One of the perks of the skill Celestial creation is to give Bhagat the ability to create any material in his heart space with enough elemental and spiritual energy, by absorbing the needed energy from the hosts surroundings or provided through other means. The more he provides the elemental and spiritual energy, the more material he has to work with, so he needs considerable amount of elemental and spiritual energy ingestion for his ability to be effective. Bhagat could have created the pseudo spiritual grade saffron threads or superior superior quality mortal grade saffron threads but it would cost him 10 times the amount of elemental and spiritual energy required for the whole process of growing a batch of normal quality mortals grade saffron threads. since Bhagat was absorbing the elemental and spiritual energy from his surroundings then the amount of energy he had to absorb would bring 1.1 KmSq area of fully vegetative area into a brought stricken area with no elemental and spiritual energy in its atmosphere and land for just to create few strands of pseudo spiritual grade saffron threads. Ulsoor lake is located on the eastern side of the city. It derives its name from the name of the locality it is situated, namely, Halasuru , It is spread over 50 ha (123.6 acres) and has several islands and wild vegetation. the lake is dated to Kempegowda's time according to the historians.
Bhagat chose Ulsoor lake because of its abundant water and wild vegetation , which would make a proper supply of elemental and spiritual energy for him to grow the saffron. and also system pointed out that it is one of the site in the city where spiritual energy is as high it could get In this part of the secondary earth plane.
