1 Lmao so the author often used the word “刃 (edge of a blade)” to refer to Ye Lan’s fingers, but also proceeded to describe his heart-gouging actions as being done with his “徒手 (empty/bare hands)” so I could never figure out if the 刃 was meant as a metaphor for his hands being deadly weapons or if he literally had knives on his fingers. Now we know he does literally have knives on his fingers, mystery solved! Top.
