After all, her sect is the Wang clan which is supposedly a great clan that would never casually entertain outsiders. Wang Ying would most likely head home after the lesson had ended meaning the most effective method to complete the quest was not to find Wang Ying and to convince her, but to go directly to the Wang clan and knock upon the gates of one of the behemoths within the kingdom borders.

Sprinting down the path that he had taken up to the academy only the day before, Lu Fengyi noticed that his speed had improved by almost a single fold. Although his body in the beginning had been quite trashy and couldn't even compare to his body when he was still an author, Lu Fengyi could clearly feel that not only was this Dantian pinnacle body much stronger than he was previously, it was even much more superior to his body pre-transcension at its peak.

Minutes later, Lu Fengyi arrived at what was supposedly the Wang clan residence. Although Lu Fengyi had expected a large mansion with a luxurious surrounding that would suit only the billionaires of his previous world, he had never expected the majestic magnificence that the Wang clan residence seemed to boast of.

Upon reaching the gate, Lu Fengyi moved instinctively to ring the doorbell, however realising soon after that he had been sent to an ancient world, he moved his hand back in embarrassment. Instead, Lu Fengyi remembered the procedure that one would take to contact those of the clan and quickly called out to the guards upon the high, iron wall that towered above him, "Excuse me seniors! My humble name is Lu Fengyi and I am a friend of the Wang clan's young mistress, Wang Ying. Could I ask if I could speak to her?"

The guards exchanged glances before calling back, "Stay right there, we'll go verify this matter before coming back with a reply. If you're lying, you'd better scram right now!"

Having experienced scammers almost every single week, the guards put up annoyed attitudes, however they still maintained the standard procedure and one of them left to inform the related parties of the matter, in this case it would be the young mistress of the family.

Seeing the guard leave to inform the clan, Lu Fengyi sighed inwardly in relief before standing stock still in front of the gate. Only moments later, Lu Fengyi sighted the guard returning with not only Wang Ying, but also another man he did not recognise.

Seeing Lu Fengyi waiting outside the gate, Wang Ying's eyes sparkled in delight and reverence, bounding towards the gate before speaking, "Lu Fengyi, what brings you to the Wang clan?"

Lu Fengyi smiled as one of the cogs to his plan slid into action.
