122 Kicked Out of Konoha part 2

After constant back and forth negotiations with Danzo he managed to make a deal with Danzo.

The deal was that he will allow danzo to expand root some more by at least 1/4 and can recruit more openly as Danzo root buckled down by Hiruzen. Not only this he will give Danzo more funds for his root and let Danzo have 3 of the orbs that Konoha has and finally when he retires or dies he will announce Danzo as the next Hokage.

This caused Danzo to laugh in delight as he called Fu Yamanaka. An orange haired 19-year-old boy who had a kuntana on his back. Minato wanted him to take over his wife body at the next voting section as he knocks her out right before the voting section, while Danzo will work his magic with the council and the elders of the village to conskrew Marcus as a danger and threat.

Minato then wanted another buffer so he called Fugaku for a private meeting.

"What is Fourth Hokage, I have a very busy schedule."

"Fugaku about the next meeting I want you to vote Marcus out," Minato said smiling while tilting his head on his left hand as he had a cup of tea in his right.

"Why?"

"Because I do not like him."

"I will not as he has helped my clan and my daughter several times."

Minato put down his tea as he smiled with a devilish smile asking Fugaku "Oh is that so? Then it seems the Uchiha are traitors after all! How surprising."

*Bomb* Fugaku slams the table leaving a giant cracked dent from where he smashed it. "What do you mean by that Minato the Uchihas has always been loyal to Konoha!"

Minato looked at him with unsurprised eyes as he started to outline the edge of his cup with his right hand. "Oh, but I remember that you were fighting against a member of the Uchiha and was not using your full power as he was one of the 4 to escape."

"What do you mean he was playing around with me and was stronger than me by a level even when I had Hiruzen help i could not defeat him. that guy is not part of our Uchiha clan and you know it, Minato!"

"Oh is that the case, I wonder what the citizens would say if they knew that the person controlling the nine-tail fox and nearly killed their precious fourth hokage, his wife, and child was an hokage. How would they react?"

"YOUU!!!!" Fugaku said as he clenched his teeth as he knew the Uchiha would be done for. he sighed as he gave up and sat back down with a tired sad, and weary expression. "what do you want?!"

"I said it before I want you to vote Marcus out."

"But that...."

"It is either him or your Uchiha you can decide to tell me before next week or else. well, you know what would happen." Minato said walking out of the room with a smile leaving Fugaku sitting with his head down with his fist.

Fugaku wen home as he stayed in his desk thinking and kept thinking making Mikoto worry as she never seen him like this as both her and Itachi asked, but got no answer as he said he was just thinking. he called the elders of the clan as he told them.

They became mad and wanted to revolt, but that was overthrown as the leaf was too powerful. They came to a decision to sacrifice Marcus in exchange for their own safety. Fugaku was sad as he went and agreed with Minato as rumors saying that Marcus was behind the attack with both the Kyuubi and Hyuga incident causing many to be wary of him.

The day of the vote to decide Marcus fate. kushina was knocked out and possessed by Fu as he went to the vote. Many council members and some of the clan head who Minato or Danzo had ties to voted for him to be kicked out. As they were the majority, Marcus was hereby expelled from Konoha and they do not have enough evidence to execute him.

Many people felt that the rumors were there many clan head knew something was up especially the Yamanaka who knew Kushina was possessed along with Shikaku, but could not say anything as they Hokage was the one behind this.

They looked at the Fugaku as they shook their heads as they could see blood coming out his hands as they knew he was also forced as they already guessed what happened. Hiruzen stood up and went to Minato as he already knew his deal with Danzo and told him that he won't regret this as he left.

Marcus was told this and was given 1 week to leave the village or else he would be executed.
