10 Shun enters the Uzumaki Compound

She suddenly covered her mouth as she spoke out her verbal tic, she was always trying to control this but it was like a curse, it wouldn't leave her. Shun didn't react to her words as he continued to stare at the man.

The man stared at Shun as he spoke out loud with a little salty expression, "Looks like the Konoha doesn't take the Uzumaki Clan very seriously. They only sent a single ninja to escort the heir of our Clan and that also a young boy."

Shun's expression didn't change the whole time, he just asked with a pacific and serene expression, "Is that so?" Suddenly, the man's expression changed as he laughed out loud, "Alright, that was good enough. Bye, take care of our heir."

Shun nodded as he turned towards Kushina who seemed surprised at the sudden change in attitude of her uncle, she didn't think she had seen him behave like that with anyone other than other.

On another road, as Kushina's Uncle was returning back to the Uzumaki Village, a man in his group asked him, "What happened back then? Why did you suddenly draw back against that boy?"

Kushina's Uncle had a grave expression on his face as he heard those words, he explained them, "You all didn't see it. But that boy, pulled out a kunai and targeted my heart at the same time I put my sword at his throat."

He told them and started thinking 'In fact, I didn't even notice his kunai near my heart before he said those words. He is going to be a terrifying shinobi once he grows up…'

Shun was walking together along with Kushina who was quite nervous, as she didn't know how to talk to a stranger, Shun noticed her nervousness and casually spoke out, "I noticed that you seemed interested in the Hokage faces on the mountain. Care to tell me the reason?"

Kushina heard his question and thought for a few seconds before she smirked brightly and started to speak, "I respect the Hokages very much. I want to become the first female hokage Dattebane~"

She once again covered her mouth as she realized that she spoke out her verbal tic, she looked towards him and saw that his face cracked into a smile, she thought that he was laughing at her dream and was mad at him.

"You! Are you laughing at my dream!?" She questioned him with a fuming expression, Shun stopped as he looked towards her, he shook his head, "No, I wasn't laughing at your dream. Why should I laugh at it? It's a good dream and I am happy to hear that you want to become a Hokage."

"Huh…Really? You really think I can do it?" Kushina questioned with stars in her eyes, she had told this to her uncle but he just had a casual reaction as he agreed with her but from his expression, she knew that he didn't believe in her dream.

Shun smiled at her as he nodded his head, "Yes, I really think you can do it. What, you don't have confidence in yourself now?" He spoke the question in a mischievous tone as he observed her face.

As he expected, her face returned back to that prideful look as she declared, "Nopes, I have complete confidence in myself dattebane~" She sighed as she once again spoke that embarrassing verbal tic.

They talked around for the rest of the day as Shun got to know her better, while keeping his own information to himself. It wasn't something he was doing intentionally but it was because Kushina wasn't asking about him and kept on blabbering once he asked her about something.

The more he talked to her, the more he realized that Kushina was innocent as well as a kind-hearted person, she also had a strong character that reflected from her words. He could deduce that there wasn't a single bit of deceit in her words, she was speaking out her heart to him.

Finally, they reached the Uzumaki compound, Shun stopped himself from entering the Uzumaki Compound, Kushina turned around and saw him stopping at the gate. She didn't understand why he was stopping at there.

"Kushina, my mission was to escort you till here. I will take my leave now. it isn't good for me to enter your Clan compound." He spoke with a formal tone as he was ready to take his leave.

But Kushina didn't really care about those words, she uttered a little louder than her normal voice, "Just come inside, I want you to enter this as my friend not as a shinobi." Shun sighed as he heard her response.

He knew that she would say this, his eyes changed colour, from Black they changed into the Bloody red colour with three tomoe revolving slowly. Kushina stared at his Sharingan Eyes and with a surprised expression.

She let out an exclaimed scream, "Wow… Awesome! You can change the colour of your eyes, I wish if I could do that." Shun nearly fell down as he heard her words, he didn't think that she wouldn't realize that these were Sharingan eyes and actually thought that they were just colour changing eyes.

He chuckled out loud as he said out loud, "Just you… Just you will call these eyes as Sharingan Eyes. Alright, there is a second reason. It's because I am from the Uchiha Clan, the rival Clan to the Senju Clan, the sister Clan of Uzumaki Clan."

Before Kushina could retort to that, both of them heard an old chuckling voice nearing the gate, Shun was surprised as from the Aura of this person, he could tell that he/ she was quite dangerous.

He heard the woman speak out with a smile on her face, "I do not think that my husband ever thought of Uchihas as anything other than Family." She then glanced towards Kushina and gave out a gentle smile and spoke, "You have finally come Kushina."

Shun remained on his guard as he glanced at the old woman, he felt that this old woman was strong enough to kill him with the least trouble at this moment. He questioned the identity of the woman, "Who are you exactly? I didn't know that there was someone who still lived in the Uzumaki Compound."

The old woman smiled lightly as she heard his question, she stared at Kushina as she pouted a little, "What, does my dear Kushina not want to meet her grandmother Mito?" Kushina's eyes widened with surprised as she jumped towards Mito with a delightful expression.

She was happy to know that she still had a family in this foreign village. While, her eyes widened with happiness, Shun stepped back as soon as he heard her name. He trembled before he let out, "M-Mito Uzumaki, the First Hokage's Wife."

He kneeled down quickly as he didn't think he had just met up with the wife of the Legend whom he respected, Kushina was surprised to see her new friend kneeling in front of her grandmother.

She smirked as she got an idea, she made a pitiful face as she asked her grandmother, "Grandmother, I don't want Shun to go away yet. Ask him to come in the Uzumaki Compound dattebane~"

Shun remained kneeled and heard Kushina's words, Mito looked towards Shun Uchiha as she gently smiled and spoke out loud, "You heard her! Now, come." Shun sighed as he heard her words and knew that he would have to obey her.

Even the current Hokage would listen to her words if she had some suggestion what to say of him, a little Genin. He entered the Uzumaki compound and felt a strong life force in the area, it was quite different to the atmosphere in the Uchiha Compound.
