15 Travelling the New World

Ziade awakens from his sleep a little bit drowsy but then suddenly is on full guard and has a serious face on... since there is a big wolf in front of him... the wolf had brown, black fur and was calmly staring at Ziade from 2 metres away.

'Corse of Ratiocination 1st level and Intermediate 2nd level in magic, be wary.' Okini warns.

"Hi there big fella." Ziade greets after a few seconds.

The wolf continues to stare at him then Ziade goes to speak again but...

'Greetings Human, I am one of the many protectors of Dha Muru Muru. Why do you travel this forest?'

"Wow, you can telepathically speak with me." Ziade says since the wolf is not even at the World Body Stage yet.

'My species is the protectors of this forest and have been blessed with intelligence and being able to communicate telepathically, human boy you seem quite strong for your age... but why are you travelling dangerous lands when you're so young?'

Ziade relaxes his guard and starts to clean and pack up where he slept since he does not sense any malice nor killing intent and doubts that this creature at his stage can conceal it. "Oh ok so only very few species can have this ability I assume?" Ziade tilts his head at the wolf picking up his pillow. The wolf nods but is clearly waiting for an answer... Ziade notices it and continues, "I travel the lands to achieve my dreams and see the world and with no family to speak of, I must do things myself."

'I see young man, you are with no one. I assume from your answer that you will be travelling past this forest?' The wolf responds.

Ziade has packed up all his things and has made the land like it was when he got here, "Yes I wish to travel past this forest, I, presume I can?"

'Yes you can and it takes approximately 6 months to pass... I would have left you to be but you peaked my curiosity since I don't see many children traverse these parts alone. Also remember to follow the laws of this forest strictly, just because you are a child does not make any difference.'

"I will Mr Wolf, I am Ziade, what is your name if I may enquire?" Ziade politely asks since he will be coming back through here and it is wise to keep a good relationship with the protectors of the forest.

The wolf is startled on the sudden question but composes himself very quickly, 'Nice to meet you Ziade, I like your demeanour so I will tell you my name. I am Akha and I of many protect my home in the shadows, I will make sure to notify the others to let you pass without problems in your future travels through Dha Muru Muru. As long as you follow the Laws of the forest you will find yourself to be an aquatince of us Rieshesu Wolves.'

Ziade bows slightly to express his gratitude, he looks up... the wolf is gone but hears his voice,

'We are protectors of the forest and it's inhabitants, other creatures that reside in this forest are free to do anything as they please so be careful becuase we are not protectors of strangers, if one attacks you we will not intervene... but you are used to fending for yourself... aren't you.'

Ziade stands there and takes note of the information given, Ziade has already started walking and continues on to traverse the forest...

After a couple of hours it is 10:00 and the sun shines down on the forest lighting up the light green trees... Ziade is watching nature and is amazed on the sight that befalls him at this moment... he clearly sees the occasional leaves that descend down from the tree tops and the small insects and animals that surround him... 'With mastery of the sword... I must have the ability to clearly see everything... wait...' Ziade decides to test something... 'Not everything it seems, it is only 500 metres.'

With Ziade's new discovery he now knows that he can see anything and everything that he physically can in a 500 metre radius.

Ziade sees a leaf that is falling from a tree and... pierces the leaf with a small hole...

'It is pretty cool to simply look at anything and pierce it with a simple thought.' He thinks.

Ziade meets many strange creatures and many strange looking vegetation... many had intelligence but could not speak they only tended to tail Ziade for fun and some came up close to check out the unknown creature that is in their forest. Ziade was on guard for the first few that came up to him but after many creatures being friendly with him he now understands that they were being nice and did not wish to harm him.

5 and half months past and Ziade now stands steady up on top of a very tall tree, Ziade's hazel eyes looked into the far distance with his Itachi hair swaying in the gentle wind... 'Not far now...' Ziade loves the view that is in front of him, there is many tall and small trees in the forest and a big light blue lake in the distance to his North, with the sun about to fall and the moon rising, the forest... looks exquisite.

"This world is beautiful, it is full of peace... there may lie danger and corruption... but that is everywhere, as long as people look for happiness they will find it if they persist. I agree that this forest must be protected." Ziade utters.

Ziade continues to stare at the beautiful scene... "Well, I better get going, I don't have all the time in the world." Ziade was about to jump to another tree top but...

Suddenly a small bird so fast attempts to strike Ziade's face, Ziade dodges by tilting his head to the right because he already knew it was above him since he is a Sword Master.

"What did you do that for?" Ziade says rhetorically.

The bird lands on top of a tree below him and stares at Ziade... the small bird then cutely points it's left wing to the tree that Ziade stands on then back at itself multiple times with increased force in it's swings.

Ziade long ago got the message but just found it funny to watch a cute looking bird do cute gestures. "I'm sorry birdie, since this tree is your home then I will leave, sorry to invade."

The bird nods it's head downwards very fast but also very firmly expressing her discomfort in the situation.

"Have a good day me lady." Ziade assumes the bird is a female since only a woman would attack so visciously... he throws his Masamune into the air and jumps on the haft... Ziade bows and pretends he has a hat... Masamune descends down at a steady pace while Ziade continues to be in a bowing position.

Masamune reaches the bottom after who knows long and just before hitting the earth it floats above it, Ziade jumps off his sword enthusiasticly and walks towards the East where the exit of the forest lies.

'Shift.' Ziade orders and Masamune locks itself to his back diagonally.

He smiles and casually walks through Dha Muru Muru as apparently it had no dangers...

It is now the late afternoon and the sun shines no more where Ziade is... he takes his last mighty step out of the forest...

"If that little adventure was so cool and fun... I wonder what else there is to discover... I will explore this world's wonders!!!" Ziade yells out to himself

He stands there in a proud stance and looks at his surroundings... there is a big billboard a couple hundred metres ahead of him, he determines that it may have information and proceeds to travel towards it...

Ziade arrives in front of the notice-board and looks up at it to read the content it displays...

'Astuviki Country Notice: You are in the country of Astuviki. If you wish to travel to the Kingdom of Astuviki then continue East for 7 months on foot. We welcome many at the Kingdom of Verutumo.'

'Sooo... I'm in the country of Astuviki and the Kingdom of this country is Verutomo.... but that 7 months on foot... It has been about 6 months and with the 7 months on foot added.. ok so I've got 8 months because I want that extra month just in case something pops up and everything doesn't go according to schedule.'

Ziade was caculating the time he has so he doesn't miss enrollment time of the Magical Academies, the times to enroll are only at the start of the year but they make exceptions for some and host another enrollment in the middle of the year for kids who couldn't make it at the start of the year, Ziade wants to start as soon as possible so that he can learn magic.

'I'm going to keep walking through the night because by the looks of it areas near Fraylulè Kingdom are relatively peaceful.'

He procceds to cross the lands...

'It's great to travel the world and see all the wonders... but wouldn't it be fun with someone you can experience all the wonders of the world with... Elizabeth.. someday we will and we'll be strong enough to.' Ziade contemplates...

The land he walks in is a mountainous region with mountains that can high and hills that interconnect with each making a complex land to traverse through, there's forests that run down mountains and hills in some parts and rocks and gravel that run down mountains, if one were to fall... they would ultimately die.

'Looks like Middle East terrain... if one doesn't know how to travel these parts properly then they're going to have a hard time... doesn't apply to me though... I grew up in this type of place.'

Ziade remineses on his early childhood... and what he had to overcome to survive...

Ziade travels the mountains exhausting himself so that he can at least be a little faster...

'This isn't fun, in this darkness I can't see anything, I might be able to feel and sense the land and lifeforms in a 500 metre radius... but I still can't see them... stuff it.'

Ziade goes to use Lickety-Split Walking to cover this mountain... but as soon as he did... he collapsed face first...

'...I guess that I can't use the skill if I'm fatigued and exhausted... I guess... I can't use it all the time...'

Ziade still has face in the hard dirt just relaxing...

'I'm tired...' Ziade closes his eyes and just falls asleep with his face in the dirt...

Next day, the sun hangs high in the sky shining it's light onto the land.

Ziade opens his eyes slowly... and gets blinded by the blinding light.

'I've turned into a vampire?!' Ziade yells out.

'You have not you imbecile.' Okini states back with a little remark becaue Okini just found it ridiculous that Ziade would say that.

'Okini calm down buddy, I was just joking...' Ziade gets up but has a weird face on since he still hasn't gotten used the sun's beauty.

'Sun's too beautiful for me it seems.' Ziade jokingly says in the Afguma.

Ziade and Okini make no further comments. He pulls out a wooden box from his inventory and eats some of the rations he bought before putting it back. Ziade continues on through the mountainous land with Masamune against his back and the bright sun shininig down on his face.

Ziade sees a couple of huts along the way and some people traversing the mountains in a group and even some lone shperds.

Ziade now has been travelling for for the whole morning and it is now just in the afternoon, 'With my body in the Origin Endocrine stage, it sems I have way more stamina than usual and my body can withstand more... nice.' Ziade said this because he has been climbing steep mountains for a couple of hours and is not in the least bit tired.

He has reached the top and takes in the view for a bit... '...' Ziade has no comment for such a scene becuase he has seen it many times before... 'I should get going.' Ziade is about to climb down the mountain but...

"Grooooooowee!!!!!" A wild cat stands behind Ziade... Ziade looks back slowly...

'King of the Mountains, Origin Cell Divider 4th level.' Okini states.

Ziade can't be bothered with it and just intends to pierce it with his eyes... 'Die.' Ziade says looking straight into the cat's yellow eyes...

'What!?' His sword intent only left a mark on the cat's head... this attack on it only increased it's anger and it pounces on Ziade swiflty but Ziade dodges using Lickety-Split Walking and positions himself a couple of metres behind the angered cat...

The wild cat is a metre off the ground and has spots of brown and yellow, it's eyes are yellow, it has pointy ears and big sharp teeth... this cat was dangerous...

Ziade slowly unsheaths his Masamune from it's sheath and holds the sword in front of his adversary.

'Scary lookin' thing... I wonder why my sword intent didn't work?' Ziade wonders.

'Ziade it is because this creature is at the Origin Cell Divider Stage, it's hide is tough.' Okini states.

Ziade and the cat circles clockwise looking for a opportunity to strike, 'I assumed that but still, didn't you say that at Sword Master I could contend with people at the 7th level if they didn't practice magic?' Ziade is confused.

'I did but your Sword Intent is not your mastery of the sword, Sword Intent is how many battles you have been in and your techniques core principles mixed in, you have been in no battles, you only know techniques because of your skill, 'Lighting Comprehension'. You may be able to use your sword intent to strike things with no protection such as that tree you destroyed but beings that practice any form of cultivation will be able to resist your Sword Intent if they are strong enough... also monsters are naturally stronger than humans in body cultivation. If you wish your sword intent to progress then use your sword in battle and learn many techniques.'

Ziade is surprised since he thought he mastered the sword with the skill but it seems he still has many things to learn.

'Right.' Ziade replies while both him and the cat stand still and stare at each other for a few seconds before... they suddenly strike at each other, the cat tries to claw his waist but Ziade sidesteps the attack with a near miss to his waist... the cat predicts this and swiftly tries to pounce on him while Ziade is dodging...

Ziade sees the attack and makes a decision... he jumps above the cat and releases his desert robes from his inventory but the Wild Cat claws at them ripping them to shreds, and with that little bit of time when the cat clawed the robes... Ziade was above it still and stepped on it's head... Ziade knew that he had won because the weak point lied straight in front of his eyes... he pierced it's neck and Masamune straight into the ground, Ziade did a flip off the dead body before he stumbled over himself... the cat's body slumps down with it's head looking upwards at Ziade with a dead face.

'Congratulations Ziade on your kill of the 'King of the Mountains'. You have been rewarded with 20,000 Appies.' Okini states but Ziade is unfazed.

He stands there staring at the lifeless body in front of him... thinking... he then just tries retrieving the dead body into his inventory but it doesn't work...

He walks up to the body and retrieves Masamune from the cat's neck and sheaths it in it's scabbard that has golden snakes wreathing around on it... he proceeds to place his hand upon the body of the cat and magically the cat disappears into his Inventory.

'Not 1 metre aye..?' Ziade says, he then asks a question,

'Okini... I feel exitement when I fight and my reaction his calmness when I kill... is this... normal...'

'...Ziade, everyone in any world reacts differently to killing and fighting, it seems you were born to do this.'

'...I guess so...' Ziade replies.

Ziade packs up and goes to get his Robes... but they were ripped to shreds... he just leaves them there...

'Masamune, I know I can not fly with you yet because I do not wield the power to do so, but the least I can do is float upwards and downwards with you.' Ziade heads towards where a cliff is and stares at the clouds and the land below him... abruptly he drops his sword off the ledge... Masamune floats in the clouds, Ziade simply stands on it and slowly descends downwards from the mountain...

He decides to spend his 27,000 Appies when he arrives in the kingdom of Verutomo because maybe he'll have good luck in a different area because he obviously has bad luck to come across such a powerful opponent... only if the monster was at the World Body Stage instead... he would of been fucked.

Ziade travels this land... and now arrives in a land where Verutomo is in sight... he sees
