8 Chapter 8: First Call

"Why did you chose him?" Lhian asked as soon as they were far from the guys. She just can't talk with too many people. One is always enough and more is just too much.

She is also confused why did she chose that man when he seems to be just new in that title.

"Because... I just like too" Kiara said while giving her a warm smile.

All her doubts gone and she just gave her a quick nod.

Alchemy class' divisions in room are just the same in History class. Their classmates are just the same and its like they're just the last ones waiting as well as the teacher.

The Alchemy teacher walked in when the two is just about to settle in their sits. He has a combination of red and orange hair. However, his clothes are like those traveler's clothing and a bamboo stick on its waist.

"I'm Ciaro Han, I'll be your Alchemy teacher from 1st grade and 2nd grade. Now, we will just be discussing about the basics of Alchemy." He said as the students quietly listen to him.

"Alchemy can strengthen your weapons more than it can do. For example, my bamboo stick, Lotun, can put pressure into anything. Like how a hammer hit a nail. Have two elements which is nature and wind but with Alchemy it can be as sharp as a sword and hard as a steel." He said while showcasing his bamboo stick and put it again on its sheath.

Moments later, the bell rang and it's time for their lunch already.

Kiara stopped walking and looked at the directions of Sorcery class.

"Anything's wrong?" Lhian asked and then Kiara shook her head and smile.

"Can you wait for me at Cafeteria? Buy a slice of strawberry cake and shake for me okay?" Kiara said and Lhian grew confused but didn't ask why, she just shake her head and nodded.

Kiara watched her back as she walk away from her. She returned her gaze at the Sorcery Building and her atmosphere shifted into dark one.
