What's happening?

In a dark room, there's man meditating. His eyes were shut tight with blood flowing down. Under him, a hand was holding him. If you were to check what was under, you would see monstrous beings crawling to get up. Next to him was a rusted katana and a broken desert eagle.

'My... truth...'

The man got up and jumped off from the hand he was on. Falling down, he first landed on a monster and started fighting the other beings barehanded. They had no chance against him and were taken down easily, but an endless amount of these monsters were creeping up to him.

"Demise... End... Rebirth..."

He clapped his hand and made several daggers. With them, he accurately hit the joints of the monsters rushing in.

"Betrayal..."

The rusted katana sprung up and came to his hand. The once glimmering masterpiece meant for a goal was now cursed. Blood covered the floor and time was never ending. Without a doubt, there was something gone from it.

Everything seemed to be split in half, even space and time.

"So you're telling me... I used to live inside a game and I somehow married you?" I squinted one eye.

"Yes~!" said Yuna.

Currently, we were both on top of this hill that was supposedly a replica of the old world I used to be in. I laid on the ground with her next to me, wondering if this was true and Yuna was holding her lute and was playing a melody she played on the past.

"Say Yuna... Is there anything I can do here except talking to you?" I asked.

"Nope~! Our domain slows down time incredibly slow so we never age. Also, there's no need to eat or poop!" she answered to me cheerfully.

"Huh..." I said.

According to Yuna, she regained her original body once she achieved Godhood. I didn't know what Godhood meant, but I was guessing it related to her becoming a God.

"Hey... How did you become a God?" I asked.

"Oh-! You simply have to be divine and worshiped. I've became God because I was a music saint to my country." she told me.

"What do you mean by divine?" I asked.

"Everyone is born with a concept. It doesn't matter what it is, but experience is what leads to it evolving. Mine is music, but its degree of strength is related to it's worshipers," she said.

Yuna started humming happily while I got bored again.

"Hey Yuna... It's kinda getting boring, so can I go back?" I asked.

The humming stopped.

"Yuna?" I turned to look at her frozen.

"It was so short though..." she said.

Due to my inexperience of dating, I didn't know how to respond.

"Yuna... Are you okay?" I asked.

"Why are you leaving me so soon! Do you know how much I waited for you? I almost gave up, you know!?" said Yuna crying.

I didn't know what to say, so I just hugged her. It was quite a sight because it seemed that Yuna was being comforted by a shota.

Her tears were soaking my shirt and after a while, the tears ended.

"*sniff* Do you *sniff* have to go?" she asked.

"Can't you like... send an incarnation?" I asked.

Yuna said, "eh... I forgot..."

She was beet red and covered her face while I face palmed. I didn't who this Zhong Yuan was, but he married quite a forgetful girl.

"But wouldn't it be great to be just here?" she persuaded again.

I was in a pinch.

"Sorry, but I want to unseal my past memories..." I chuckled.

"Oh..." said Yuna.

Yuna stood up and started an incantation and a magic circle appeared under my feet.

"Really?" I asked.

"Really. I want you to remember who you were before. I'll also get you to recognize me too~!" she said cheerfully.

"So who's your incarnation?" I asked.

"I'll make a new one so don't worry about it~! Before anything else though..." she said.

She went up to me and kissed my forehead. I started heating up.

"You're marked now~!"

I came back to the real world. Chris was long gone and I was back in where I used to be.

"Dang it... Chris stole my money!" I yelled.

I sometimes left some money on my pockets and they were all gone. Sighing, I started walking to Keele's Dungeon. Yuna said she will send her incarnation, but I didn't sense anything.

I finally reached the dungeon. I could sense all the monsters underneath, but also another dangerous existence. It's mana reserves were as high as mine, but I could sense it was asleep.

I entered my stealth mode and looked around for monsters. They were a bunch of them, but all scattered around. I took my time with these monsters and simply killed them with a sneak attack.

"Another gremlin demon?" I dashed to him and quickly cut through his skin.

Keele's dungeon was already looted a long time ago. However, since it was in my way to the demon territory, I decided to go check it out.

I killed undeads and demons until I couldn't handle it anymore. Though I had quite good stats, they weren't overpowered at all. All my weapons at this point were very weak and I didn't have much mana left, activating all those skills. Taking a break, I rested my back on a wall, only for it to break down.

"Ita-! What just happened?" I looked.

I found a hidden room somehow and there were two corpses. One on a chair and another on a bed.

"What is this?" I yelped.

"Welcome to my home. I'm the evil arch wizard Keele..." said the sitting corpse.

The fellow corpse I met was a Lich named Keele. In the past, he was the country's strongest Arch wizard. He told me that how he escaped the pursuit of the kingdom with his wife, the corpse on the bed.

"Isn't she pretty?" asked Keele.

"Yeah..." I stared at her corpse.

"Why are you still here?" I asked.

"A Lich's power won't easily let me die. I'm waiting for the day a powerful priest can purify me," he answered me.

I felt bad for this man.

"Do you want me to end you?" I asked.

"It won't be that easy. Unless something holy kills me, I would forever be stuck here."

"Will a Goddess' blessing work?"

"Depends... Which goddess?" Keele said.

"The Music and Fortune Goddess," I answered.

"Ho! Ho! Ho! You have quite a lot for your age! When I was your age, all I was doing was earning SP and leveling up." he cheekily laughed.

"No, seriously. Will it work?" I asked.

"Yes... Though it's a bit unsatisfactory, please do end me. I want to meet my beloved after all."

All my weapons were currently weakened. I didn't have many options.

"Will these weapons work?" I asked.

He gave it a look, "Sadly, they're not strong enough. Can you use magic instead or something?"

"Magic?"

I checked my status.

"My pleasure," said Keele raising some undead.

I dispose of them easily and reached level 29. Having 35 SP ready, I asked the system to unseal it.

In a jolt, information started flowing to my brain. No, it wasn't accurate to say brain, it felt more like I was becoming more complete.

"Essence... of... being... unique... not special... kill me... sanity... destroy... regret... dreaming... am I?"

I could hear words out of nowhere. It sounded similar, but innately evil.

'What did I just unseal...'

Memories started popping up. A fairy with a crown, a hooded being, and a dark figure.

'This... was me?'

Three scenarios came up. The first scene for some reason had Yuna in it with endless beauty in it.

The second made me tear up. I was for some reason fighting this cloaked figure. He was insane, something from a nightmare. He was dying from the inside, and I fulfilled his wish of dying.

The third was horrifying. It was an immensely powerful being confronting another deity. Evil reeked from his body and tentacles, but the scene wasn't complete.

Weird emotions were popping back. Something I would have never wished for.

"Are you okay Adventurer?" Keele was asking.

"I'm fine..." I got back up.

'What were those...' I kept on thinking.

I was absent minded and Keele brought me back to reality. For a split second, it felt like I became something... or someone else.

"You scared me boy... It felt like you completely changed to someone else," Keele said.

"Really?"

"Yeah... Are you sure you can give me peace?" he asked.

"I will be fine... No worries, I got this."

Keele's eye opened up.

"Heh, kid... It seems you need the saving more..." he joked.

My face was in tears and I couldn't stop crying for some reason. It felt that I've been doing this for years and it was natural, but it still cracked my heart.

"Emotion Enhance and Release - Senda (Flash Blow)!"

I pierced Keele's body with my hand, and he started to dissipating.

"I used up my emotions... to make something holy... I give you best of lucks," I said.

"Don't cry. If you're a man, you can handle this."

"I won't... I definitely won't!"

"Also... don't trust... the gods fully."

Keele vanished finally and I was stuck within my thoughts.

'Does Yuna even know this?'

I excited the dungeon. What Keele said wasn't fully trust worthy, but at the same time there was some sense. Why do they hate undead, why do they hate demons, and what's their past? I didn't know anything, which is why I was going to the demons. Not to kill them, but to know the past history.

"Sorry Yuna, but I'll be gone for a while... System, remove the blessing I have."
