up the waters and brought the other one.

He narrowed his eyes to check out who the woman is.

She is taller than average and has a slim but curvy figure. And her face was angelic and attractive.

"She looks like Lady Asha. But this woman's eyes were blue and hers was black. And their hair colors are different too."

He was about to come near to see clearly but she was so nimble.

She quickly checked on the victim and tried to revive her with an odd intervention, which is successful as the victim spat out the water and was out of danger.

"Her odd behavior in treating is just like Lady Asha." Raigon thought to himself.

He continued to observe her until the rescue was over. She was about to stand up when the lady whom he just saved threw her hand in the air and was about to hit her.

In a flash, Raigon grabbed her hand and stopped her. His eyes darted on the woman. And to his surprise, it was not the brown haired blue-eyed woman wearing small pieces of clothes.

A black haired woman with black eyes and wearing a Hanfu dress was now staring in wide-eyed wonder at him.

"Lady Asha?!"

***********************

Raigon jerked up from his bed. His servants quickly ran to his side as they heard him yell.

At the speed of light, his eyes darted around the room and on the servants around him.

He blinked his eyes rapidly and shut them before opening them again.

"I am in Terra."

"Is everything all right, your Highness?" His main chamber maid asked him.

"Yes, what time is it?" He asked back as he noticed that the sun was already heating the room in full notch.

"It's nearing lunch time, sire."

"What?!" He immediately jumped to his feet and was about to take a bath when his chamber maid reminded him of his medicines.

"Oh yes, I forgot to take them last night."

'It must have been the reason why I have mistaken that woman to be Lady Asha as I was thinking about her before going to sleep.'

"But who is that brown haired woman from another world?"

As he thought about it, he remembered seeing another woman with the same features, but a younger one, in his treehouse.

"Ugh, who are all these ladies?!" He blurted out.

"Can you say that again, your Highness?" The maid-in-waiting asked him as she thought he was speaking to her.

"Nothing. Please ready my disguise clothes."

The chambermaid bowed before going to his dressing room.

He tapped his temple with his knuckles. "I must really take my medicines before my mind goes round the bend."
