13 Natural Energy

Lem remembered everything about the concept that the booger man explained about moves is, the safe but should be trained, the elementals and the last one the most dangerous.

Booger man is still explaining...

"The tamer would be affected badly by some random non-volatile status condition if they use a move of danger concept, in a dangerous category or types, which are the..."

The booger man all kinds of auras danger with a serious expression on his face.

Those things are:

Flame aura - thoroughly Burned, Water aura - thoroughly liquefied, Venom aura - thoroughly poisoned, and so on... to all the eighteen auras.

It's like on Lem's game pocket monster, the badly poisoned state, different from normal poisoning. Badly poisoning takes the life force of a monster and will get worse in every turn!

However, unlike in his game, this time it's different. Different because every other aura or type has it!

"Do you guys have any question why the auras cannot hurt each other, no super-effective nor not very effective? Like a wind, the attack can split rocks or whatever? And why elementals can be hurt with that?" the booger man asked.

"The only answer to that is the purity of aura and flexibility. Concept elemental modes are no more solid forms of pure energy by fusing to different energy to itself. They became flexible. That's why they can be hurt by our counter auras, and also why they cannot be hurt by the auras that are not counter to them."

Booger man finally revealed, why is everything like that to Lem.

Lem now has a really deep question inside his head, what is aura made of?

Why can it suppress a lot of natural elements that are similar to it?

"Now you are asking, what is an aura?"

'Oh God booger man, you are sent from heaven!' Lem finally cries out, thanking the booger man [who was still poking his booger while speaking] sincerely.

"The other term of the aura is..." booger man smiled after saying that and didn't continue.

Lem is screaming while crying in his mind, 'No more cliffhanger please!'

"Purest form of Nature energy."

"Eh?!"

Lem felt like there's something wrong with his hearing, he felt like he heard it wrong.

However, the booger man continued.

"Natural energy or Nature energy is energy that exists in the atmosphere and the earth. By gathering the natural energy in their surroundings and combining it with the  unique cultivation energy they form elemental concepts like power, that's why our attacks are mostly super effective against them, and unlike indestructible elementals, they are not as pure or flexible as elementals that's why even if our aura is not counter to them, it will still take effect."

Lem rubs his ears one more time, just to make sure he is not dreaming.

"Natural energy circulates throughout a world, yes! Even to the lower worlds or other universes, but it is usually imperceptible by us natives or aboriginals. That's why we tame soul beasts who are loved by it and fuse with them to master and control natural energy better or auras and strengthen our bodies by ten times" explained by booger man.

Lem is on a sideline with a flabbergasted expression.

"In some lower worlds, like in some magical assassination world in a random universe, they use their so-called chakra to control the natural energy they absorb and balance it with their own weak physical and weak spiritual energies, then they will enter a state of elemental arch-sage mode!" said by booger man with full knowledge.

Lem is on the sideline, dying, 'Arch-sage mode your ass! That's the sage mode!'

"Thus, making their body strengthen a little for a while in their arch-sage mode. Making them a little similar to elementals, still a pity... they are just humans and have high limitations unlike us who fused with our beast, giving us only little limitations."

Booger man continued, ignorant to Lem, who was complaining so much in his head.

Lem is just acting like a baby. It was his favorite anime series even though it has a lot of cliffhangers and now this guy is just insulting them like nothing.

"Stay here and wait. Make sure your stomach is full. There will be food coming this way. Also, check your soul space to choose a concept. Remember what I told all of you. I want none of you dying just because I did not remind all."

After saying that, he was about to leave and turned his face to everyone else, and this time he is serious.

What do you mean by dying?

Lem and the others were shocked and pissed once again. This guy told relevant information like it was nothing.

Come on brother, it's our life. Be serious, okay?

"Because this may be the last time I will see a lot of you." He said and...

"You!" He pointed his finger at Lem.

"Me?" Lem asked.

"Yes, you and your poultry chicken, go get some skill and make sure that at least five of all of you survive."

He said, and it's the last thing he said, then he left.

This stunned everyone.

Does it mean that you're telling stuff like that for us to survive?

Lem, on the other hand,

'Oh good, you don't have to look sympathetic!' he screamed inside of his head. He remembered how this guy laugh when the black-winged man was killed by the donkey bat.

It is utter evil!

A pure evil laugh!

However, unlike everyone else, he is calm and serious. He already knew that this was something amiss like the booger man commented because he tamed a chicken.

Booger man said that he only had the minimal chance.

Lem felt there was something amiss, but he put it all back on his mind, right now, he was more alert and careful; they should be aware, especially him, taming a giant chick or a chicken whatever.

It is time to check his soul space that is containing the poultry chicken.

And if there is something wrong with his chicken, then he would get some skill or moves.

After all, the moves on monster here can be taught. And being a slave for at least two years, Lem already knew where they are.
