20 Massacre

Sakumo smiled as he heard Shun's words, "Well, you heard the boy." Now, many of them were veteran soldiers who had been on the battlefield many times, how could they not understand and deduce it.

This was the Black ash that sticks with the Sandals if the fire is put out by ramming it with the foot. Sakumo continued to stare at Fumihiko, "Now, time for judgement."

At this moment, Fumihiko was scared, he was very scared from the moment he was exposed, he was trying very hard to maintain that poker face but after being exposed by Shun and Sakumo, it finally fell apart and the soldiers around them witnessed his true feelings.

It was the look of absolute despair! Sakumo unsheathed his White Sword and suddenly passed through him and sheathed it again, Fumihiko fell down on the ground as blood spurted out from his stomach.

Even Shun didn't see that strike clearly and continued to stare at Sakumo, he knew that it wasn't a Jutsu, that was just pure speed from Sakumo.

'I don't think I can dodge that speed even if I could see it with my Sharingan, my body would have been too slow to react to it. I have to get faster, much faster.' He thought as he was amazed by the speed of Sakumo Hatake.

Sakumo Hatake turned around as he glanced at all the soldiers stationed there, the ones who had come out of their tents. He voiced out, "Alright everyone, looks like the enemy knows this location. But from their speed, it should take them half an hour to get here, this will be the final battle against Suna."

He went silent for a single moments before he unsheathed his sword and loudly ordered them, "I have a single order for you! Survive!"

Shun looked around as everyone cheered around him, he looked into their eyes and saw a strong determination to survive. It was surprising how Sakumo's words seemed to change them completely.

Before his words, they had a dead look and were similar to people waiting for death but now, now they were ready to give it their all to survive.

A random soldier spoke out, "We can win this, we have the White Fang on our side. So, what if they are in more numbers, we have a Kage Level shinobi, Sakumo-sama will protect us."

Another random soldier popped out and agreed with his words, "Yes, so, let's go with all our strength. Let's show them the strength of the Konoha Ninja's and the reason why we are called the strongest of the Five Great Villages."

Shun was surprised as he could see a great amount of pride, an arrogance in their nation, he closed his eyes and opened them once again with the will to survive at this point.

Sakumo stared at Shun and ordered him, "Stay near me. Don't rush out, just attack when you see an opening, protect your life." Shun nodded as he heard those words.

Shun had an idea in his head and spoke out loud, "Sakumo-san, I have an idea…" With that, he started to explain his idea to Sakumo, for a few moments, Sakumo didn't say anything but after hearing the complete plan, "Take care of yourself."

"I will. I also want to survive and go back home!" Shun smirked as he spoke those words, Sakumo turned towards the soldiers and ordered them, "Step back 10 steps."

The soldiers were confused at his order but they obeyed without question, Shun stepped forwards facing the huge Suna Army and whispered, "I hope this Jutsu is good enough…"

He started to make some hand signals, there were a total of 40 hand signs even with his chakra control and finished preparing with the Tiger Seal, he took in a deep breath as he spoke out, "Fire Style: Grand Fire Ball Jutsu!"

Suddenly, a Huge Ball of Fire was formed in front of Shun's body, he released that huge Fire Ball towards the incoming army. The Suna village's army stopped for mere moments before two shinobis spoke out, "We will take care of this fire ball."

They stepped forwards and made some hand seals, and shouted out, "Earth Style: Earth Wall Jutsu!" A large and thick wall of earth was formed right in front of the army, it prevented them from observing what the Konoha's soldiers were doing at the moment.

The Fire Ball crashed into the Earth Wall and continued to burn it for a few moments before it was extinguished, as soon as the walls were down, the Konoha's Army rushed towards them with the Killing intent evident in their eyes.

They held Kunai and shuriken in their hands as they neared the enemy and struck them as the Suna Army was caught surprised by this sudden attack. The men at the front line were killed before they could react due to the surprise attack.

But the men at the back were a little calmer, they started to counter them and punched the men in Konoha's Army, the weird thing was, whomever they punched, it would turn out to be a clone or an illusion.

And each and every single person had a different face which got the commander of the Suna Army thinking 'They all are different clones. That means, that there are these many real shinobis on the camp. It is too risky to attempt anything at this moment now, we have to move with utmost caution.'

At this moment, they were surprised when the Earth Style users suddenly fell down while releasing a loud scream, "AHHHHHH…" They turned towards that direction and almost regretted to attack today as they felt as if they saw their death.

Their they saw a man standing with Grey Hair, a handsome face, a cold expression on that face with a White Chakra Sword in his hands, the commander at the back could also observe this scene and he murmured, "The White Fang is here! Shit! I didn't expect that the Konoha had so many soldiers, these must be reinforcements."

He loudly ordered his men, "Retreat NOW!!" With that, the Army was more than happy to retreat as they knew that whoever clashed with this man would just want death today, they released multiple Smoke bombs to smokescreen the area and leave.

It did work as Sakumo killed those Shinobi's who were near to him, he couldn't follow them because he was not a sensor. He couldn't sense them with his chakra but Shun was standing in the Smoke as his eyes transformed into Bloody Red Coloured eyes, the Sharingan.

From his Sharingan, he could get an approximate idea of their location and made a single hand seal as he spoke out, "Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu!" He made a fireball and shot it towards his front direction where he could see a maximum of the chakra gathered around.

He didn't let up and searched around for more Sand Ninja, he shot out more of the Fireball Jutsu and reduced their manpower even more. While, Sakumo used his hearing and tried to know their location, he also swung his White Chakra Sword and killed a shinobi with each slash.

These weren't on his level, they couldn't even defend against a single shinobi. It was quite terrifying to watch this massacre from a distance, even the Konoha's soldiers were a little scared as they didn't think that they would be witnessing two shinobis massacring on the battlefield.

No, in fact, they expected Sakumo Hatake to be able to massacre these Shinobi but Shun's power was beyond their expectation. They didn't think that such a small kid would be able to let out so many of those fireballs.

It wasn't just them, even Sakumo was surprised at the amount of Chakra that Shun seemed to have, he didn't get why Shun hadn't fell down due to exhaustion. After some time, the Fireballs suddenly stopped coming and the Sand Army relaxed their guard.
