22 Chapter 21 - Zouken and Gilgamesh

I left Illya at the Einzbern castle and went out to the Matou mansion. Remember my memories, this was the Unlimited Blade Works series, definitely not in Heaven's feel route or Fate route. Why did I need him? His wisdom of 500 years of magecraft would definitely help me, after all, he did make the Command Spells for the war and partook and oversaw most of the Holy Grail Wars. Not just that, since my magic was fueled from emotions, I needed to get a source. A source like Angra Mainyu.

Zouken Matou was origanally the patriach of the Zolgen family 500 years ago, when he was kicked out of Russia. He then later met with the ancestors of the Einzbern and Tohsaka family to then create the Holy Grail Wars. This meant, he must have a lot of research information and materials. I wanted to get any type of information of the Holy Grail so that I could reach the Akashic Records, or the Root. And when I find the root, I could gain true magic.

Zouken actually used to be better than just a pile of rotten bugs. He used to be friends and wanted to create an Utopia. However, changing his body into bugs and magical worms, his soul started rotting because he wanted to become Immortal.

'Seriously, why didn't he just get himself bitten by a Vampire? Pretty sure he is strong enough to fight against the Church.' (Zhong Yuan)

I arrived at the Matou's residence, a dark mansion with almost no one close to it. I walk in to hear a bunch of bugs moving around.

'Annoying pests.'

I release some of my magic to bring a sense of excitement through their bodies, making them die from an overdose in their bodies.

"Who are you?" (Zouken)

"I'm the Einzben's servant." (Zhong Yuan)

"The Berserker? What do you want here? We aren't participating in this war." (Matou)

"Oh, I know you aren't, but I want to see what you're actually doing." (Zhong Yuan)

Activating [Emotion Burst], I send emotions of wanting death to Zouken. It enters Zouken, making conflict between my emotions and his mentality of wanting to be immortal.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" (Zouken)

Zouken was screaming in pain. I knew he could fight against all physical damage so I made sure to change his state of mind. It wouldn't kill him because in the story, his main worm body was hiding next to Sakura's heart. The clone of his body started decomposing, which ended up as a pile of black mess, like how the corrupt Holy Grail seemed.

To stop Heaven's feel route from ever happening, I first went to Shinji's bedroom and castrated him , removing his lust. Sakura was in her room in pain from the crest worms, but I went downstairs to kill all of the remaining Zouken parts. And as I expected, I found blueprints of how to summon Avenger and create the Holy Grail. I memorized them and made sure to erase them, leaving the house.

I was having a talk with Illya. Since the grail will destroy her when five servants died, I was planning to use Zouken's idea to create an artificial grail by putting it into another body.

"No." (Illya)

"Why? Don't you want to live?" (Zhong Yuan)

"I don't have much to do in my life. All I want to do is to find out what happened to my father after the fourth Holy Grail war and why he never visited me. I'm fine with becoming the vessel. (Illya)

"...I'll respect your decision and in your stead, I'll win. What's your wish?" (Zhong Yuan)

"...maybe being born with a complete family... I'm not sure either~." (Illya)

After finally staying in the mansion for too long, big events have all ready occurred. Shirou confessed to Rin, Archer's betrayal, and Caster removing Shirou's Command Spells. Now at this time, Shirou and Rin would have come to get help from us, but in the original story, Berserker and Illya die to Shinji and Gilgamesh.

"Archer! Save me! (Shinji)

"Tch, useless mongrel" (Gilgamesh)

Gilgamesh activates his gate of babylon to send out flying weapons to kill the maids. They end up dying in this route, but I'm the new Berserker. Blocking his weapons flying to Leysritt, I face them both.

"Fall back. You know, it's quite rude to enter without knocking first. Don't you have any manners, hero king?" (Zhong Yuan)

"Oh! You can recognize me! Identify yourself to me." (Gil)

"Virtual Hero, Zhong Yuan." (Zhong Yuan)

"Well then Virtual Hero, receive my entire weapon arsenal!" (Gil)

Gilgamesh then activated his Gate of Babylon to make thousands of golden portals to open, with different treasures pointing to me. With a snap of his fingers, they all launched down to me.

"Illya! Take cover! Let me handle this!" (Zhong Yuan)

Taking out my katana, I mutter, "Gengetsu." Taking down all the weapons that launch into me.

"You're pretty impressive to defend against my weapons. Now, can you handle defending while protecting your master?" (Gilgamesh)

So he summoned even more portals with more weapons coming out. Then, I noticed Rin and Shirou in the mansion staring at the entire scene.

'This is fun.' (Zhong Yuan)

Taking a deep breath in, I did the only that would have ensured my victory against the strongest hero.

"Self Afflict!"

Cuts appeared throughout my body and rapidly healed under a second.

[Self Afflict - 47% (Bloodlust)]

"Illya! Put more mana into my Madness Enhancement!"

The amount of rage and bloodlust started piling up and my body seemed to be turning more wounded. And I took out a Holy Grail fragment I got from Zouken and stored it in my Emotion storage.

"Emotion Burst!"

Gilgamesh raised his hand and pointed at me and all his weapons fired to me. I was defending against all the weapons until Gilgamesh thought it was time to end and brought in huge gargantuan swords.

"DIE! Raiko!" (Zhong Yuan)

Spending all of the stored emotions into this attack, my blade seemed to become lighting, as it cut through all of Gilgamesh's weapon.

"You have my respect for fighting against the impossible. Enkidu!"

Chains popped out of his gates and started chasing me. I, of course, dodged them, but I still couldn't get near Gilgamesh who was spamming noble phantasms at me.

"four concentrated shot." (Zhong Yuan)

Taking out four needles in my hand, I threw them all in a straight line to Gilgamesh's body, only for him to take out another weapon.

"Ea!"

My needles disintegrated and the red shock wave knocked me back into the castle's walls.

"Guess I'm not strong enough. My thoughts of anger! Summon All the World's Evil into my body!"

Heeding my prayer, the energy I got from the Holy Grail fragments changed into pure dark energy inside my body. Tattoos then started crawling up my skin as black and red tentacles started a tug of war battle against Enkidu.

Taking advantage of the fact Gilgamesh couldn't deal anymore damage, I got out a weapon I thought I never would use. A Thompson Contender.

*BANG*

The bullet went through all of the weapons Gilgamesh was pouring out and pierced his shoulder, making him incapable of using magic.

"Shinji! Let's run!" (Gilgamesh)

"O-okay!" (Shinji)

"Not so fast." (Zhong Yuan)

I sprinted up to Shinji and cut off one of his arms.

"I hope this will teach you a lesson." (Zhong Yuan)

"M-monster!" (Shinji)

Getting on Gilgamesh's cool bike, they got away from the Einzben Castle.

"Mou! Why didn't you kill them all?" (Illya)

"Because we got some guests." (Zhong Yuan)

I walked up to Rin and Shirou hiding from us in the balcony. Tohsaka was about to break down while Shirou gulped nervously.

"Why are you here?" (Zhong Yuan)

"W-we need your help! Caster has become the strongest in this war and we want to recover Saber!" (Zhong Yuan)

"You got some guts kid. To come to our house with another servant." (Zhong Yuan)

"Servant?" (Tohsaka)

"Yo! Nice meeting you, Virtual Hero. I'm lancer and I was sent to protect these kids by my masters." (Lancer)

"Hmm, are you the dog hero?" (Zhong Yuan)

"YOU CALLED ME A DOG!" (Lancer)

"I thought you were Cu Cuchulain, the dog guard." (Zhong Yuan)

"How could you know! ALSO, I'M NOT A DOG!" (Lancer)

"Sure, whatever dog. You guys have him, why ask me instead of him?" (Zhong Yuan)

Smiling nervously, Shirou responded, "Well, you are the strongest servant."

I laughed, "You got a point, but you have to accept one condition."

"What?" (Shirou)

"Let us stay over your house." (Zhong Yuan)

I looked to see the Einzbern castle in ruins because of the recent battle.
