161 Surrogate 13

Daisy was too excited to control her happiness that she actually ran to the Doctor's office to talk about the process. Jamie giggled and followed her and so did James and Rachel who had a fake smile on her face. All of them sat and listened to the process as the doctor spoke with a smile "I am so glad that you finally found a surrogate for yourself. Now I will tell you what we are going to do, first we will take Daisy's eggs and James's sperms and fuse them in a test tube and wait for a few days until the zygote and then the embryo is formed, there will be a number of embryos that we will take and put them in the surrogate's uterus but let me tell you before you spend money that there are high chances that the embryos won't stick or more than one can stick to the uterus so you need to be prepared both ways. Also the surrogate has to go through the regular health check up before she can be considered fit to carry a baby."

All of them nodded and there was a bit of disappointment that spread across Daisy's face but Jamie put an arm around her shoulder and said "Don't worry they are your babies so trust me, they won't give up easy. Let's do it."

Daisy nodded and smiled then gathered the courage, looked into doctor's eyes and spoke "Let's do it, we are ready."

The doctor smiled back and took Daisy and James to take their eggs and sperms while Jamie was told to go to the next room for her health check up. Jamie went out with Rachel who said in a worried tone "Mom, dad is not here yet, is everything gonna be fine."

"Don't worry, I will call him."

When they all went out Charles held Kevin by his collar and finally took out all his anger "How dare you go into her room when I warned you not to and then you are bold enough to come out without a shirt on."

Kevin cleared his throat and freed himself "Dad, I was just worried about her."

"Don't you dare call me dad and I don't trust you to leave my daughter with you, she is my life and I can not see her get hurt."

"I promise you I would never hurt her and if I do you are free to kill me and I won't blame you but please give me a chance at least."

Charles cooled down a little "Alright but just because my daughter likes you, I will let you stay and that does not mean you can do anything to her."

"Sir, I won't ever touch her without her permission."

Charles calmed down but spoke in a cold and intense voice "You dare not and now let's go, everyone must be waiting."

Before Jamie could call, both of them were already there and a wide smile spread across Rachel's face, seeing that Kevin was completely fine. Jamie was equally happy and explained everything to Charles, who held his wife by her waist and took her for the tests while Kevin and Rachel wait for them outside. Rachel hugged Kevin tightly as soon as her father was out of sight "You don't know how happy I am to see you alive but tell me how did you manage that dangerous man, he is way to possessive about me."

Kevin smirked "You see, I am a smart man." and then they both laughed as Rachel finally parted away.

After some time four of them came out and told that everything went fine so they finally left.
