19 Announcement part 2

Ok so....

There is that person standing in front of a dozen mics and saying something which I don't really want to listen to.

Arabel:"Haha Carlisia you're so cute"

Yes, I'm hiding behind her like a shy five-year-old.

Arabel:"Come on you look nice, and cute, what is there to be afraid of?"

Me:"Well people stare"

Arabel:"Don't worry, it'll be alright."

Me:"Hmm....."

Arabel: "Well you do tend to catch everyone's attention"

Me:"Not my fault"

Arabel is talking to me while facing forwards, and I'm behind her, holding on to her sweater.....And then Uncle went on to the stage and said something else and then he called my name....

'I'm gonna make a fool out of myself'

Arabel:"Don't worry, you're gonna be fine alright? Just go"

Me:"You're tall"

Arabel:"That has nothing to do with this...But thanks anyway."

Me:"Great! Now I'm feeling confident"

And so I went to the place and stood in front of the many mics.....With people who were talking, stopping and staring at me...

Me:"Ummm.....Hi. I'm Carlisia, and I would like to start by saying sorry to all the people who we were supposed to have been meeting with. And since Mom and Dad passed away a few days ago, I will be announcing our next plans. I will be handing the company to Marcus who will manage all the next matters relating to IDEAL. And it will stay that way till I'm seventeen or eighteen. And he will also be taking 50 percent of the income-"

And then people started asking a dozen questions like

'Isn't this supposed to be your company? Why are you giving him so much of your own wealth?'

And

'Does this mean he's the co-owner of IDEAL?'

Me:"Ah no guys calm down-"

But the questions kept on coming...I have no other choice, do I?

Me:"EXCUSE ME BUT WILL YOU GUYS PLEASE SHUT UP?!?!!? I'M ALREADY VERY DEPRESSED!!"

*Complete silence*

Me:"Great. Now then, as I was saying, Marcus will retain his position as both a director too. And the reason of his 'too much income' is that since he'll be taking care of the company, he deserves a reward. Mike and I will be the next CEOs. And yes, we'll be two CEOs. Also, IDEAL will be presenting its fifth ID robot. Marcus will give you the next details, is that clear?"

*Silence*

And so Marcus gave his speech. And I hid behind Arabel again. Then he came to me asking why I wanted him to take so much money.

Marcus:"Fifty percent of the income would be almost fifty billion dollars. And I can't accept such a big amount"

Me:"Marcus, you are a very nice person, that's why I gave the company to you, temporarily. And you deserve a reward. If you want you can give that money to charity but you will still earn it alright?"

Marcus:"..But..."

Me:"It's alright, you're my elder so I shouldn't be ordering you so it's a request 'kay?"

Marcus:"I still can't...It's your-"

Me:"I don't care you are keeping that money. Understood? Or else I'll throw a fuss"

Marcus:"Fine then, five percent"

Me: "Forty-five"

Marcus: "Ten"

Me: "Forty"

Marcus: "Fifteen"

Me: "Thirty"

Marcus: "Twenty-five"

Me:"You will be getting twenty-five percent of the income. No less"

Marcus is a really nice person....

Home! Finally!

"Arabel! What are you doing?"

"Oh, nothing...Just getting bored"

"Let's play a game!"

"Just the two of us?"

"Let's invite the others!"

And we went to Alex, then Mike, and then the person who would be most hard to convince....Leo!

"Don't you have homework to do?"

"We can do that later! Come on Leo let's go!"

"*Sigh* Don't call me that"

"I don't mean it in an insulting way.... But come on! You're coming with me!"

I grabbed him and started pulling him with me. But he's so tall and heavy! It won't work even if I push him...

"Leo! Come with us!"

I took that idiot's phone number to message him about canceling the plan right?

And I ran to my room.

And I'm thinking if I should really do that.....I wanna go see.....I should....

It's almost sunset, right? I'll just take a peek and come back...

And I ran out of my room and out of the mansion. The place he wanted us to meet was....Queen Elizabeth Park. It's not far from here. I saw it. It's pretty.

I think the British are planning on conquering the whole world. They have great ambition. It's good.

If only some people had the kind of ambition they have...

I mean I can find everything by their name everywhere.

'Oh, the sun's almost setting! I have to reach the place before dark. And people are also leaving for their homes. Good thing I wore a hoodie to conceal my face though'

I ran towards the park and when I reached there, I could see no one. But I saw someone come from the other side. It's Kevin Thank god! I can see what he's doing. And message him from here.

He was holding hands with a girl....She was blonde and had blue eyes. They both were smiling and laughing and.....flirting...

I just need to snap some pictures and message him and then leave. I took out my phone and took some pictures of him and then messaged him 'I'm busy with my cousins, playing a board game.Can't come' to show him he had no value whatsoever in my life.

I'm gonna show these pictures to Alexandra and Isabella. And we'll decide what to do. Hehe....

'Wait....It's dark.....I need to go!'

I started running, as fast as I could, to my home. Because I knew if I encounter people like Justin, they won't let me go. I was running as fast as my legs allowed me to.

I bumped into someone...And fell down.

"Hey! Who was tha-"

"Oh look! We have so much luck today!"

I fell in front of some people. They were 4 boys. I'm dead.

"Are you lost, little girl?"

"Don't worry big brother will send you back home"

They had wicked smiles on their faces.....

One of them grabbed my hand and pulled me up and looked in my eyes. His were sort of.....Red, and glowing, as if he was hungry.

He's not human. They all are not. They're vampires!

"Now look what we've got! Our dinner was great. We have such a great dessert presented to us"

That's when I noticed they had blood on their shirt and some had blood on their faces.

"Let me go you cowards!!"

I struggled to release myself from him and succeeded. Thankfully.

But these people seem dangerous...

"Awww look at the little sheep cry! But we can't! Not until I have a taste of that blood of yours"

"Well, YOU don't need it! YOU ALREADY HAD 'DINNER' DIDN'T YOU?!"

"SHUSH! Little sheep, you think you're so brave huh? Let's see if you can keep that attitude when you're slowly dying from blood loss"

"Wha- HEY!!"

That guy was about to grab me- AGAIN!

"STOP IT!! LET ME GO YOU IDIOTS!! SOMEBODY HELP!!!"

"You are so full of yourself. It's cute. But it's all in vain. You see, you're going to die here. TODAY"

"Stop thi-"

"Why should we? This is a great gift we have gotten! Don't you understand? I want your blood. It smells good, and will undoubtedly taste good. Say goodbye little sheep, your blood will soon become my blood...."

I couldn't really hear anything after that, because my attention had diverted from them to a familiar person. He was tall, slender, had dull blonde hair and was extremely beautiful.
