(2): it’s こーちょーせんせい, I can’t find a proper translation for this (Selen’s speech is super hard because she doesn’t use kanji and only use hiragana, thus very hard to find out what it means exactly)

In this case, one of the possible translation is headmaster (of a school)

Anyway, since she is technically still a kid, that way of speaking is informal and often used to talk with familiar people, thus the translation
