Sending them each to the Tiger tier threat holding facility called Hades' Fridge.

The fact that after the initial bonuses from gaining and leveling a class or race the first time, he didn't get flat bonuses to individual stats anymore, he instead received 10 stat per level which were unspendable. He wanted to have time to cultivate, but he had none. He didn't know whether or not this was a good thing, or maybe he would get a bonus at intervals like in those novels he read. while continuing to move William thought 'status.'

He still moved at breakneck speeds but to him, everything was in slow motion again due to his high AGI. While he strode through each city looking at both the system and the city reaching each in 10-minute intervals.
