5 Badru Tribe 1
Climbing down through one stone to another stone, she was careful not to fall down. It looked smooth from afar, but when it zoomed to her face, sweating and pale showed on it. She was shaking nonstop, she never liked this kind of this high place.
Her red hair was fluttered when the strong gust of wind hit her, "Ahh!" Some of her hair blocked her face and she lost her sight. "No... Ah!" Stumbling because of one stone, she rolled down fastly until it reached the grass ground.
Grunting from the hurt, she was glad that she fell not tragically. It was quite high, but it didn't high enough to let her die. "My bones, agh..." She didn't move as she laid down on the grass looking at the blue sky. "What am I doing?" She muttered helplessly as her sweats fell through her cheeks.
After a few minutes of resting, she tried to get up with her painful body. She realized blood flowing through her injury. "Ahh... Sadly, that wolf isn't here." If he was here, she could ask him to heal her again. Who was she kidding? He was a supernatural being, just like a ghost, it was hard to find. She must be lucky to witness a strange thing happen in this world. Should she share on the internet? About her encounter to with mysterious creature. She bet it would go to viral. Ah, she forgot that she didn't bring her phone, she didn't even take a picture of that wolf as proof.
Actually, there was something bothering her, that wolf was he really blind? She may say due to his power that he could change her clothes, but when she asked him about her hair to him, she definitely heard him saying 'saw' her red hair and remain the same. She could accept how he knew about her torn of dress from his touching sense or her trace with his smelling sense, but color? He could see color? Sarah felt something missing, she thought if she meets him again, she would ask him about his power a little more.
Exhaling, she was pondering, this supernatural thing was a little overbearing for her. That wolf was pretty much had a mystery background and she had guessed she would meet him in less than five percent.
After losing in her thought for two minutes, she stood staggeringly, she forgot her purpose, to search for someone or the main street. Looking around it was all tall pine trees. blinking her eyes, which way she must go? Straight? Left? Right?
Glancing above she squinted her eyes to see the sun, looking at the tree shadows, she chose to go to the left, following the direction to the west. She felt relieved that the education she got when she was camping in high school was useful to her. Well, the only thing left was betting if she was right or not. She prayed she was right.
...
A few hours later, she realized she guessed it wrong, she lost herself. Where was this? Sighing, she felt tired, she crouched down and looked at the forest which turned scarier when she went further. A mist started forming and surrounded her.
'Shoot!' Her six sensed sense a danger, her feet was stopping, she thought herself that she must not cross this border, she compared the place in front of her and the previous place. She shouldn't go forward, she must turn around and go back, trying to find another way.
Just when she planned to that, she heard rustling bushes and heavy footsteps, she looked at the source of the sounds and suddenly, men with red and chocolate tribe color outfits showed in front of her, eagle feather attached on their hairs.
Not only her, but they were also shocked when they noticed the petite woman in front of them as well. Letting out their weapons they pointed their axes and short swords toward her. "Who are you?! How come you are in our territory?!" The brown beard man interrogated her with his heavy tone.
Sarah couldn't proceed what was happening to her right now, the only thing she realized, the sharps weapons which they held almost killing her. Her face turned blue and then white, she nervously said, "I-I'm sorry, I was lost so... I wandered around here without knowing your territory, do forgive me!" She explained quickly in a few seconds.
"This is a forbidden area, restricted place, and for our Badru tribe only. You are not from our tribe, where do you come from? The Sandiaga Kingdom? The Feodora Kingdom or the Haocun Kingdom? But from the way you looks, I guess you are from the Gerald Kingdom?" He asked while frowning.
Blinking rapidly, she was confused by his words, "Eh? Sand-what? the Feodora? Haocun? The Ge-Gerald Kingdom? What kingdom? What do you mean?"
"Less talk! Men, capture her!" Ordered him to the other men. They began to move and Sarah's arms were being lifted up.
"W-Wait!! Kyaa!!" She was seized and they brought her to one of the big man shoulders. "Let me go! Let me go!" Feeling dizzy, her body was being held tightly by this man. The smells, they were reeks, like a trash dump, she wanted to vomit, but couldn't in this situation. She felt her eyes teary, the thing she could do was to hold her breath.
'Gosh! I need my perfume for heaven sake!!'
...
In four hours, the people from Badru Tribe locked her in one of the wooden cells. She was confused by all of this. She didn't know in Japan there was wild tribe existed in the deep forest. Ah, wait, she still didn't know where this place was, she shouldn't assume this was Japan. The brown beard man said, "Wait here! We are going to ask our chief what will be going to do with you!"
Gulping, this sounded very wrong, why did she come to this situation? She crawled reaching the wooden bar, gripping on it and looked at the new place in front of her.
Widen her eyes, she was astonished how beautiful this place was, tree house, natural fountains, a wooden bridge which connected to one house to another house and big river across beside it. She got the feeling, this wasn't the Japan she knew, because she never heard this kind of tribe existed before.
Goodness sake! This was so unreal! She was baffled for an hour and tried to connect her brain to the situation right now. She shouted inwardly, 'Calm down! Calm down!'.
Night came, the stars were twinkling brightly, the place suddenly lit up bright from fire torches. One house to another house. She could see some of the people who lived here went inside the house and busy with their own family activities. While she was sitting and feeling anxious in the cells.
The brown beard man didn't come to visit her. Where was he? She had been waiting for ten hours and the only thing she could do was to sit around and looked at the people tribes who glanced at her weirdly. They just passed by her cell without showing interest and only showed disgust and hateful expression if they glanced at her. What? Did she do something wrong? Why did they look at her like that?
Acted like she didn't know about those gazes, she complained to herself, she felt cold and oily-dirty, she wanted to take a hot bath at home. She felt extremely famish as well, she realized she didn't eat anything from yesterday until now. She missed her mother's poison cooking. If she looked back at the time, she should have finished the food and felt grateful for her mother who was trying her best to cook even though she knew that her mother was a bad chef. Tilting her head down, she missed her parents.
If only she could shout for help at these moments, but her mind told her to stay low and don't make a commotion. She needed to find the chief tribe, that was it. She may, perhaps, persuaded him to let go of her. She wished she could do that though.
Her eyes became heavy, her sleepiness attacked her again, but her stomach grumbling. Sighed, she complained about her pitiful condition right now. When she was trying to sleep, however, abruptly, a soft voice like a whisper reached her ears, "Psst! Hey, beautiful lady." A small boy popped out from the bush beside the prison cell! His hair was brown and had green eyes. He had the same feature just like the other villagers and the men who brought her here.
Flinched back, Sarah was shocked when someone called her out of nowhere. Sarah tried to calm down her heart and replied back, "What?"
He came out from the bushes and walked secretly towards her. He looked around and confirmed himself he was safe. "You're hungry? Here, try this bun..." The boy shoved at her two buns.
Sarah's eyes gleamed and she took it fast! She didn't even check what it was, because her stomach growling loudly and she took a bite quickly, one bite, two bites until both buns finished with no left. Ah, she could feel she became unmannered, how could a lady like her, eat like a dog?
"You're full?" He whispered to her. Sarah nodded and expressed thank you at the boy. She asked, "What was the meat? Chicken? It was good." She praised highly of the food. She never tasted this kind of taste before. In her house, there was a chef, but this was the best food she ever had! But was it due to her stomach feeling hungry? Or not? Well, in any case, she liked it so much.
Not until the boy said, "Thanks! It's our special red worm from our farm. Do you want more? I still have plenty." He showed his cracked teeth at her, sadly, she didn't notice his bright smile.
As her face turned to blue and green, her smile fell and Sarah became speechless, she didn't know how to respond to this. She covered her mouth, feeling weird on her stomach, she wanted to vomit.
Her vomit which almost came out, she gulped it once more. It felt so bad, she felt so sick.
"Thanks, but no thanks." She answered weakly to his offering. Biting her lips, she tried to ask the boy, "Where did your chief go?"
"Chief? Well, he's still hunting with Berno. He'll come back until tomorrow." He stated while tilting his head, "Why are you asking the chief? Do you want to see him?"
Sarah nodded, "Yes, I do have something to say to him."
"Well, then. Please wait until tomorrow... ah, right! I want to ask you something, are you really from the Gerald Kingdom? How is life there? I heard from one of the last prisoners, that the place is mostly ruled by aristocrats and king! I heard beautiful places were there as well! That's so cool! I really wish to go there! But sadly, my mother prohibited me to go anywhere. She said, I must stay in this tribe, so, perhaps, I will stay here forever." He pursed his lips and feeling sad all of sudden.
Meanwhile, Sarah was still struggling inwardly from his words. He avoided his question with her own questions. She said with quivering tone, "Can you please tell me a little bit about the kingdoms in here? I heard there was Haocun, Sand-Sand, I forgot the name and Gerald? Please tell me this land is called Japan, right?"
The boy's eyes blinked confusedly, he spoke, "What is Japan? I've never heard it before. But I know this land called Land of Ozar. The land which resided four famous kingdoms. the Feodora Kingdom which located in the north, the Gerald Kingdom on the west, the Haochun on the east, and lastly the south, the Sandiaga Kingdom. About other detail pieces of information, I'm sorry, I don't know, I've never got to finish the rest of the story from the last prisoner before he got executed. Hahh... when I thought again, it was still pitiful, I didn't get that information. Hm? What's wrong? Are you okay beautiful lady?"
As if an airplane crashed on her, she chuckled unbelievably, "Hahaha...I'm okay... I'm okay." Did he just pity himself for not obtaining the knowledge? He didn't care about that prisoner, wasn't he? Did this mean he was expecting something to return from her too?
If that was really the case, what would she tell him? The fact, she didn't know anything about those 'never-heard' kingdoms. She facepalmed herself as she brushed her red hair. She almost crying. Oh my gosh, what happened to her?
Did her guess was right? Did she just transport back in time or other dimensions, maybe? Like the last movie, she watched before the accident? Did this mysterious phenomenon really happen to her? Karma indeed real, previously in the last cinema she went to, she once mocked the story for too unrealistic and stupid. How could people get transport or transmigrate to another dimension without any logical reason? Well, now, she felt it herself how it looks like, huh.
Feeling her head hurt, she didn't notice that the small boy kept staring at her strangely. Sighing, she got lost in her own thought once again, wasn't she?
Her red hair was fluttered when the strong gust of wind hit her, "Ahh!" Some of her hair blocked her face and she lost her sight. "No... Ah!" Stumbling because of one stone, she rolled down fastly until it reached the grass ground.
