42 Chapter 40 - God

I walking aside of Father who had Hohenheim inside of him. It was quite the sight, since Hohenheim's head looked ridiculous becoming Father's P*n*s in his true form.

"Hohenheim and Father's mixed love! You two! This goes against scientific principles you know! You're committing treason!" I kept on saying to these two.

"Kyofu... You should really get back together and help me..." said Hohenheim.

"Don't worry, I'm trying my best here as a commentator and a fighter. Wait... Could it be that my body is going through a civil war?" I said.

"It's a one-sided war! So quickly help me out!" begged Hohenheim.

"Man... I wished I had my camera..." I thought out loud.

"... I was always right... Being human is weird," said Father.

"Says you! You freaking ate me!" shouted Hohenheim in anger.

We three kept on waiting for the other human candidates to appear. It didn't take long until Izumi, Edward, and Alphonse came.

"One, two, three, and five! We have them all here!" said Father smiling with all his mouths.

"Hey you three! It's been a long time!" I said.

"Uncle Kyofu!?" "Kyofu-san?" said Edward and Izumi.

"Hey guys. Before everything starts, don't you think your father looks like a Chin Chin?" I asked first.

"Of everything we could talk about... why does the conversation have to start with this?" yells Hohenheim.

Izumi had a nervous smile while Edward's mouth slightly curved up.

"Shouldn't we get straight to the point?" asked Izumi.

"Pftt", said Edward, trying to contain his laughter.

"WHOSE SON TREATS HIS FATHER LIKE THIS!" howled Hohenheim.

"Humans! Shut it with your stupid jokes!" yelled Father, and the eye in the roof opened up. At the same time, Pride dropped in with his skin cracking like egg shells.

"So... do we have all five sacrifices ready?" asked Pride with smug.

"I'd like to say that we've gathered all five, but Alphonse Eric has yet to come over to this side," said Father.

"What should we do Father? Should I get them chained or bounded?" suggested Pride.

"That's not a bad-" said Father until he was interrupted by a loud explosion.

From the explosion, May came down hopping

"May!" said Edward.

May however didn't respond and looked around till she saw Father.

"There he is..." she said.

"How dare she open up a hole on the roof of my house..." said Father looking up.

"He looks different now, but judging from that aura... You're the immortal leader, aren't you!?" she said.

She then noticed everyone else, especially Alphonse's body.

"Sir Alphonse!? What happened to you?" she asked, running to him.

"I don't know, he just won't wake up," said Edward.

"You want to know it? It's simple... his soul is rejecting the armor and it's trying to reconnect to its body," I answered.

May went into a crisis, saying, "Sir Alphonse!" and "Wake up!" countless times, until he reconnected back, a red light back on his eyes.

"Al!" said Edward.

Alphonse went up and Ed, May, and Izumi were asking questions regarding his condition.

"Wait... Where am-" said Al, until he saw me, Pride, and Father.

"Uncle! What's going on!" yelled Alphonse.

"Well... I've somehow become Sloth and I'm trying to get back control of my body," I responded, itching the back of my head.

"All five sacrifices are ready," said Pride.

"Then, we should get it started," said Father.

"Then..." I muttered.

"Everyone! Get away from the center of the room!" I shouted, breaking everyone's eardrums.

Readying myself, I kick off the ground to launch into the center, breaking roofs and interrupting Scar and Bradley's fight. Debris falls below, and no one got hurt except the homunculus.

"What wrong with you Uncle Kyofu! Are you trying to kill us!?" shouts Ed in an angry tone.

"Look up! Up!" I simply responded high in the air, resonating my voice around the nation.

Everyone stared up and saw how close the solar eclipse was. Not wasting anymore time, I took back control of my hands, and clasp them. Then, I slowly fell down until I came back down where the fight was going on.

"Uncle... why are you brighter out of sudden?" asked Edward.

"You know... m.a.g.i.c." I winked my eye to Ed.

My face then became dead and serious and I faced Father.

"You know? Maybe giving me Sloth was a pretty bad idea," I told to Father.

"Nonsense... I make no mistakes. Sloth! Self-detonate!" he shouted.

On the contrary, I didn't blow up, making Father's composed state to falter.

"Impossible... I don't sense Sloth anymore..." he said.

"Of course you don't... after all, this world doesn't have enough capabilities to overcome this," I said.

Putting Sloth inside my storage, I suppressed him and all the dead Xerxians until no ego was left, only pure energy and the sin.

"You weren't right all along. Even though I don't have my gloves, I have everything to destroy you know," I said, summoning my weapons out.

"Father! The Solar Eclipse is commencing! Start the circle while I defend against him!" yelled Pride, sending shadows against me at all sides.

"Close your eyes! Unyou - Quasar!" said Zhong Yuan.

Clasping my hands first and flying to Pride, I went up to him to try to make him unconscious like last time.

"I won't fall for that again!" said Pride.

With his shadows, he made a transmutation circle instantaneously, making a stone wall appear in front of him.

"Pesky brat! Everyone! I'll hold Pride off so stop Father from making another tragedy!" I yell.

"We're at it!" responded Izumi.

"You're a troublesome fellow Kyofu, but everything is set to plan!" said Father.

Slamming his hands on the table with the transmutation circle, eyes appeared in front of my, Ed, Al, Izumi, and Hohenheim's waist. Tentacles appeared from the ground and holded all of us down, and energy started pouring out of us, as our gates conflicted with each others. The sacrifices were screaming in pain except me, and finally, light dimmed and energy stopped appearing.

In the circle, lighting went in five different paths, stretching all the way to the borders of Amestris. In a bird's view, you could see a circle around the nation of Amestris, a country with a population of 50 million people. Two pentagrams appeared inside, and shadows came out of the ground. People were in pain and falling to the floor. Red souls could be seen flying to the center of everything, the central headquarters and red lightning was flashing everywhere.

A door on Earth's sky appeared, opening up. And in it, a huge being made of darkness with one eye came out of Earth's door.

"GOD! RESPOND TO MY SOUL! COME!" he said, reaching to the moon.

In response to his words, the solar eclipse turned to a gate opening, revealing the eye of god in it. Hands of shadows came down, and the dark figure's own shadows went up, both intertwining each other. The dark being pulled the shadows down, as if wanting something to come.

"That's right, come! I shall no longer be chained down by you! I shall drag you down to Earth and make you a part of me!"

The gate was coming closer to Earth, and the eye inside was in reach of the Father. When he finally brought down the gate, light shined everywhere, signifying the coming of God.
