13 Chaptet 12 Easy Dungeon

A day had passed since the examination of the examination and Ichiro and his group had gone early to Anna to receive quests; given the time there were many people coming and going from the building and as soon as the group entered it was greeted by a large number of people watching them, but this time the looks and whispers were not turned towards the seductive bodies of Akeno and Cattleya but towards Ichiro. Many were intrigued by that boy, who despite his appearances, had gained the rank C as soon as he entered the guild: there were those who had looks of admiration and pointed him out to his companions, some who accused him of having corrupted The Judges; Ichiro ignored everyone and went to Anna, who was waiting for him smiling.

"Hi Ichiro! You really have become a beautiful source of chatter, you know? It was almost two years since someone reached the rank C at the exam, and besides you there were only three other people who achieved the same result" he said with joy and, leaning towards him she whispered: "you could tell me that you were so strong ... you meanie ... now a lot of people will want to recruit you in their party or join yours, if you create one"

Ichiro simply shrugged his shoulders and replied with an ambiguous smile on his lips: "Well ... I don't know what to tell you, I just went there ... I waited my turn and showed what I can do, and anyway since I interested to know I wanted to create a party with Akeno and Cattleya and to look for some quite profitable quests, unfortunately these days we are almost short of money, isn't it that you would have something to recommend me? "

Anna took a thoughtful look and said: "hmmm ... let me think, since you are of rank C but Akeno and Cattleya are only of rank D.. I do not know if it is the case to give you something of your own rank ... hmmm ... .ah there are! wait a minute "and with it he ran off to the offices; he returned a few minutes later with documents in hand and showed them to Ichiro and the girls: "this is perfect ... the son of a minor noble family of the city wants to experience in a nearby Dungeon; the Dungeon is only of rank D so you and your party should have no problems and the pay is very good, about thirty gold pieces "

Ichiro studied the documents to get detailed information: the noble's name was Otto Lucer, sixteen years old and like any nobleman who became an adventurer, he was in search of fame and glory; the thing that gave Ichiro the most worries was that he was only of rank E and therefore it was strange that he wanted to go to a dungeon of higher rank than his own.

If it were not for the good pay, Ichiro would have preferred to avoid contacts with this type of people but decided to accept; after all, if the situation had taken an unpleasant turn he would simply let Akeno and Cattleya go to full power and he was pretty sure that hardly anyone or anything under rank A could worry his two sexy companions.

Ichiro signed the forms to accept the request and was about to leave when Anna called him back: "wait for Ichiro! You must also confirm the name of your party; it is mandatory that each party has an identifying name, otherwise you cannot accept some types of quest"; Ichiro looked at her thoughtfully for a few minutes until he was inspired: "well since a name is mandatory, it could be 'blue moon'; what do you think?"

"Ichiro, it looks very nice..leave it to me! I will compile the remaining modules for you, you go ahead and do that quest and good luck!"

After finishing all the forms, Ichiro left the guild satisfied and headed towards the residence of the client but it took a while to find it, due to the size of the city and the fact that it was in the district of the Nobles; this district was located on the opposite side of the guild and served as a 'middle bridge' between a mammoth palace where he lived who governed the city and the rest of the city areas.

The house reminded Ichiro a lot of the typical English houses of the 1800s: a gate guarded by a guard that allowed to see a garden of modest dimensions and a house of two floors and wide enough to accommodate about a dozen people.

After Ichiro showed the guard the documents relating to the quest and his adventurer plaque, he and the girls were seated in a living room inside the house that probably served as a waiting room.

Shortly after an elderly butler came to meet them and introduced himself: "Good morning, esteemed adventurers, I thank you for accepting our quest; my name is Roger and I am the Baron's chief of staff, if you want to follow me I will escort you to the Young Master and we can prepare to leave "; he was a man of about sixty, tall and thin wearing a typical magiordomo dress and a pair of bursting white mustaches.

He escorted them to the upper floors of the villa to a door, knocked and after a few seconds a voice replied: "go ahead"

Inside that room, very similar to a study, two people sat, a boy and a man in his fifties: the first one did not seem to be more than sixteen, a little plump, blond hair treated a little too much and wearing a decorated and enchanted armor while at the side carried a long magic sword; he was obviously bored, but was replaced by the sight of Akeno and Cattleya.

He turned to the other man and said, "wow dad ... you didn't tell me that I would have had courtesans to accompany me too ... I'm really happy .. I think I'll have a great time in that dungeon" and having said that he put one down perverted look on the two girls, stripping them with his eyes.

Akeno and Cattleya showed no emotion, merely keeping polite smiles; Ichiro was tempted to beat that guy, but he refrained and paid no attention to the man who was supposed to be the baron: "Baron Lucer greetings, I'm Ichiro and I'm the captain of the 'blue moon' party, if his son believes he has taken all the necessary precautions we are ready to leave for the Dungeon "; the man observed Ichiro with a hard look and said: "I expect my son to be able to accomplish this quest without a hitch, as per the agreement the payment will happen once the work is finished; but before leaving a 'last thing ..." and with this he gave a meaningful look to his son: "... I see that in your party there are women, in case problems arise due to my son's interest ... refer to me without mentioning it to the guild and I will do so that you will be given a bonus as an excuse for the trouble ".

Ichiro was shocked by the attitude that the noble had towards his son: although he knew what kind of person he was and covered his misdeeds anyway, even when he did them before his own eyes!

he decided for the moment to play the game, but at the first opportunity he would have given a lesson to that little man.

"Baron ... if that's all ... we will begin to escort your child to the Dungeon"; and having said this they separated.

When they set off, it was just midday and, according to the maps they had obtained, they would have taken half a day before arriving at their destination; for Ichiro, Akeno and Cattleya it was a tremendous journey: Otto initially refused to go on foot and hired a wagon, although he had been advised against seeing that he could attract bandits and thieves; he continued to flirt openly and without restraint with Akeno and Cattleya, even trying to palpate them with a breast or thigh "by mistake" from time to time and refused to do even guard duty claiming he had to 'save his strength' waiting for the dungeon.

When Ichiro arrived, he had the first real surprise since he arrived in the city, the Dungeon: it was not a labyrinthine structure as expected, but in this case it was much more like a cemetery or a tumulus apparently long abandoned; the most evident proof that it was a dungeon was the metrical air that was perceived and the number of undead that could be glimpsed.

As soon as they entered they were attacked by the first group of skeletons armed with blunt and rusty weapons and some decaying arches; they didn't take long to get rid of it despite the obvious futility of Otto, who had even holed up behind a rock at the sight of the undead.

"AHHHH !! those things are scary; what are you doing there ?!destroy them!"

Akeno could no longer hold back his disappointment: "Master, we have to put up with that pig all the way; all he did was blab and brag about how he would show us how superior he was to our ridiculous captain" and also his pathetic attempts to try to touch us they are really annoying "; Ichiro sighed and replied: "I know Akeno ... I know ... you bear for a little, by contract we must take him only to the room of the first boss to assist him and leave him the coup de grace so that he can gain the experience; once done we just have to go to the guild to collect the reward "

The rest of the journey went on without too many hitches and Ichiro was having fun using different types of tactics against the types of undead they had encountered along the way: the ghosts, being intangible, used the spells he knew; the skeletons and the zombies faced them with a mix of sword and melee techniques trying to imitate the techniques of his favorite souls, and so on ...

They finally arrived at the boss's room, although more than a room it was an immense crypt in whose interior lay about thirty wooden coffins and a single silver coffin suspended in the middle of the room thanks to a chain; as soon as they entered the door it slammed shut behind them and the silver coffin opened, revealing the corpse of a magician who uttered a powerful cry, awakening the other dead.

Ichiro got in position and immediately gave instructions: "ok .. here is how we will act! Lord Otto you will stay in the rear, Akeno will clean the room from the undead with magic but make sure you don't overdo it, Cattleya and I will be the vanguard and we will immobilize the boss! ", and before Otto could replicate everyone began to act.

Akeno, thanks to her demonic magic, had no problem getting rid of the undead; Cattleya with her mighty sword and her strength swept away the enemies around her. Thanks to them, Ichiro had the go-ahead to attack the undead wizard: he threw fireballs in advance and with a quick dash moved to the side of the monster and hit him with the plate of the blade to avoid killing him.

With no more enemies to attack her, Cattleya ran towards Ichiro and helped him immobilize the undead; once secured the Ichiro area turned to Otto, who had remained in awe in front of their ability: "Otto, the boss is immobilized must only stab him with the sword".

Otto, still in awe, took a few seconds to answer: "hmm ... of course ... well done adventurer, I will tell my father and the guild that you have done an acceptable job" and said this he drew his sword and killed the undead.

Completed their mission, they went to the wagon and traveled the journey in silence, to the delight of Ichiro and the girls; they arrived at the gates of the city that was now evening, they left Otto at his residence and went to the Guild with satisfaction to withdraw their reward, even if for them the real reward was for getting rid of that unbearable nobleman
